Absolutely DO NOT TAKE WHITE CLOTHING HERE! I dropped off a brand new dress that had a few make-up stains on it from being tried on at the store. I was assured they could get them out. When I picked up the dress, I thought it had a pinkish hue but assumed it was probably the lighting, the bag or my eyes... nope. Outside, I took it out of the bag and definitely no longer white. I took it back to the store and they informed me that yes, they had also noticed the discoloration...didnt say anything at pick up so just hoped I didnt notice?? I left the dress to get it back to white. Second pick up...STILL PINK or peach or some other color. No idea. I was told by the counter person it was the best they could do. Something bled on the dress. Ummmm...you dont have safe guards in place to protect white clothing from discoloration? I think an 8 year old knows to protect whites from reds! So now, 1 week to homecoming and I have to find time to take my daughter shopping again for another dress. Yes, definitely a first world issue but damn people, you are a dry cleaner. You are supposedly the professionals. I could have done better at home! I will never, ever use Klinke Cleaners again. The employees may be nice but obviously need some more training in how to actually clean clothes without ruining them and actually acting like they care that they ruined your clothing article instead of we did the best we could to fix the problem they created. Seriously Klinke cleaners, be better than that.

I have uniform shirts done. I have already pressed the sleeves with creases. Klinke cleaners does not repress them. I have asked them to but they dont. I have complained about my collars not being pressed. My last set of shirts collars were not pressed and sleeves not done.

This was the first time using this Cleaners and went to the Sun Prairie WI location. Everyone were very friendly, helpful and could tell they really enjoyed their job. It was a great first experience and will definitely be back. First impressions are the most important and that is time most people will remember. Price is good also. Was pleasantly surprised. Not only did I have items to be cleaned but each one had to be fixed. Including a new zipper on a dress which was the whole length of the dress. Even though they send the mending items out, it does not take long to get back. They will contact you right away to let you know your order is ready. In my case it was a text.

If I could give a zero star review I would, this was the worst experience Ive had at a dry cleaner and will NEVER have Klinke do my dry cleaning ever again. I left my Calvin Klein Dress at 7:30 Friday morning to be cleaned and have a couple of stains removed. Clearly, left the dress for professionals to remove the stains, vs trying it at home. ( Preface, the stains were not on the white part of the dress and it was white) I had a wedding to attend to Saturday night and needed it ready. They stated it would be done by 4pm that Friday. Just in case it took a little extra, I waited till Saturday morning at 11 am to pick up. I show up and my dress is not done. I believe her name was Heidi or Hayley, at the West Side on Ironwood location where I dropped it off, was very nice and great customer service, she called her manager to inquire when the dress would be done and let her know I needed it for a wedding that day. She stated the manager said 2pm and that she was tending to the stains. I said thats fine I will come to the main st location to pick up the dress. I show up to the main st location and the people at the front had no idea where my dress was or what I was talking about. They called the manager up and she knew about it and stated it was not done yet and in the wash. At that point I came unglued, you dont tell someone or promise someone it will be done the same day and then when its not ready the following day and tell them it will be done by 2pm, not have it ready. That customer better be top priority! Then finally she admits that they damaged my dress. There was no apology and nothing they offered me. I asked for my money back and wanted money for my dress being damaged. Supposedly they refunded my cleaning bill but I have yet to see it on my account. They said they needed to keep my dress to send to show proof it was damaged. Most places you can just send a picture???? So I said I want my dress back, I lost all trust in them and walked out. I had to go and buy a brand new dress for the wedding last minute and showed up late because of it. Best part is in the pictures, the professional dry cleaner washed the dress in hot water and made the dress bleed its bottom red color. I couldve done a better job at home avoiding that by washing it in cold water.... such a rookie mistake. Im not as angry about the dress being damaged, even if it was my favorite dress. I am more upset that they did not apologize, they did not empathize, and they werent honest with me at 11am that it was damaged. That way I wouldve had plenty of time to find a replacement. They knew damn well what my situation was and they gave me attitude instead. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Zachery helped me for both drop off and pick up and made each experience enjoyable and quick. With how quickly my things were done youd expect your things to look the same as when you dropped them off. However, my things were cleaned as well as if I had dropped them off many days ago. Really recommend Klinke main street Sun Prairie!

As a new resident in Sun Prairie I visited this Klinkes for the first time. Had my wool coat cleaned. The staff were very nice. They notified when it was done. They did an excellent job. Coat looks like new.

I live in Columbus but coming to Sun Prairie all the time for groceries & supplies so it was very convenient to stop by your store. I am very satisfied with the cleaning each time Ive had anything cleaned. Thank you.

Freshly pressed?????? Really?????!!!!! Dont waste your money

This location is convenient even though I there is a Klinke location 2 blocks from my office on E. Washington. The night staff, especially Vic, is very helpful and professional. The new manager is a bit rough and lacks customer service. Although she addresses me by my last name, her priorities tend to be about her and not about how to improve my experiences at Klinke. I once dropped off a exceptionally large number of shirts and dry cleaning before 10am on Saturday and the comment I received from the manager was; Do you REALLY expect all of this completed by 4.The coupons are another issue..... you can never find them. The Web coupons although convenient, limit which day you can use. I can not locate coupons...... I spend at least $100 to $150 per month, and feel I should not be limited by the lack coupons. High volume should receive the higher discounts every day.Buttons continue to disappear, my shirts on hangers are wrinkled at times.....etc.What keeps me coming back is same day service, and a few key employees that know how to smile and say hello and thank you. (Thanks VIC)Klinke has some quality people, but customer service training would truly make this company stronger. They should model themselves similar to Southwest......

We have been going to this Klinke Cleaners for years - too many to even remember! Their cleaning has always been fantastic, plus they go the extra mile to make sure your clothing is in good shape (sewing on loose or missing buttons, carefully pointing out any issues with a garment, etc). Our cleaning has ALWAYS been ready by the time and date promised. We really appreciate knowing that we can depend on them.As good as the cleaning is, (most of) the staff is even better! There used to be times when high school kids were minding the store and they just didnt have the outgoing, upbeat personalities that the rest of the staff has. However, I cant really complain about them either -- they have always come through for us too!So all in all, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND Klinkes in Sun Prairie to anyone who wants great quality and service!

The staff are welcoming and attentive to my interests and needs. The garments we bring to this site are tended to with care. Dress shirts are pressed and presented professionally. Service is timely and smiles are extended. People who work at this location seem to enjoy their jobs.

Oscar the store manger at this location was unbelievably kind and understanding when my wife and I dropped off garments in a rush this morning. He made good on an unrealistic promise made by another employee, I would recommend working with his stores to anyone.Small Business Matters!

My husband dropped off his military uniform Saturday afternoon around 12:30 to have it dry cleaned. I stopped on Monday after class at 1pm to see if it was ready, they told me it would be ready by 4. It is now Tuesday at 9:42am and they forgot to dry clean it yesterday, so now we have to wait until 4pm today to pick it up. Definitely not satisfied with the service. Will be finding another dry cleaners.

Awful customer service. Brand new clothes worn for 6 hours smelled and looked the same way I got them back. Wrinkled and mild smell. They lied and said they can’t remove any smells. Other places can, take your clothing elsewhere. They train during busy times and want more information about you than what’s needed.

I have gone to this Klinkes location for 10 years and have always been very satisfied. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful and always explains things if there is a stain or something additional needs to be done. The clothes always come back clean and pressed and/or folded perfectly.

Gotta love Klinke Cleaners. I hate Ironing and I wear a suit to work most days which also need special care. This is the only place I will take my garmets to be cleaned. They also have a great staff, always friendly.

What a great place to go to have your clothing cleaned. Ive been using Kilinkes in Sun Prairie for quite a while and their service is second to none. Always done on time and done perfectly. The people that work there are wonderful. I know they are not being paid enough for the great job they are doing. I brought my suit in for dry cleaning on a Friday and told them I needed it by Saturday. I have a very important interview Monday morning that was just scheduled on the day I brought my suit in. I arrived at the location to pick up my suit at 4pm Saturday and was told Sorry, I thought you said Monday. Upon leaving with my expensive, wrinkled, dirty suit (that was picked out of a pile of other dirty clothes) the older lady says It happens to all of us. Yeah, wont be going back to this business and I suggest everyone else to avoid it if you want something done on time.

I used the Klinke Cleaners in SunPrairie for the first time this week and it was a great experience. I dropped off 12 pieces of dry cleaning and every piece was cleaned pressed and returned within one day in perfect condition. I was greeted as I walked in the door and was treated with respect as I asked a lot of questions! When I picked up the dry cleaning I went through the drive thru and again was greeted within seconds and again treated with great professionalism Mac the puppy also was very happy with the treat he received! I will definitely continue to use Klinkes and would recommend to anyone looking for a great Dry Cleaners.

Klinke Cleaners is the only cleaners that we use! We use no other! The next best thing to cleaning my clothes like the Chicago Cleaners do!

Dropped my husbands suit off here and when I picked it up, it wasnt in the bag or with the hanger I brought it with... Both bag and hanger were from Mens Wearhouse. Called and they said they throw that stuff away..... So why didnt the lady tell me that!
