They were awesome! They got us in immediately with an emergency, Thomas was super nice and friendly. We didnt feel like they were trying to cheat us at all and worked until we were on the road again. One of the workers even offered to give us a ride to wherever we needed to go while we were waiting.

They took me in right away without appointment for an oil change. All other places required appointments or drop offs. The person that took care of my vehicle was very polite and courteous. They even topped off my other fluids. I would definitely come back for more oil changes in the future.

Mike and his crew did all they could to keep our expenses down, but when it was determined the transmission had to be replaced on my F-150, they did it in the time line they said it would take and with in the dollars they quoted us. I highly recommend Mike and his crew, they do what they say they will will do, and when they say they will do it. They are also great communicators, they return calls in a timely manner.

They have come to my rescue every time one of our cars had an issue. They are honest, up front and always do quality work. I will never take my car anywhere else!

Do not bring your vehicles to this shop!! I brought my van in with an issue and theydiagnosed it as needing new camshaft and crankshaft sensors. Spent $500 only to leave and have the same issue within days. Took it back several times only to have them fix it and the same thing would happen again. Then they wanted to charge $110 to rediagnose what the problem could be. I made the mistake of taking another vehicle in with the check engine light on. They said it needed a valve adjustment and ignition coils changed. They did the work ($1500) and check engine light is off. Only now there are 2 more lights on that were not on when i took it in. They say its a coincidence and they did not cause it.. So i went in with 1 light on and came out with 2 on. And it will only cost $250 for them to go in and check what the problem could be. Great!

Its a pull your own stuff place that you pay once you bring it... the front is a bit of a maze so just double check how to get to the front but employees were helpful and nice :). WOULD definitely come again if I needed to... Call ahead to check their inventory.

First time here, and I was very satisfied with the service. Brought my truck for a water pump replacement. I was greeted by Tom he was very courteous and friendly. He gave me a quote and time estimate, left the truck and went home . About an hour later he called said they were starting work on truck but notice a couple of issues, one, that I had a leak coming from the thermostat housing. And second that it appeared that the radiator had coolant on one of the side tanks but couldnt tell if it was crackedSaid he would recommend replacing them . Or I could take care of it later. No pressure from him. I decided to replace the thermostat and wait on the radiator since he wasnt sure if in fact it was leaking. If felt Tom was honest and wasnt to eager in up selling me things I didnt need. He returned my vehicle as promised in the time frame. Oh one thing I almost forgot, when he explained the two other issues he ask me to come see for myself. I am satisfied with the customer service and repair service offered here. The price was fair. I will definitely recommend and continue having more services done here. Tom and staff keep up the good work..

Great experience here. Employees seem honest and go to great lengths to tell the customer exactly what services are needed and what they cost. They offered to swap out generic antifreeze for the Honda but I opted for the honda which probably costs 4x as much. Although very busy they completed my service in a timely manner. Fun to talk to about car stuff as well

Recently We had had damage to our truck due to a mouse. We didn’t know about Allen’s and got it fixed elsewhere for a fortune.We were concerned the mouse might be back to cause more damage and someone told us about called Allen’s. I called and they told us they could squeeze us in that day. They did a thorough inspection of the car and thankfully didn’t find anything. Their hourly price was reasonable and, in the end, they didn’t even charge us.We will definitely come back to them if we have any other car maintenance or car repair needs.

Took my 2009 Silverado in for headlamp replacement and oil change. In and out in 30 minutes. Tom is professional and very customer service oriented. Provided the estimate in writing prior to the work and showed me the part that was replaced. Excellent service. Will go back to Allens when I need service.

Had a bit of an unfortunate ending as far as getting what I needed repaired, repaired, but I at least got answers on everything. Thomas and the team did a very good job assisting me with that they could do and gave me all the information I needed to get my problems solved. I will come back here if I ever need any mechanical help because I know these guys know what they are talking about. Great service.

My girlfriend and I stopped into Allens Auto at the end of May to get the radiator flushed in our camper. They took us right in, and gave us an estimate of the cost, and took the RV right in to get serviced. While waiting, they periodically gave us updates as to where they were in the process, and even brought me into the shop to show me a couple of other smaller items under the chassis that I should keep an eye on. Overall we were very pleased with the whole process, with the cost being exactly what they had said in the beginning, and everyone being very friendly and easy to work with. Highly Recommended!!

They inspected my car and told me I needed a few things, getting low on the brake pads, oil pan gasket, brake fluid flush, and struts. Well, I had the struts done 8 months prior. So, I took my car to another shop and they told me all the same stuff minus the struts. I had them double check the struts and they said theyre fine, no leaks or anything. The people at Allens were very nice and professional, but the trust is gone!But, let me guess.This is not typical of our company or our employees and we will be taking your complaint seriously. We’re sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with our services.

I am very impressed with kindness and customer service I received from this shop. I went in because my car window would not roll up, which is not ideal with Arizona summer upon us. They were able to figure out the part I needed to replace, and it was going to cost me a pretty penny (on a teachers salary). Sal called back an hour later and said he found the part- used, for half the price, but it would take a few days to arrive. Knowing I was headed out of town for the weekend they put in the part for me to borrow until my replacement came! I cant believe the trust and kindness Sal and the whole Allens team gave me. I feel that its also worth mentioning my check engine light is on for a repair I know I cant replace until summer when I have money saved and I never felt pressured to take care of it now. Very genuine people. I will absolutely return and refer my friends and family to Allens!

I had a bad time with them with my 96 bmw at first it was great then about two days in it started to go down hill from there from not telling me the complete truth to all sorts of things all and all i drought them a running car and paid 1000 dollars and received back a car in pieces if you decide to bring your car here good luck

They are honest men and did the work and when their competitor S&S auto which did the alignment claimed that one of the ball joint were frozen, Allens they did the front end all over again and replaced the upper and lower ball joints and only charge me for the lower ball joints the only thing that went wrong was your competitor S&S Auto they said their was a frozen ball joint, and the second time claimed that (came) were frozen all by their words they caused you to do the work second time and they over charge me for the alignment. One might say we both of us had to bend over and touch are toes and had to spell RUN, thank you for help.

Do yourself a favor and go to S&S Tire!Allens cant even do a simple alignment! Took them an hour and a half lol, its a stock truck and you have a machine that tells you when its perfect smh. Still pulls to the right. Ill be going to S&S to get it done right like I should have the first time.

Took my car to Allens for and oil change and they suggested a tune up. The car never ran again. Had to have it towed away to where I traded it in for a new car. 2006 with 87,000 miles.

Elderly couple completey ripped off by Allens Auto Services. Upon Google Reviews and being newly relocated to Surprise, Arizona; we had our car towed into Allens Auto Services on August 3, 2021; located 13315 W Bell Rd, Surprise AZ 85378. We have a 2000 Lexus RX300 with 124k miles and check engine light issue. We asked as part of the service that they perform an oil change and a comprehensive inspection of the vehicle including belts etc in addition to the check engine light repair. We received a call back that they diagnosed the engine light issue as a simple part that needed to be cleaned and repair was complete, and they recommended replacing the windshield wiper blades. Inspection did not reveal any other significant issues.Out the door all total $207.26 and we were happy with the service for only 10 hours when the engine light reappeared. Upon calling Allens Auto Services on August 4, 2021; Thomas said, no problem just bring it back in. Okay, not so easy for an elderly couple undergoing cancer treatment to do during covid. They said they would call back to have transported to them. No call back for 4 weeks. Finally, they arranged and car towed back at Allens expense. We received a call from Thomas that they noted the battery we had replaced a year ago thru aaa was bad, wasnt holding a charge and they would need to replace a new battery because they could not adequately pull up the codes. The battery was a year old, they somehow could read the codes 4 weeks prior but today they couldnt. Okay at this point I just wanted it done right, so authorized a battery replacement. Michael then told us after reading the codes that the Vapor Canister Solenoid stays open and to replace, $298 + $98 for labor. Plus battery, now a repair of $715.98. We trusted them, and approved the repair. They called and said they took it for a test drive, tested by putting in gas and they would deliver to us, and they repaired our vehicle. They took our payment over the phone. We then got a call that another light came on and had to be re-evaluated could they keep it through the weekend to be sure? They called and said all was repaired. We got the car back September 25, 2021. I drove the car as far as the stop sign, one hour after getting the car back, Check Engine Light appeared again. I phoned Allens Auto Services back, and Thomas sounding exasperated said he would have Michael call. No call back. I called a second time and they were sending a tow truck. No call back. At this point I had the car towed in myself. This is October 4, 2021; 2 months after the Allens Auto Services Nightmare began. Today we are told by thomas, it is pulling other codes and showing O2 sensor. They are not sure if it is 1 or all 4 sensors that will need to be replaced Once I started pressing for answers, like Why wasnt this code showing up the last 2 times? Thomas stated I would need to hear back from Michael, hes our associate dealing with the car. He cant talk to us now as he is on a test drive. So Allens Auto Services it has been 2 months. I also noted on the invoices a mileage discrepancy of 400 miles. We have not been able to drive the car. The check engine light has been $800 in repairs and not resolved. We may be old and tired but we arent stupid.
