Christina is so good. She was very gentle but quick so it took like seriously 8 minutes?! Amazing. She just chatted the whole time to keep me distracted and was really knowledgeable about products and procedure. And Faye at the front desk is adorable! The girls here are great.

I usually go to the mountain view branch but given my experience there post pandemic, I was not satisfied with the service and came to sunnyvale. Christina is a gem. She is a professional and knows her work. Painless, quick and perfectly shaped brows.

This is my first time going to the EWC. First off, I was notified just ONE hour before my appointment that it was pushed back 45 minutes. Then, when I started the procedure, the waxer Cassandra was unenthusiastic and her attitude made me feel like she doesn’t really want to be there. Even though she knew it was my first time waxing she didn’t say much apart from the standard steps and introducing a product. I had to keep asking questions. I checked afterwards and realized that it was about the same as before the waxing. On the website it says will take off “4 finger widths” of hair but it was at most only 1 finger, hair still pokes out of the bikini bottoms. What’s even worse is that I also found a piece of wax still stuck on the hair. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I came here because I read great reviews about Christina and they were right: shes awesome!!

Ive been going to this location for 3 years. Its a typical European Wax Center where they do a good job with your standard wax services. If you plan to wax regularly Id recommend getting a wax pass. Its the most cost effective way to get regular services. The staff is always kind but there is regular turnover. The quality of your service always depends on what specialist you get but Im happy to say Ive never had a bad wax here. FYI this location is always cold. Bring a sweater.

FANTASTIC!! The staff is very professional, friendly, informative--great facility, too!! The wax REALLY IS better than the usual wax. I felt perfectly normal when I left, not burned and blistered like I did when I got waxed at another place in my hometown with the traditional wax. This place is AWESOME!! Great deal for first-time customers, too!!!

Convenient location, quick and great results. I have had two different aestheticians over the past year and both were professional. It is sometimes difficult to get a last minute appointment since the place seems to do a lot of business.

This was my first time and Taylor made it as pleasant as it could be. She walked me through all the steps and gave me a lot of tips in my problem areas. She was easy to talk to and it was quick and easy. She made me so comfortable that I will definitely be visiting her again.

Highly unprofessional people. They rescheduled my appointments couple of times and didnt tell me that they changed my waxer. This time they rescheduled I asked for a particular waxer and she was available. On the day of appointment they told me that they dont have any reservations under my name, neither the rescheduled one nor the old one. Better try some other EWC but not Sunnyvale one.

I have been coming here for years. Patricia is by far my favorite waxer so far. My eyebrows always come out looking beautiful every time I see her. Plus the front desk staff is always super helpful and never push you to buy their packages. Love it!

Front desk staff were pretty non customer friendly. Made a last minute appointment at 4:45pm and lady on the call mentioned its a 10 min late policy so I drove as fast as I can and was there by 4:55. On reaching there they say its a 9 min policy and cancelled my appointment for a miscommunication that was their fault. I am a regular customer and this is the first time I experienced such non customer friendly behaviour.

Always have good results at this salon, but the high esthetician turnover hurts my heart. Im very loyal and hate when my favorites leave!

Brittany did a great job and made me feel really comfortable. All of the staff were smiling and very helpful. I will definitely be coming back here again instead of the mountain view location.

Worst brazilian wax Ive ever had! This is not my first wax, but it hurt more than the first one I ever had! I have sensitive skin so I expect a wax to hurt and brace myself, but this was more painful than that! She went over the area multiple times, even saying we arent supposed to go over it again if we see ingrown hairs, but all of it is ingrown and proceeded to wax over the same spot. I understand sometimes it hurts more times than others, but she also had no sympathy for it hurting. She asked oh are you sensitive? multiple times with little concern. And even after all that, I left with hair still there! So the most painful 30 minutes of my life werent even effective! Not coming back here.

I was on hold for 15 mins and 45 seconds. While on hold, I drove over to this center. When I arrived, Nerissa was assisting another customer. She greeted me by saying, yes? I mentioned that I was on hold for 15 minutes, and she said Ok. No apology. No empathy. Nothing. I told her I had an appointment for 1pm and was checking to see if there was an earlier opening around 11:30am. She rolled her eyes and said, nope, were fully committed today. I asked her to cancel my appointment. I will never return to this location again.

The girls are super nice and fast! In and out for Brazilian wax in less then 15 mins.

Worst location Ive been to, they dont seem to check their messages, or maybe too lazy to return calls.

I booked an appointment online and received a confirmation email too. I also got a reminder call a day before my appointment. And no where was it mentioned or told to me about the 9 minute late policy. I arrived 10 minutes late and the front desk was talking on the phone. She finally spoke to me after 2 mins and by then it seemed like I was late by 12 mins. I even told the front desk that this was my first visit and that I wasnt aware of this nor was I informed and she bluntly asked me to reschedule. I agree I had to be on time but could have excused me since I was totally unaware of this. May be you should add it in bold in the Reminder emails that you send about this policy. Booked another appointment elsewhere immediately and was informed of their late policy. I just moved here and was hoping I could go to this place but after this experience ummm...

This place is ridiculous! made an appointment online, came on time after making all the arrangements to be available at that time, and they canceled my appointment on the spot with a lousy excuse that their online system is not working properly and that I should have called before. Maybe next time you should have the courtesy to call or email before you cancel an appointment. simply outrageous.
