I dont know why this happened, but an employee comes out and reads my plate that shows Im from the military and starts bashing and shaming my service, then puts his coffee cup on my car. Ive never used their services, but thats highly inappropriate.

I had an awesome experience with Jason from Fix Auto Sunnyvale. I need to replace my car bumper, and I used their free online evaluation which Jason did quickly and the dollar amount is both attractive and accurate. Afterwards, my personal talk with Jason has also been a good experience. Updates were sent via SMS during the work, which is a plus. In the end, he did an awesome job in a timely fashion. The entire process seems COVID prepared, and there is even a hand sanitizer as parting gift. Definitely recommend their service.

Jason Pinon and the crew at FIX auto was very thorough and informative about the process and what was going to be done to my car. I was updated daily and my car was done on time. They did a great job! I usually do not do surveys but this was the best experience I have ever had dealing with any type of auto shop. I would recommend FIX auto to anyone and give the a 10/10!
