Brian and the rest of the crew are wonderful. Efficient, honest, and courteous. Our tire blew before a long road trip, they quickly put the spare on for us to get around that evening. They really seemed to care and tried to find the best deal available. Very professional and everything was clearly explained. Excellent job.

Went to Big O with concerns that I addressed with the dealer and was told it would work it self out. I wanted reassurance I was safe on the road so asked them to recheck and verify. Big O re affirmed what dealer said but also balanced my tires elevating the vibrating in the wheel. They took the time to listen to my concerns and checked out my car. It drives better and I now have a better understanding of what was going on with my vehicle. Thank you Big O for making a girl feel safer and taking to time to explain everything.

I was pleasantly surprised the first time I took my 2006 Camry, out of sheer emergency to fix/replace the alternator which had burnt out during a trip to Papa Johns next door! The people at Big O Tires were most pleasant to deal with. They took care of the problem promptly and I got my car back the next day in absolutely great condition. I admit the car had never run that smoothly ever, after the routine servicing at the Toyota dealership! But the biggest surprise when handing over the car to Big O Tires earlier, was their estimate: it was almost half of that what I had expected from taking it always to Toyota dealerships earlier! In fact the estimate had me guessing on how good the service would turn out to be. But I was most pleasantly surprised! This was about 8-10 months ago. I had the Camry serviced again recently at Big O Tires, and the result was the same: polite and sober people, prompt service, car in excellent shape after servicing, and at very modest prices, far lower than Toyota dealerships around here!

Great for general service and fairly efficient. Cost is lower than dealers but not the lowest. However, a good value for good service!

Called to get availability on bigger tires and rims for my truck, was told the person that handles that would call me right back. Called again and still wasn’t available, would call me back. That was 3 weeks ago now and they never called. Good customer service

My second time here in a month, they up sold me on the last tire saying it was the ONLY one in stock. Now visit #2 they can’t find anyone in the back “oh he’s on a test drive” “oh it’s his day off”. Excuse after excuse. Then proceeds to change the tire we originally spoke about and tells me about two others, come to find out they are at the warehouse and not even on site. I got frustrated at this point and just said what tire do you HAVE HERE TO PUT ON MY CAR. He says “this one” I said great let’s do it…his next response. “It’s going to be a while there’s a few cars in front of you” when I got there I was the only one there though…3 people got helped before my cashier could even find a tire on site. Will never come here again.

They do such an amazing job here, I have to say, I’m very impressed. I mean, I’m now car person, but they always help me understand what is happening, what needs to get done, etc. etc. their service is phenomenal and the staff are amazing!

Matt was extremely knowledgeable and friendly through the entire process of buying new tires! Very satisfied with how everything went including having to come back and havea wheel alignment done and it went smoothly as well overall great service would definitely go back with future needs!!!

We recently had a radiator changed out and had issues with our vehicle still overheating. The team of Big O Tires took it back, fixed it the same day at no additional charge, right in time for a long weekend trip where we had no further issues. I had an appointment set for 7am that was scheduled just shy of a week in advance, well “noting in the system under your name” I was told the morning of BUT Sean was able to fit me in and the wait was roughly an hour. He took care of the situation to my satisfaction!

I needed new tires before traveling back to Utah in snowy conditions. When I called Jacob was very helpful and informative on the right tires for my car and a good price that came with a rebate. Upon arrival for my appointment, I was a little early and they were able to get me in right away. The facility was clean and the staff I encountered were fun and had good customer service! If I lived in the area I would definitely return to this location. Only improvement I would make is the coffee service in the customer waiting area, but not a deal breaker 😉 thanks Big O staff!

I went to Big O tires Prasada in Surprise to get my brakes fixed. I’m a single mom of an adult daughter with autism and a caregiver. When I heard how much it would cost to get them fixed, it was a little hard to swallow. The employees there were amazing. But the one that really stood out to me was Matthew. He could tell that Customer and I could handle and he went above and beyond to find a way to make it more bearable. They did an amazing job I’m getting the brakes fixed and now I can drive back-and-forth to work and not have to worry about the brakes giving out on me. I would definitely Recommend them to anyone.

Very impressed with the balancing of the tires. Best I have ever had on any of the vehicles I have ever owned. Fast Cheap and Easy service. Great staff. Very polite and to-the-point and did not try to sell me more than what I asked for. Made offer to what was available but were not pushy. Very happy and will use Big O Tires from now on.

Poor customer service to say the least! After asking for a refund on a alignment that needed to be redone the next day at a Firestone shop! The store manager Barry has zero class and hangs up the phone. Why should anyone pay for both poor performance and than even worse customer service.? There are much better companies in the Surprise area. I would not recommend dealing with Barry or his low accomplishment attitude. NOT every body gets sprinkles Barry only winners. Seriously though, take your auto elsewhere, save your self the possible bad experience.

As usual my 30K service was done professionally and at a reasonable price. They did not try to upsell me on unneeded things. Its that trust that keeps me coming back to them.

They wanted me to sign a piece of paper with a $24.95 charge listed above before even looking at my tire with low pressure. Other companies do this for free and even patch/plug for free. Those other companies do this because they want their name to be first on someone’s mind when replacement is needed. Worst service ever but it’s not my loss.

I called ahead to check on replacement tires for our RV, they had the correct tires transferred to the store within two hours. The staff welcomed me and the technicians swapped out the old for new tires in a very timely manor. Very pleased with my experience!

I was stuck beside the road on a Sunday after the second blowout of the weekend. Big O was the only tire store in 50 miles that was open and they had a replacement in stock. They pushed my ticket to the front of the line because of my situation and I was headed back to my truck quickly. Big thanks to Big O.

I needed a quick turnaround on having 2 tires changed out, tire pressure sensor fixed I dropped by on Sunday they had everything ready to go at 9 the following morning work was completed within a few hours. Excellent customer service Bill was awesome in helping find the right tires and get things done quickly.

Took my girlfriends car in for an oil change/rotation and visual inspection after getting home from a road trip. Came in and was told the car would be done in about 2hrs. Well 2hrs later they tell us on the phone itll be another hour or so. Anyhow it wasnt done until 5 hours roughly. But the worst part was the oil change! Take note that I did the previous oil change and always replace the filters after EVERY change. I decide to look underneath the car and see the sam old black canister that I installed. Nor was the oil percentage reset. Both those 2 things require very little effort to do and a filter is cheap! Thats not even a full service if you ask me, now the new oil will just be mixed with however much old oil and contaminates that were in the old filter. All that for around 70+ dollars, wow. If im going to pay that much id rather do it myself with amsoil and be good for much longer than most the other generic oils that these places use.

Great staff here to work with and better pricing than Discount, plus they can do an alignment afterwards. Discount Tires cant. Saves me extra trip and time

I have been very pleased with the service that my wife and I have received from Big O Tire in Surprise Arizona. We take our Ford Flex there to get all our tire and oil service performed by professionals there. They are very friendly and professional in there interaction with us. I would recommend them to anyone who values there vehicles.

I have used Bg O tire for a lot of years and have not been disappointed. Recently a trailer tire I had started to crown in the center. Berry at Big O Tire understood that this was the third tire that had this issue and really worked out a deal to replace the tire. Great service.

I want to appreciate Brian, and the business style at this Big O Tires atPrasada Gateway and the manner in which they handled my Grand Daughters broken fan belt problem. My Grand Daughter phoned Big O at around 8am and spoke with Brian. She explained that she needed an estimate for repairs and that her car would need to to be towed to the location. Brian gave the estimate and she said ok, had the car towed to Big O for the repairs, and the job was done by 2pm. No up selling, no saying that she needed this or that, no inflated repair bill, just straight up take care of the customer. They mentioned a couple things they noticed and let her know but never tried to force the issue. Its refreshing to do business with fair and honest companies such as Big O Tires. Kudos to Brian and the rest of the staff because good business starts at the top with the leadership all the way down. I have always used Big O tires! Friendly staff, they go above and beyond for the customers. I went in to get a new tire in which they ordered in and replaced [under an hr] even placed my spare on the back of my jeep for me. Had a lil issue with the tire holding air but took it back in and they fixed without any issues.

Great customer service. Had an alignment and other services. After a few days felt like alignment was still off took it back and they fixed it with no hassle. Love that they do courtesy calls afterwards.

I had an excellent experience when I went in for my oil change, first I was greeted by Berry who took in my vehicle and wrote up the paper work, then I had their technician Ryan service my vehicle and everything was wrote neat and clear, Berry and Ryan even took me into the shop to look under my vehicle and explain to me what was wrong and how it would affect my vehicle while driving or stopping, and that was very nice and helpful of them to help me better understand my vehicle. Definitely will go back.

Called 2 days ago to schedule service. Called this morning to confirm that I was on their schedule for 10am. They confirmed so I arrived about 9:50 and was told they were booked. I could leave my vehicle and theyd get to it sometime today. Not feasible as I am traveling with a disabled spouse and a dog and have no other means of transportation. The service person said its the day before Thanksgiving so its all about time and money. Maybe he wanted me to slip him a $20. Dont know but I walked out. Extremely poor service and arrogant customer service.

They explained everything that was going on with my car and allowed me to decide what I was going to do. Car is running great now and I have no issues.

Berry sent me a text to say my vehicle was due for an oil change. I made my appt on that text call. Very convenient. As usual, when I arrived for my appt, the staff was very courteous and efficient. They checked the whole vehicle, advised me I needed one other service, and were able to do the extra work during that appt. I always go there because of the great service! Thank you!!!

Received a set of tires. Fast installation and happy with the recommended tire brand/model.

They put used oil back into my car, after trying to charger me 93 dollars for a oil change when I chose there package of 60 dollar oil change. They said that my car needed 6 quarts of oil and the package only covered 5. So one quart of oil is 33 dollars I guess.

Not sure why it took me so long to post a review but my first visit was great with getting new tires. I came in for a tire rotation and balance since that is part of my warranty when I got new tires put on. When I got my car back from bringing it in for service my steering wheel was completely off, not aligned what so ever. And to make matters worse it shook when I drove which was never an issue before I brought it in. I ended taking it back to have it fixed and they swore nothing was wrong when they looked at it and blamed other issues such as a wheel was bent or my clutch was going bad. Which my clutch is brand new so there is no issues there and if my wheel was bent it would be from them working on them since they only touched them. Magically when I drove away after they looked at it nothing was wrong anymore like the problem just disappeared. So they fixed whatever they messed up. To make up for me having to bring it back in they took care of the oil change for another car I had. That was a hassle if it’s own. They never called me to let me know it was ready for pick up. When I picked up the truck we had someone else’s paperwork attached to the report of the truck with their info and everything. We ignored the problem since it wasn’t a big issue. We had to get the oil changed in the truck at a different store and we got word that there was barely any oil in the truck which makes me think they never even changed the oil or were being so cheap and barely put anything in there to start with. I would just save your self a headache by going somewhere else if you want your car to be taken care of correctly and professionally.

I had an appt for oil change and tire rotation at 2pm. I dropped my car off at 2, I was told I would get a call as soon as it was done (I was only 10 min away). 4:26 pm no call so I show up. My car has been done but work was started on a car parked behind mine. Quite annoyed that they would make me wait to complete someone elses car first before pulling mine out. Ive been going here for 7 years but I might actually consider going somewhere else. If Im not dealing with Barry or Keno I feel like customer service isnt up to Big O standards.

Bill Gibson went above and beyond to make our experience amazing ! Great people, honest, not pushy, great prices ! ! Thank you all ! I was happy to spend my money with them.

One of the worst places you could ever go to. they gave my boyfriend a tire that immediately went flat 5 minutes down the road and then after they replaced it, it went flat AGAIN on the highway, where they had to shut it down just so he could safely drive off the exact on a destroyed tire. his life were put in danger by a neglectful company and all they offered was a free oil change. they refuse to give us a timely refund and left us on hold for over 50 minutes. do not go to this place unless you want to be screwed over by actual people who don’t care about their jobs or the safety of the people they are supposed to help.

I went to get my oil changed, went home and noticed I was leaking oil. I thought it was just because they over spilled, as I was driving to work I noticed more oil every where I went so now I call them and tell them. I had to take it in which was inconvenient because I work nights. I should have to waste my time having to drive it back to them to do there job. They need to hire better service men with experience! I’m going to get my oil changed somewhere Else from now on.

They plugged our tire that was under warranty. Remounted it and put the spare back, which is a job on our F150. Chris was awesome. Because of his professionalism we are permanent customers.
