I absolutely love it here! First off, it is right down the street from my house. Second, the lady whomdid my nails, the owner, was amazing! She put so much care into my nails. She took the time to thoroughly clean my nails and helped them go from neglected to magnificent. I will be coming back and I will be bringing my friends and Sisters. I love it here!

Cindy and Rose are great. Cindy does a gell nail for me and Rose does my pedicure. I love this place.

They do the same Bait and Switch that many other nail shops do. They tell you one price when you call. Then after you make an appointment and go in; they give you a different, higher price. Ive gone twice due to nail emergencies and my regular manicurist is in San Ramon. Neither of the two different women who did my nails did a good job. And both tried to overcharge me, saying different than they said over the phone. Skip this place. They lie.

Staff was very rude and unfriendly. They also kept scolding us and talking amongst themselves in a different language but clearly about us. Unfortunate. :/

I had the best time here! Was greeted as soon as i walked in and serviced right away both techs were fantastic and they did a great job fixing the mess that “New Generations” put on my hands! I will definitely go back and recommend to others😘

I came back for the second time. Big mistake! The only reason I came was because it was on the way from where I was to home. This is the second time I am going home with a bleeding and painful big toe! Both times the pedicure lady cut deep into my cuticle and then tried to stop the bleeding by stuffing cotton into the cut. When that left white fiber all over, she stuffed a dirty unhygienic cloth into it. All this while I am reeling with pain.The place is not only unprofessional, they are also unhygienic. Everything looks like its from the 60s, including the cream and soap plastic bottles.Worst of all, they constantly try to upsell you on stuff: get a gel instead, get a manicure too, you should do paraffin wax, you have to come every month!Guess what? I am never coming back to pay you $25 + tip for a shabby, bloody, painful pedicure!

The lady I had kept on hitting my hand when I wasnt relaxed. Also they added an extra 5 dollars which I dont know what for. My nails have bubbled and patchy spot. But the shape is good, still dont recomend them at all. Also they cut my toenails so deep it bleed, they put medicine on it but it looks terrilble. But still wanted a tip. Dont go here.

Came in for basic 20 acrylic nails cane out with 30 nails .... Why ... Oh because she added a shellac polish w/o asking! So as amazing as she was you should never assume the customer is ok with paying more for something they didnt ask for

I went here and the lady buffed my cuticle until it started to bleed and when I asked for someone else she said I’ll fix it. I was so mad and then the next lady to do my nails was rushing and didn’t even do a good job. The gel polish I could see squiggly lines bc she did it too thick. I would never recommend this place to anyone

They charged me super extra then what they told.There was a old lady for my padicure and she was so much in hurry before I got up from the chair she started washing the foot tub putting her hands from under my legs.And the lady who did my manicure was so much in hurry that she spoiled the art I needed and just did it for sake of doing it.I wont recommend it and will never go there again.

DO NOT GO HERE, i wouldnt even take a rabid dog yo this place....I thought if i continued to go there i would eventually find someone who knew what they were doing.... After going more than a handful of times i finally realized that they ALL suck! I had a great nail job while i was out of town. Came back needing a fix and refill. I dont know how the girl managed to completely screw up every nail but she did. If you are wanting the worst possible job then go here. It SUCKS !!!!#!!!#

Never go to this place, I went to get acrylic nails and the woman who attended me pulled out my previous nails, I do not remove them as they normally do in other places, I pull my nails to the point of making me bleed, and the final work was very ugly, I use false nails and things that are no longer used today, my nails still hurt and were very battered 😔, I do not recommend it at all!
