Very friendly, great pedicure....Had acrylics done here several times, last time walked out feeling like I got some walmart press-ons very unhappy with my last fill, came in to get fixed next day and they look worse than they did. Waste of time and money

Ben, Tammy and the whole team are awesome. Ive been going here for almost 15 years. It was close to my job and now I drive from another city because they are too good to go somewhere else closer. Extremely friendly, very accommodating and great work, they feel like family after all these years! Now with the virus they have also taken very good measures to keep customers sanitized and distanced. Id highly recommend!

I showed them a picture on how I wanted my nails to come out . And ended up with A different result I did not approve on . I do not recommend coming to this 007 the one on the east is way better!

I will never go back, they did a horrible job on my nails and didn’t try to fix it! I’m a mail person and my nails never looked this bad

I paid for for acrylic set and the job was done with no care to file the nail before using the acrylic, it feels like the acrylic is digging into the corners of all my nails, paint job lefts nail polish ALL OVER the back of my nails, all my nails are warped thick and some thinner.. I am so upset after a rough day and wanting to just get my nails done and have them charge me 45 for a short/medium set!!

This was my first time getting a pedicure. It was a big hurdle for me to get this done. I am not sure if it was pride or embarrassment. I cannot believe how great my feet feel! My wife was correct in saying you will enjoy it. Thank you Tu you did a fantastic job! I will see you again.

Terrible experience pedicure was awful. He has no clue how to do a pedicure. Not to mention I also got a full set my nails look horrible. The gel polish looks to thick my nails were not shaped well to much of everything. I really feel like they did a rush job. Money was wasted . Never again

007bis a family owned business. Staff is friendly and personable who get to know you and your nail expectations. 007 is detail oriented. Communication is key for both the customer and the business. Complimentary beverage available for customers. They are also open on Sundays (by appt ONLY). I have been a customer here for over a decade and will continue to come back.

They switched polishes on me, to get more money and they didnt do a good job on my nails or feet. Definitely lost a customer!

Went to get gel nails with my friend for her wedding. I got gel shellac and it turned out fine. I had no idea what gel shellac was and I wish they communicated that more effectively to me, I felt kind of dumb (its a gel on your natural nail, no fake nails involved).My friend was getting hers done for her wedding, which she communicated to her nail artist. She has thin, easily breakable, short nails, so she needed to get fake nails. The nails she ended up with were crooked, super thick, pointed upwards from her nails, and one didnt go to the nailbed (there was a gap). Additionally, she showed them a picture of what she wanted (a french tip) and they gave her a pink-to-white gradient. We communicated that we wanted some changes and the nail artist obliged, but we kinda felt bad asking for so many changes that we stopped after a while. We paid, tipped, and left. She found out later that they started hurting really badly. It could have been a better experience. I wish the nail artist would have asked her if she liked her nails and told her that he was open to suggestion because they were for such an important event; it would have made asking more bearable. The nail artist that did mine did ask if I liked my nails, which was nice.

Every other time i come here its a different price for the same thing. Crappy service, complemented with nails that last maybe a week. Unless your getting your nails done by the owner dont bother your going to get careless work. They recommend not making appointments and prefer walk ins however you will most likely be waiting an hour to be seen if not rudely told to come back when they feel like it.

I have gone to this place for 6 years and have loved the service and it’s a job well done, but today did make me feel like I am going to go elsewhere with my business. Im very dissappointed in the customer service I received and quality. I understand it was a one nail do over but it now looks almost worst than it did. I called an hour ahead I understand it probably annoying but not a way to treat a long time customer or any customer at all like that.

Been to a lot of salons around Madison, but theyre the best Ive ever been too. Lower prices and great service.

Poor service

I went to 007 nails yesterday. I had my nails done by a guy and when he say my nails (my nails are pretty short) he said What happen to your nails? out loud in front of a lot of people. I got fake nails and let me tell you it was harmful or maybe its just me. When he was buffing my nails he did it to roughly and it hurted alot. And i dont think he glued the nails on right because my pinkie nail looks like it gonna pop off. And when he painted my nails he missed a lot of areas.

I really love this place! My nails have never lasted as long as they have with any other nail salon. Thank you for working late hours to fit my schedule and thank you for using good products that outlast my day to day activities!Patricia Figueroa

They are terrible made an appointment yesterday get there today he told me they could only do my nails and noy my pedicure also yold me no one wants to work they want to go home then a lady came out and said try the nail people around the corner. they have horrible customer service I WILL NEVER GO BACK PERIOD

Worst experience ever!! Very disappointed with how my nails turned out and when I asked for them to fix it they had a big complain about it! All I wanted was a fill and different color then last time and they messed up way worse then it was before! Never coming back there again! They didnt even fill the nails in!

The guy that did my nails was terrible at his job. He cut BOTH of my heels while grooming them for a pedi and kept spraying mystery blue liquid on the cuts which made them sting. Then he kept telling me to put them in the water over and over which made them bleed more. It was so painful and the oppposite of relaxing. This was the second pedi I had ever had, the other being for my wedding. Such a terrible experience. The establishment felt dirty and staff were yelling at each other throughout. I also had my nails done (only because I had a 45 gift card to use for both mani and pedi). I was told they were dry and I was good to go. Yeah, after putting on my shoes and jacket they were all smugged and looked awful. And to top it all off, he still charged me for the mani and half of the pedi... seriously? After my bleeding profusely? I had a hard time walking for a month bc of my heels. I guess I’m lucky they didn’t get infected and amputated? Don’t go here... unless you want to bleed or put your feet in the foot spa that got drenched with my blood.

I got an acrylic fill done and the dude flat out told me after an hour and a half that he took so long so he wouldn’t have to do another client... then he had to do two more. Ha! That’s what you get for being rude.

The woman that did my nails talked on the phone almost the whole time and cut and scrapped the skin all around my nails to where they were bleeding. Parts of my nails arent even covered. Am very unhappy and disappointed.

The manicure chipped off within couple days(I got shellac).The way how my nails were painted-was horrible!!!it looked like I did it by myself.The place doesn’t look very clean.A lot of people recommended me this place,and I ended up being very disappointed!
