Kayla was amazing. Spent time listening to what I wanted, and did just what I asked. Very fun talking with her and her co-worker. Im from out of town, but made an appointment for 6 weeks just to come back!!

Great place for a quick cut. I only get a buzz and a shampoo, but the service is fast and affordable. Never had any issues.

Mg hairstylist was Kayla! She is great! Turned out better than I ever thought it would. I wanted something different than Ive ever done, and I absolutely love it. Definitely going back!

My husband and I both get our hair cut by Karmin. She always does a good job and we love her as a person. Only accepting call- in appointments right now tho, no walk-ins. They have some new beauticians now, since covid, and I dont know how they are.

So I made an attempt to try dying my own hair that didnt work very well. I scheduled an appointment since this Salon was highly rated. Took a bit but they were able to fix my hair! So the staff here are great. Seriously they are amazing hair stylist. Great with kids!!! Which is huge in my book. But they strike a conversion with you and make the whole experience not so boring. Everyone is SO friendly and nice. I brought my 1.5 year old in for a haircut. He doesnt getting his haircut at all and can be kind of difficult- but they were so patient and kind and the haircut is WAY better than the last place we went. Well be returning for sure. Thank you!!!

I was a chain salon customer forever! I went to Mondas about a year ago and have never gone any place else since! My kids also are also very happy with Mondas. They offer great service at affordable prices. They do not rush the hair cut like the chain places and more importantly the stylists are consistent so you can go to the same person over and over. If you have not gone to Mondas you are missing the boat and probably spending way to much money at a chain!

Ive been going to Mondas for over 3 years now, since weve moved to the area and love, love, love Karmen! She is an expert in her field and always does a great job. I get highlights, lowlights and haircut every few weeks and have been very happy with services and products offered at Mondas. Thanks for taking good care of my hair! :)

Guys, this hair salon is beyond FANTASTIC. If I could, I’d give them 100 stars! Last year I had a formal updo for a family wedding in Chicago. I had so many compliments & people asking me where I got my hair done! Monda did such a fabulous job, I felt super glamorous all night.However, what lead me to write this post was that today we had a sweet woman (didn’t catch her name) came to my in laws home to cut our grandfathers hair. He’s not able to walk for long & is partly blind. They where sweet enough to make a house call so that our grandpa could be in tip top shape. PLUS my five month old son got his FIRST haircut! She sweetly took the time to do that for me.I want everyone in Sun Prairie to know that these people are AWESOME. They are a family business that values FAMILIES! So refreshing now a days to know a business actually CARES about its customers. Amazing, I really cannot say enough good things!Thank you so much!

They do appointments and walk-ins, which caused my appointment to be 30 minutes later the last time I visited. Also, the perms Ive gotten dont leave my hair nearly as curly as perms Ive had elsewhere. But the price is very affordable and its easy to get an appointment.

This is the only place I get my hair cut since it was Sport Clips (or something like that) when she first opened. Monda is awesome. Shes all business but sweet. Karmen is very friendly and has been there a very many years. Though they take walk ins, you may want to call and make an appointment. Its popular.

You get what you paid for. I came in just for a trim, (i have medium length hair) and I came out looking like Professor Snape from Harry Potter. I took off my glasses while my stylist was cutting my hair but i showed her how i wanted it. So i wasnt able to see until the end result. And by that time, I couldnt say much because I was NOT going to let her cut more. I tried to make it look decent at home but no...... Also, I have never been to a salon that stylist trims your hair that hits your face. Literally, she pulled a section of my hair in front of my hair and trimmed it leaving the hair LITERALLY on my face. At the end, it took me a couple minutes just to take those pesky short hair off my face. Women who wants a decent haircut, do not come here. I made that mistake.

You know one of those salons where you walk in and everyone is friendly, fun, and interested in you and your needs... even the first time you meet them?OH WAIT! MONDAS is the ONLY place I have ever been treated that way.Stylists who were not even doing my hair asked questions and made comments. Penny, my stylist, has always been so honest with her feedback on my ideas/changes I want to make to my hair. She lets me know if my ideas will actually work for my hair. I felt at home, I left happy, and I have not gone anywhere else for 2.5 years! Thanks Penny Hardy and Mondas team!

Asked her to give me a trim and to take off as little as possible, and I have layers. She did not know what she was doing, she didnt even get all the ends off and she spent a total of less than 5 minutes on my hair. Heck, I couldve done that, and then charged me $15.95 and the receipt asked for a tip. Hell no lady! Will never go back again.

Ive been going to Mondas for awhile now and was always happy with the service I received. However, that all changed today. The stylist who cut my hair obviously didnt want to be there and did such a sub par job that I was embarrassed to walk out of the salon. She didnt bother to ask me if I part my hair down the middle or to the side, but instead just started cutting it. On top of that she didnt even finish blow drying my hair or comb it out. She basically pushed me out of the chair with wet hair and a desire to never return to the salon again.If they ever get rid of that stylist I will gladly return. Otherwise forget it.

I have been going to Mondas since they first opened 5 or so years ago. They have amazing service and a great staff. The only time I have not gotten a haircut here in the last five years, I was out of the country.

This place is more of a barbershop than a hair salon. The employees are loud, obnoxious and crude, good for guys not gals. Prices were fair, but you get what you pay for. Bad experience and wont be going back.

Just had a color and cut with Zoey. And I absolutely love the color and the style she gave me. I usually go to an Aveda salon and felt right at home when I learned she graduated from the Aveda Institute in Madison.She did a great job. And, oh my goodness, the price was so reasonable. Thank you!
