I love Amrit’s work. She is fantastic in threading eyebrows and full face wax. She took good care of my skin throughout. Highly recommend her! The prices are great too. The salon is Covid friendly and well maintained.

Id gone there twice to get waxing and threading done. Both times I had very similar experience and hence the low rating. The owner randomly enters the room while your waxing is in progress. This is the most random unnecessary invasion of privacy I feel. Either just to check if the person attending on you needs help or to ask how much more time will be needed. Now to the person proving you the service. In previous waxing experiences Ive had at other places, the person actually holds your skin when pulling off the strip so the wax strip comes off instantly and cleanly. Here they dont do that. Probably want to not get their manicured fingers sticky lol. This could damage your skin in the long run so I think Ill be looking at other options even though the waxing services at real cheap here.

Jyoti and team believe and constantly work towards providing excellent services.My go to place for eyebrows and waxing for almost three years now. Amrit is pretty fast and yet does an excellent job. She will always check in if there is any pain and will ask on the requirements. The cost is pretty reasonable and they have amazing waxing packages. Highly recommend!

It was my first visit to the salon and I can happily say that I am one satisfied customer. This is now my go-to place ! My eyebrows were really well done. I also got an amazing haircut and highlights from Sadaf. She is a through professional and knew her art very well. I have done highlights a few number of times before in other places but I have to say, this was my best experience, hands down. She is so passionate and knowledgeable about her work and all she cares about is making her client happy.

Love them. They are fast, but at the same time they do a great job. I went for eyebrow threading and after years of not doing it, they shaped my eyebrows based on my face. The price is just right. Definitely coming back for my eyebrows.

I recommend this place for facials. Neha did a good job and they are reasonably priced. They offer deals as well. Bleach is free with shahnaz facials. Also, they offer tea after facials. :)For anyone interested in knowing the process of deep conditioning hair treatment here: they wet your hair and apply conditioner. Then you sit under a steamer and then head is washed with water. This is followed by hair drying.I really liked that everyone is soft spoken and pleasant.

They saved me from a waxing disaster I had at another salon! Also they have some steal deals going on!! $50 for arms, legs and underarms!!! TL:DR; Went for a waxing appointment, left with a burn.I am from Seattle and was visiting California. I went here for waxing as I had an upcoming trip, so needed something quick. This salon was close to the place I was staying at and had decent reviews on google.The staff who worked on me initially was Richa. She seemed to be new to the team and started the procedure. She used super hot wax on my leg which I immediately mentioned and she removed it. I could feel the burn all through, and when mentioned she pointed it to be normal and that the skin is sensitive around the knee area. She apologized for the burning sensation.I was sure something was wrong and then the lady at the register came in and got some gel. She replaced Richa with Amrit (another team member) and asked me to ask for Amrit the next time I book the appointment. I kept insisting that the burn is strong and she repeatedly assured it wasn’t going to leave any mark and will subside by the night.The burn started reddening and I was in pain. The lady at the reception started comparing it to the burns experienced while cooking. When I pointed the intense pain, she apologized and made the service complimentary. However, she kept saying there’s not much more to be done.1. If the service provider is new and is not trained enough, why will you leave them with any customer unattended?2. If you are going to have only some good staff, and ask your customers to book them in particular, why would you have the rest untrained staff for new customers?3. The burn not only left a mark, it formed a bubble and it is day 5, it is as it was in the beginning. I not only had to bear the pain and burn all through the night of day 1, I had to keep nursing the wound all along the week now.I understand mistakes happen but it cannot happen due to lack of training of employees or having only few trained employees and putting the untrained ones to test with new customers. I reached out the very next day with pictures of the burn and there was no response at all from the salon altogether.** I am adding this review here to highlight that not everyone at this salon is trained and the management itself asks you to request for the few “good and fast” (in the words of the lady at the reception) service providers while the new customers are left at the hands of untrained ones**. Though the service was made complimentary, it was not about the money but about the pain of the burn and the wound which hasn’t even healed after 5 days!Never going back here again!

Having gone to several places for waxing, I can safely say that this is the best one for what its worth. It was efficient, just like in Indian salons in India. They use honey wax I think and your average white strips. The salon interiors are very basic but neat and clean. I would suggest to get wipes in case you have some wax sticking on you (its natural to have that every now and then!). Keep it up!

I had a very nice experience with threading. All staffs are professional. I had the best experience ever with YUNIKA . She is very nice with excellant skills. Absolute painless threading with soothing facial massage at the end. Highly recommended.

I got my waxing and threading done here. I went with chocolate waxing as they said it is less painful. But still waxing was very painful and not at all worth the money. There was no difference between before and after threading pics. The people are very crazy to do their job and instead they blame your eyebrow shape and hair growth. Really disappointed!!

One of the first places I searched when moved to Bay Area and till now got the best experience. Go to place for waxing, threading and facial. A special mention to Ms. Preet for her facial. Her massages were brilliant. But everyone else is equally good. Neat and tidy place too.

I don’t usually write reviews, however this time it’s different. This place is conveniently located at downtown Sunnyvale. This is my all time favorite place to go for threading, waxing, facial as well hair color. Can’t think of any other place for threading. Jyoti is such a wonderful welcoming person, as well her other employees. They treat the customers with at most hospitality. Service quality is great as well they are pretty flexible to adjust with their customers schedule too. At the end I would say it’s been a year I have been coming here- always left with 100% satisfaction.

These people have NO idea what they are doing.Awful service.Completely unsanitary conditions and not Covid compliant whatsoever.Stay away.

Jyoti is super efficient and has always done my brows beautifully. I initially came to her with completely uneven eyebrows which she evened out to the best of her ability. Let my eyebrows grow out further and came back 2 months later and I finally have completely even eyebrows!At $10 for eyebrow service, its a pretty great deal and shes super responsive when youre making appointments. I tend to have sensitive skin, and so my eyebrows will be itchy for a good week after, but her post-threading aloe is really great for calming down the skin immediately.Just make sure to tell her what you want if you have specific requests but other than that I think she has a really good eye for eyebrow shapes.

Dont go if they are busy. They are not focused on customer service. More focused on how to get rid of as many as customers. They make faces if u ask them to remove some remaining hair for eyebrows. I had this experience third time. First time I thought its ok it happens. Second time I said lets give them one more chance and today was a last chance. Sorry guys not coming back

Great, streamlined salon with very efficient and good threaders. I regularly get my eyebrows done here and have always been very happy. Wait times can be long (up to an hour), but they have a systematic check-in process. Wait times are normally much shorter as soon as they open.

Nothing fancy here, just great service and love the work they do, and prices are more than fair! They do great work and in a quick manner!

This review is for Facial, I made the appointment through yelp which was easy. If you are looking for relaxing massage then ask for gayathiri, she gives best relaxing massage.Prices are nominal. Five stars for price and facial. But the owner and another lady ( i dont her name :/ ) have serious partiality issue as i dont speak their language.

This place is really good. I have very sensitive skin and always get redness and rashes after waxing or eyebrows but the staff is pro in everything. I experienced no pain or redness/rashes at all and the prices are not rocket high. I wish I would have found this place sooner.Definitely going back.

Its your run of the mill salon that is full service, but specializes in threading. They prefer cash, but will take credit cards. If you do use a credit card, they will add $1 to your total.I went in for threading, and while that is their main source of business, they are also lazy. While I waited, the gal complained to each customer that their service was either hurting her fingers or her teeth. If she wasnt complaining about that, then she would try to make the person feel bad by saying the hairs were too thick and couldnt be removed. My turn came, I had her clean up my brows. She was done in a couple of minutes, but missed spots. I had her continue until all was good, then she tried to charge me extra for me having her do her job. Owner said no, hence the 2 stars, else this place would be 1 for the sheer lack of tact and manners, and horrid customer service.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere - anywhere - else. Unless you like being made to feel bad about your services.

I tried this place a couple times since its close to my work. The first two times I had to tell the lady to touch up my eyebrows more, but now I always go to Amrit. She is very thorough and listens to you on how you want your eyebrows. Very nice.$1 extra charge if you pay with card.

Best place to get your eyebrows threaded for very cheap! $9 for eyebrows, where lots of other places are $15! Its easy to just walk in, no appointments needed.

My boyfriend and I both came here to get our eyebrows threaded. $9 with cash, $10 with card. We only cleaned up our eyebrows and didnt request other change the shape or anything. Very happy with how they came out. She also puts aloe vera at the end to help soothe your skin. Will continue to come here to get my eyebrows threaded.There is a parking lot in the back, as well as street parking.

Worst service ever. Putting in a bad review after multiple visits (so this is not based on 1 or 2 visits). Unfortunately this place is close to me so I went here multiple times:(My appointment was taken on phone for eyebrow upperlips (they never pick up phone, just work on messages). When I reached salon, the lady says there is no appointment for eyebrows and said I have to wait in line for 20mins!! Then she asks me to show message as PROOF and debates on my message saying that this does not mean we have taken your appointment when the same thing worked for me for last 8-9 times!!According to Jyoti - OK does not mean your appointment is taken so be careful.Seriously, who behaves like this with customers?Waxing is done very roughly and it leaves multiple red patches on your body. Probably poor quality wax is used. The cleaning after waxing is also very rushed & not done properly.Eyebrow threading is very poorly done and it hurted me the most of all salons I have been to. Once, an inexperienced person was assigned to do my eyebrows and then after I complained, someone else did the eyebrow again.It has happened multiple times that I had boils/pimples after upperlips as they do it very harshly and in rush.Their strategy is to keep rates low and attract many customers but then they give poor customer service. They just lost a customer today.

Some of the people here are very nice,I go here mostly for my eyebrow threading.some staff here can know themselves that my skin is sensitive,and they do the threading in such a way that, it does not hurt.

This is one of the best Parlor and their services are amazing . So I went there for facial and it was done by Gayathri. I just found good review and money wise it was reasonable . So why not ... but let me say it was one of the best facial . Gaaythri first explained what all she is going to do as part of facial process . And then she said there will be 30 min of face massage . It was amazing .... she put on a very soothing music and of course did a wonderful massage . It was very refreshing and relaxing . And to top it up after the facial they even asked me for a tea or coffee .... 🙂So if anyone wants a relaxing facial at a reasonable price this is the place to go ..... u will not regret it ....

This is the best near sunnyvale I can say. They have sugar wax that you get in India. Clean, not at all clumsy. I got my waxing and brazilian wax don from Amrit. She is really good. Must recommended.

Looking at the yelp reviews went here and had eyebrow upper lip and wax..Very bad experecice with uppper lip had 3 cuts... and hair grew back in less than 2 weeks.. which usually takes 3 weeks or more for me...wax was done with very hot one... my skin was almost cryinggggg...not so good experecience overall

Worst Service I have ever seen in US. Only eyebrows were good. During waxing complete hair was not removed and they dont care about the skin either. they poured wax so many times over and over again.

Jyoti used to do a great job on eyebrows but since the they moved to the new place and expanded she is hardly ever there and even if she is there you need to make a special request even if not with another customer. When you do make a request the attitude is not very welcoming.

Got a waxing package for $50 full arms full legs and complementary under arms waxing .staff is very polite and friendly .they have recently started hair service . And prices are low campared to my previous hair dresser look forward to get my hair cut and color done here
