Been here several times, every single time has been a great experience. Lana is amazing, very informative and honest. I have also referred several people there and they all have had the same great experience.

I took my 04 Mini Cooper S there today. My brake fluid needed a good flush and replacement. I was able to schedule the appointment for the same day online (a few hours prior to the appointment). They did a great job for $55 and some change. The guys up front were pleasant to chat with, and they make a good cup of coffee! Good job fellas! Ill be back to get my engine coolant flushed before the years end. Keep up the good work!

Wow!!! I’m rarely impressed, but GOD directed me to the correct location today.How did I get here today: My 2015 Ford Fusion Titanium with nearly 140,000 miles needed work done. After getting certain things done at Peoria Ford (where I bought the car seven years ago), the dealership told me that I needed other repairs completed as well; due to the car being high mileage.One of the items was that the rear brakes and drums needed to be replaced. I was quoted a price of over $500, which did not sound right to me.I decided to get Brakes Plus a try (first time customer) on 16839 N Reems Rd. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and his customer service was amazing. He really seems to love his job which is unusual these days in the customer service field.But the best part was meeting Lana. She went above and beyond to not only show me what was wrong with my car but to explain to me how I got here, and what will happen if I did not make the appropriate adjustments to the car today.Also she explained to me that the suggestions that I received at Peoria Ford were not completely accurate. She didn’t just tell me, but she showed me by giving me details on how the brake drums/rotors are supposed to look/function. She also explained that they did not need to be replaced but only resurfaced…..with new pads added.We also went under the car and she was able to show me several other things that needed to be corrected on the car; I repeat by not just telling me, but explaining to me and showing me the issues that needed to be corrected.Wayne (GM) you have an unbelievable employee in Lana, and you should be proud because she cares about her customers. This location now has a new new customer in me and I will be referring everyone I know to this location.Thank you again. 5 stars!BTW, I was quoted almost half the price than what I was quoted at Peoria Ford! On 8/20, I stopped by to make an appointment for the first time at brakes plus. I met with Wayne . Positive experience . I was told to bring the car on Tuesday and Albert will be at the front desk. I brought the car and Albert was as pleasant . Another positive first impression to deal with someone other than the owner. Then came Ms. Lana, the service consultant. She explained to me in English what’s wrong with the vehicle and what we need to do . She also told me what it can be postponed till next service. How long the repair will take and how much. After the car was done, I paid exactly what I was told in the beginning. The shop is very clean and the staff I dealt with are awesome. Ive been a loyal customer since day one. Ive always brought my 3 cars for all of the brakes, oil change and the occasional general repairs done at an affordable price. They have great customer service, especially Lana, as she treats our car like her own car, with respect and high quality work.

They did a good job on my truck. But they told me my truck would be done at 4:30. So I had my wife drop me off at 4:30. I sat and waited until 5:45. It was my sons birthday party. So I was late to his birthday party at my house.

This place saved me over 500.00, plus a lifetime warranty to boot. These guys are great! BMW wanted 853.00 and brakes plus charged 303.00. Friendly fast service Ill recommend them to everyone!

This shop is clean and has a good crew. I was invited to go into the shop and see my trucks issues roughly 1000 estimate but after a few minutes they asked if they could try a procedure to get me out the door a little less painful,It worked! No where near the original estimate and my truck is good to go!I do recommend making an appointment.

Excellent customer service. The appointment for the initial estimate was free and though it took longer than I expected, it was well worth the wait! I greatly appreciate the staff taking their time to show and explain to me the repairs that were needed and others that were unnecessary. Now that all of the recommended repairs have been completed, my truck is driving so much smoother. The staff were all super friendly and informative. They even picked me up from my house once the repairs were complete. Highly recommend this location.

I recently had my third experience with Brakes Plus in Surprise, AZ (on Reems), and once again I was thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the the work done by the Brakes Plus staff -- ranging from the excellent work done on my brakes, to the personable and respectful conversation with the driver of the shuttle, to and from. Would love to hear back from this company after them putting my life and countless others at immediate risk. I was intimidated at 17 years old by 40 year olds after they continuously sent a hazard out onto the road and expected me to take my car in a condition that could have easily ended my life and others. They have thrown a variety of absolute garbage schemes to try to convince me I was completely at fault.I will only list things I can prove. They mixed my coolant which caused my water pump to go out, I was expecting it to go out soon but the mixed coolant that was not meant for my car did the seals in. After being upset with that I then found they had stripped every bolt I had to take out to get to the water pump. So what? It’s not like they left anything off of my car right? No they did that too. I proved it to them with video evidence and they would not acknowledge that their employees gave me a car that heavily relied on the turbo, which was building no pressure. The first pull out from their store was a heavily populated street and my car had no power.They caused oil pressure lights, it is mentioned countless times in the customer service forms (that I have asked be provided to me for over a year) before the car had been ruined. I was told my car was too high mileage at 125k and that they would in no way be held responsible. This is after I was told for months the car was fine and then the wheels locked sending me almost sliding into an intersection. The car turned off immediately upon stopping and has not been seen by me to this day. I still own the car and absolutely intend on holding brakes plus corporate responsible for their employees actions. I could have died and still I had to buy my own replacement for the 10k dollar car they bricked.Still waiting on brakes plus to sue me btw.

I’m very cautious about who I let work on my car. I’m glad I went to Brakes Plus on Reems though. They did the free inspection (of which really was free) and then the following week replaced my front brake pads and rotors after diagnosing them as being the problem. Lana made the whole experience pleasant and worry free. She really knows her stuff. I will definitely be a repeat customer should I need any further brake work on my Passat.

Wayne and his staff were professional, friendly thorough, and efficient in the work that they did on my Honda CRV. Wayne took the time to answer my wife’s questions on the phone prior to our service and the staff even pointed to a discount coupon that was available. The store was extremely busy on a Saturday however I saw Wayne and his staff take the time to personally talk to each customer and make sure that they were well taken care of. Quality service, reasonable price, and true professional service! They have earned my repeat business and recommendation.

I took my car in for a routine oil change and they were able to have that done in about 45 minutes during peak business hours. They were also able to point out that my brakes needed to be flushed out as well as clean out battery corrosion. The service was overall efficient and the staff at this location is extremely friendly, helpful, and well-mannered.

Be wary. We had bought a new battery elsewhere and they said it tested bad, trying to sell us their battery for $300. I took it down the road to pep boys and the battery tested fine.Be very cautious about doing what they recommend. It’s likely not needed. Get a second look.

Wayne runs a classy shop. No frills other than the best customer service you will ever experience. Lana the assistant manager has the personality and talent to do any job she chose. She left for a bit to open another store and is now back in Surprise with Wayne. I moved here 6.5 years ago from MN. I have not found a business that compares to Brakes Plus on Reems and Bell Rd. Wayne and Lana are superstars in business often saturated with poor service and less than honest advisors. Albert was awesome. I called in advance. Was told to bring the vehicle down. I was there within 5 minutes Went in and was greeted by Albert. Went out to the car, he tested it and said you need a new battery. Within an hour, I had a new battery put in and back on the road. I have 4 cars with you guys and have been very happy with the service every time. Keep up the great work. Being in a similar business, I know how tuff it can be working with the public. Kudos to Wayne the manager and Albert again. That is why you have so many awards on the wall.

Went in for an alignment last week, because of a part change, that requires an alignment afterwards. 3 hours later, pick up the car, the steering wheel and alignment were off both pulling to the left. Called them back they said to bring it back, so I set up an appointment. Today they tell me that it cannot be done, because I have a ripped strut boot (it’s only a dust cover) which they were telling me that my strut mount was broke. Why wasn’t I told about this last week?They said “we don’t know we weren’t here” where is the guy that I called for an appointment? (He’s not here today). I blew their cover trying to do an Up-sale which they do to the seniors.DO NOT GO THERE, The old man manager is rude so he gave my money back with a wrecked car. They do not know what they are doing, even the employee said it’s them man, nothing between us. Hahahahaha I wish I can show the ripped boot.Let’s see if they read and reply to it. Cow manure

This company is by far one of the best places to go to have your car taken care of. Yesterday I had an oil change and a filter replaced. Lana was very friendly, welcoming and helped me make a good decision on what is best for my car. We moved to Arizona just two months ago and received the same professional and courteous in Colorado. The best part all of our information from Colorado is here as well. I would highly recommend them!

Wow! Impeccable service! From the moment I walked in the door, was greeted by Dewayne. I told him I had arrived early (25 minutes, to be exact) for my 3 oclock appointment. He explained that they were really busy and running behind. I told him I could come back another day, so they wouldnt feel so overwhelmed by having to take care of another customer. He said, no, well get you taken care of. Not even 10 minutes later, I notice my car on the lift, tires off. Its not even 3 yet! It was a two hour process, and while I was waiting, I observed the MOST compassionate group of people. Working tirelessly in Arizona heat, treating every single person they came in contact with like they were a personal friend. No matter if the person walked in the front door or called on the phone. I was truly humbled. When we all tend to be in a hurry, we forget that it only takes a minute and little effort to make a difference.

Wayne and the crew at Brakes Plus are simply amazing. When my wifes car started having brake problems, she called Wayne immediately, and just as fast, he set her up on the schedule to make her car safe. From beginning to end, the crew there was top notch and solved the problem quickly and correctly. I cannot stress enough how great my experience has been here. Highly recommend!!

Went in for an oil change. Found out some parts needed replacing. Got the estimate. Googled those parts to find out one they arent good parts and 2, its a 200 dollar part and they want 500 for it. Another was 80 and theyre charging 200. Sorry, ill stick with my regular shop for larger repairs. The customer service was great and they did show me the problems on the vehicle at least. Also, why is it 60 bucks to do a cabin air filer? 12 dollar part, 5 mins of labor a very easy diy.

Best customer service in Surprise! Lana at the front desk was extremely professional and incredibly helpful. My mechanic Ray took me into the shop and thoroughly explained why my car was having issues and how we could resolve them at the best price. These are good honest people. I had a great experience and even learned a thing or two. Will definitely be returning.

Got my rear brake pads replaced. They took a little longer then Id would have liked honestly.... But regardless they did a great job whether way.

I had a regular oil change service on my 2015 diesel F350 and the service tech Deandre noticed a upper oil pan leak. Customer Rep Lana was excellent, showed me the issue and recommended another shop for repairs if I needed. Fortunately I had an extension warranty and Peoria Ford is honoring that. My hugest thanks to these folks as my other now ex provider never caught it or was waiting for a major repair???

When I put new tires on my car, I noticed some odd wear on the old tires and took the car here for an alignment. They did the check and found that only one of the four wheels was off and only barely out of spec. They print a report showing exactly what the parameters are and in my case still went to the three other wheels to get them as close to perfect as possible. Cant recommend them enough.

We started with a call and spoke with Roger . He was extremely helpful and friendly from the beginning to the end. Within the hour, we took my daughters car in for an inspection with no appointment! We walked in and were greeted by Wayne, who was also extremely friendly and professional. Within the next hour we had the results. And my daughter had NO BRAKES. She even had brake fluid running to the bake brakes!! They started the major work immediately, and had her car done within 24 hrs. I couldnt believe it!! This business was very clean and professional in every aspect. The guys made us feel comfortable and safe with dealing with her car. Thanks guys for all your hard work today. Major scammers make sure you check your fluids and tires when you pay for tire rotation and fluid top off because they don’t actually do it but loved to charge for it! First and last time ever going to this place! They definitely have taken advantage of a lot of people this behavior seemed routine for them.

I had gone to another company they wanted to charge me $1,200 for what wasnt even the problem I went to Brakes Plus and Lana took me back and showed me what the problem was and saved me about four hundred dollars all these people that work there are very knowledgeable and caring definitely be making this my place to go

I went in for an alignment. The mechanic took me back to the shop to show me which steering components needed to be replaced. After replacing the parts myself I brought the car back in. Alignment was done in 1 hour and 15 min. Highly recommend this place.

I was so impressed with the knowledge level of every layer of service in this Brakes Plus shop. I have been to Brakes Plus in other states and always received great service. I had Wayne do air conditioning repair and water pump replacement. Great explanation of exactly what they would do. The mechanic Bryan was efficient and noticed the water pump that would have soon caused problems. The extra layer of warranty work was smooth, no issues. This is a first class shop. Thanks for keeping me on the road!

Best place I have ever been for Auto repair. Wayne Collins is great and doesnt try to sell you anything. Explains everything so you have an understanding on how things work and whats going on under the hood. Been going here since about 2004 or so.

I have to say that Roger, Albert and Wayne all are awesome! I went to the Surprise location not even a couple hours before they were set to close hoping they could fit me in right away and they did! A dealership quoted me more than twice as much as I paid here PLUS told me I needed something extra which an employee at Brakes Plus said I did not need to replace. Oh, and I need to mention how much I appreciate them taking me out to my vehicle to show me how bad the brakes actually were because you know some mechanics will just lie to you. Everyone was friendly and seemed honest! I would definitely recommend this place!

Absolutely not happy with this location!! Made an appointment for alignment they did it without checking my front end. I told them to drive it and they would hear it. They said they did and didn’t hear anything. That’s a lie!! So they did alignment and I still have the noise. Absolutely this place don’t care!!

I moved to surprise in 2001 and like everybody else looked for a good place to take my vehicle. After a couple failed attempts at other shops we found this place. Roger and Wayne are amazing. Very helpful and being a woman explain things to where I could understand it. This is the only place I will not take my car to.

Saved me $400. One shop said I needed brakes( 30% left). The honest people at Brakes Plus tell me they are not required at this time (50-60% left). Highly recommended. Honestly to best policy!
