Easily coordinated my car rental (I booked but they made sure pickup & drop off happened when I was at caliber) and did all the paperwork for Progressive for me.Staff are all friendly and speedy with service. The work was excellent. Can’t even tell anything happened. I really appreciate the text option for updates.Whole experience was super easy and stress free.

Very safe environment, COVID-19 safe, loved how clean it is and the service is fast . Friendly staff and they give your car back as fast as they can . Walter Alfaro was one of the best employee there, very professional and explain to me everything with expectations. I highly recommend this place, Caliber does a good job . I will keep coming back here and I will also referred family and friends . I want some work done on my car but later on i will bring my car to them .
The crew at this caliber collision went above and beyond to get my vehicle in working condition again. They were very helpful in answering my questions, keeping me updated, and making sure all broken parts were replaced and in working order. Highly recommended if you need repair work done.

Great service. Someone recently dinged my car in a parking lot and caliber coordinated everything with the rental car company (enterprise) and insurance (liberty mutual) to make a seamless experience. The paint job was perfect and I couldnt tell anything ever happened
My honda civic trunk was stuck. Went to a few other mechanics and everyone said they need to inspect it, and were going to charge $150+ just for inspection. I came here, and he opened the trunk for me in less than half an hour. He didnt charge anything also.Great place, will always take my car here. Extremely skillful workers here. Highly recommend it.
I brought my car in for a rear door replacement due to a collision. Jason was very honest and professional and took the time to explain the whole process of how he was going to replace the door. Fenders repaired the door of my Mercedes. They stayed in touch throughout the repair process, and called me when it was finished. When I saw my car again, I couldnt tell that the damage was ever there. It looked just like new. It was done when they said it would be done, which was nice because I rented my own car.I would use them again.

I got the entire right side of my car raked while it was parked and Caliber worked with me while my insurance and their insurance were busy figuring out how to get things done. I took my too-low-in-the-front car to Caliber for body work that I was paying for--not my insurance company. They could not have been more professional. I thought that their quote was very reasonable. The work was done to my expectations and my car was delivered to me clean, inside and out.. They communicated throughout the process so that I knew exactly when my car would be ready to pick up. They also arrange with Enterprise for car rentals and the Enterprise folks were also terrific. Other than that it wasnt free, it was as painless a process as I could have hoped for.

Outstanding place! Our car needed significant repairs all along one side. The team at Caliber was always prompt and thorough in investigating and understanding what needed to be done. When they were done you would never have guessed that it had been repaired -- the look and ride are both great.
These guys kept me updated throughout the process and was very detailed in their explanations. During the first pick up, I found out that my rear lights werent lighting on. The guys here apologized profusely after not being able to immediately identify the problem. They kept my car for a few extra days and solved it. Yes, it did lead to a few days of delayed pick up, but insurance paid for my rental and these guys had a great attitude about the whole situation.
Got my car fixed for a small scratch and picked it up today. They did a great job and you cannot tell the color difference at all. They were extremely professional and kept me posted on my car status on daily basis.

I had a car accident almost a year ago that was caused by another driver. I used Caliber because the other insurance company would had the payment and paperwork directly.They did a great job fixing my bumper, and fixing the paint. I havent had any issues since then. They have prompt service, friendly reminders, and offered to drop me off at work when I dropped my car off.I would use this place again.

Great work! Was rear ended. replaced trunk. The air torqued my rear shocks that the dealer said needed to be replaced at $250 each. They air torqued as a courtesy, where the dealer Magnussen Toyota Palo Alto messed up
The only star is given to their body fixing, looks good so far.I dropped off my car to fix a damage in the roof, the body shop looked professional and I totally trusted them since they have the best reviews in yelp.The fixing took two weeks, I called them many times but only a few chance I could get call back, even though they promised me to call back. If you read other reviews, you could find the same complaint. So I have to visit their work shop again and again, just to get a chance talking to my service advisor. Thanks God my home is not far from them. One time, I also noticed a lady complaining the same issue in the front desk, so this should be a normal issue for their service.However, comparing to the thing happened later, this problem is just too small. THEY BROKE MY CAR AFTER FIXING IT.One day before my pickup, they called me saying they did a test drive and found many warning messages in the central dashboard, they thought it was because they disconnected the battery in order to fix the body damage and the warning message should be easily erased by a simple reset. But next day, when I picked up the car, they told me they found an old scratch in the front of the car and they were sure all the warning messages came from the scratch!!! Oh my God that scratch was made 1.5 months ago and everything worked well after that, why the warning didnt come after scratch but after your fix????I didnt want to argue with them because 1. they didnt have the equipment to diagnose the warning; 2. the service advisor was quite tough and kept saying no. I just wanted to pick up my car and took it to the dealer. But before I left, the service advisor asked me to sign a disclaimer saying I know the car is unsafe to drive, Ill take all the responsibility in driving it on road. WHAT A JOKE!! I dropped off a safe car and picked up an unsafe car, after their fixing.It took the dealer another week to thoroughly diagnose the problem and fix it. Let me cite a few sentence from dealers report: Found no communication with forward recognition camera ECU. Check for DTC at combination meter, found DTC U023A lost communication with front camera module. Remove mirror assembly and inspect F/R camera ECU, found connector was disconnected. Noticed this part has been previously removed by a body shop. (IT WAS LEFT DISCONNECTED).1 week labor fee for the dealer is 900+ dollar, tell me who should pay for this???

I normally didnt give review, but this center is damn bad. It takes ONE week before they can send me an estimate! After I got the estimation, they fail to give me an estimate time for fixing my car, every time I call them, they are busy, with customer or not be able to estimate the work right now
