I have been going here since 2019 and i have never have a bad experience! i recommend all my friends here and take my family here as well! i trust all people there to take care of my eye brows. i haven’t go my eye brows done anywhere else!

Well, this is a great saloon for threading, waxing and facial. One of the Employee named Rozy, she did a very nice job and she is so friendly. My eyebrows have never looked better. Ill be back !!! I love this place. So good. Unfortunately, I no longer go there because I have moved out from California . But definitely this is the best place to get threading done. They really do a great job and people are really good. Thanks for giving my eyebrow a really good shape. I will miss this place. Thank you so much Rozy :)

I have been coming here for years. Rosie is amazing. This is not the closest to where I live but I don’t mind the extra few miles because Rosie does a fantastic job. Highly recommend her.

She definitely took good care of me given my situation and was constantly checking to see if I was doing ok. Recommend her highly! 👍🏼

Never seen such a horrible person. Terrible guy, who was driving this van.He hogged a parking spot as if he owns the whole shopping area. He almost rammed into my car and started yelling. This community has limited parking and the curves are sharp with just enough space for any car to move. There were many people waiting to find a spot to park. He first blocked the entrance of other neighbor shops. People were walking around through the parking lot from their cars to the stores around there. We all were waiting to find a spot to park and when this one car started to leave this guy now wanted to jump in. At first he got it from nowhere and had a courage to block the movement of entire parking lot. Later while racing this van he cared less of the people walking. He did care to pull down his vehicle window and shout something, which I leave it to all readers to imagine an uncivilized person like this guy would speak. He honked loud too and raced car once again to park.My review is about this guy only who should no sense of respect to all the people who were patiently waiting to park and also not being mindful of pedestrians in the parking lot. The way he rushed in, he could have hurt some elderly people and also if there were kids around. The restaurant here is very popular but a neighbor like this is about to make this place terrible to visit. I could imagine how the management of this salon could be and how much they really care about customer service if safety of people is not important to them.

This place is cheaper than other salons but trust me do not expect a feel-good service or welcome. I have been to the Milpitas location too which was worse than this.I went for facial, bleach, threading on a weekday. They never smile!! The lady started applying bleach without removing my makeup. I wanted natural golden so herbal bleach was a waste then they suggested oxy. It worked so I was relieved. About facial - they asked about my skin and suggested Haldi Chandan which was strange because they suggested same facial Tomy friend who had a different skin than me. I dint argue as I like Chandan lol. Nodoubt the duration of facial was good but there was no pressure points and relaxation or even glow a day later. The lady was just moving her hands on my face and putting more and more cream. There was no neck back shoulder massage which is ideally included in a $65 facial. I just wanted to get done. Threading was nice thats why stars. I would not go here again for facial. This place is very functional so waxing or threading is fine.

I tried their Wolf Rd location, it was very clean and tidy. They are using mask, gloves and disposable gowns during the service. They do check temperature at the entrance. I loved the service.

Giving it a 1 because 0 is not accepted. Reason: used a low quality sugar wax when I had specifically asked for chocolate wax given the sensitivity of my skin. When I asked them about it, they conveniently tried to rub it under the carpet and just did not acknowledge it.I got my eyebrows, upper lip and chin done by one staff, who behaved as if she is doing me a huge favor by providing this service, cut my eyelids and blamed me only for this negligence in work, got irritated when I pointed out she had not finished the job and I could see many strands of hair left right there.Advice to the management: inculcate some level of professionalism in the staff.Never going back to this place again, and not letting any of my family or friends choose this

Good for the price point. Recommend for basic things like waxing etc, but not for something like haircuts. Threading is decent for a quick and cheap job. There are better places for facials, manicures and pedicures. The service is quite nice and fast.

*#Do not miss*# guys please please do not go to this saloon. It is run by a bunch of illiterate women who do not even have manners of talking. My friend and I had worst experience. I actually went there in August for the first time. I was new in the area so I went there without knowing anything. I had appointment as well. But they were in such a hurry that they literally burnt some portion of my leg. I was constantly asking them to be gentle and wait for the wax to cool down. The towels were unhygienic and something is wrong with the quality of wax. I have to say that I had noticed that only one thing was normal there and that was wax strips. After that I asked for eyebrow...and requested for other beautician as the one who was doing wax was doing in so hurry that I was really scared. But unfortunately the other beautician was even worst. She was in double hurrry I do not know where she had to run. Anyway I was so frustrated that one of them probably understood and started saying sorry and also that there is too much rush and also forced me to add as much as possible tip. I was amazed with this behavior. Anyway after that I never went to this parlor. Now one of my friend visited that place today. Same things happened to her. She was constantly requesting to get the wax done only by one beautician as the saloon was completely vacant and 5 beauticians were free watching movie. There were no other clients. Wax was very hot and she requested to wait but these ladies did not wait and forcefully convinced her to get it done by 2 beauticians at a time. The wax was some non branded self made wax of very bad quality. She literally came out crying. If price is the only factor you care about then you can visit this place because yes it is cheap. But you will definitely come out disappointed.

I went here for the full waxing service ( hands, legs and underarms ). It was my first visit and loved the service. The service done was neat and painless. Reema was very friendly and it was my first time doing sugar waxing. She understood that and made it feel a lot less painful.

I went there for waxing. They use sugar wax, not sure if it is of some brand or they prepare it on their own. The staff did the job in a rush and did not even clean the wax properly, had to take a bath after I returned home.

The staff is very rude. When we enter, they make faces by looking at each other. Gets rude if we aren’t satisfied with our eye brows and tell them to amend it. But I think they’re better than other Kashish salons. I’ve been to all of them and I’ve had worse experiences in others. These people are still better.

I did facial here. The lady asked me to change, lie down and kept me waiting for 30 mins and then after such a long wait too the service was not good. Massage is very bad n they are in hurry. No steam or blackhead removal. Facial here is basically apply face pack n clean it Charges are not less $65 for facial or should I say just for applying the facepack. Not professional.

Bad waxing experience and very rude people. They are so busy in accommodating as many as people, so they dont care about focusing on individual customer.They left out many areas after waxing, they are so bad at it. They leave out and ask you to check for it. And they dont give enough time to check. They are in so hurry to finish the job and get next customer.After waxing they dont even apply lotion unless you ask them.

Their prices are very reasonable. But I was diasappointed by their appointment system. I called in to make an appointment, and the lady listened to me and just placed the receiver on the side and got back to work, without even giving me any explanation or responding to me. I was on hold for almost 15 mins.. I was so pissed. I called back and they did not receive the call.

Everyone is in super hurry. Trying to get as much customers as they can...but is it really worth? Please take your time for each customer and do the job correctly...you will have loyal customers..

I went here to get my eyebrows threaded. I showed them a picture of me from a while back, showing EXACTLY what I wanted my eyebrows to look like. I like my eyebrows thick and only slightly arched. They made them thin and arched. It was my first and last time here.

I paid $150 - and it wasnt a fully body wax. It was unhygienic, they used wet towels to wipe their hands and my body (same towel)! Didnt have body oil to rub on my body after the wax. The ladies were nice, but def over priced for the service and lacks some main requirements such as body lotion, oil, and soap in their washroom! They heat the wax in the mircowave, and dont even have a special wax for the private parts. It was an extremely painful experience. Theyre in a rush, so they were doing a whole strip at once (even in the private parts). If youre going to pay $150 - then I recommend going to a nicer place - would be the same price - and probably a cleaner and more equipped place!

Giving a one star because I dont know how to give a zero. I got an appointment for a full leg and full arm wax, and it was the worst decision I took. If you want two people to butcher your skin, go ahead. A couple of things:1. They dont have the decency to close the door while you are literally stripped naked, getting your wax done.2. Two women started waxing, and they were waxing so poorly, in the same place again and again, that most of my arms and legs were red!3. Asked them to slow down, in vain.4. Told them that I have an ingrown problem on my legs. The lady replied rudely with a what do I do if you have ingrowth. If you are reading this comment: be gentle. Thats what you do.5. Anyways, after all the butchering, they half cleaned my skin and left the room. There were thick patches of wax all over which they didnt bother to clean.6. Bonus: they did apply some aloe vera, and left the bottle for me to complete the work.
