Got in very quickly. No problem with unload

It just don’t get any better than this facility! No overnight parking but you can start parking on site around 3 am.You check in they give you a beeper, when your door is ready it beeps you go get unloaded, when your donn that thing beeps again and you leave.BTW you already have your paperwork signed before you go to the door and get a sticker with check in times and out times on the way out!I love this place #1 place in America I want to deliver! Hands down the example of how to move trucks

Greatest live unloading experience. In & out under 40mins FTL. Costco needs to open institute for rest of the countries shippers/receivers. Schneider drivers there’s company yard 1.4miles from this Costco.

Very clean and large facility the people over there they treat you good as a worker and they try as fast as they can to unload your truck it took me 20 minutes to unload my truck with Ice cream as frozen load so they really good …R.S

Very busy when I arrived but incredibly well run - was in and out in 1.5 hr. Plenty of room for backing; the only downside is that the only overnight parking is a couple tiny truck stops about 10 miles away right near the port and other DCs so plan accordingly.

Clean, fast, friendly. Just like all other Costco dc’s they get drivers in and out like clock work. I l never mind delivering to costco.

This place is awesome to deliver too! Fast and very organized. Nothing bad to say. In the gate at 0845 and out the gate at 1002! Friendly people throughout facility.

Quick to unload. But seriously the best bathrooms they can provide are nasty ports-johns?? It’s a multi billion dollar company! I’m glad I’ll be getting out of long haul trucking soon.

I love Costco. So its awesome that Im part of the process of getting items to the local Costco store from the main warehouse. I buy things from the Costcos by the truck load literally haw haw.

Unless the load pays really good. I dont recommend dealing with this place. Show up right on time. And they push back your unload to the next Day.I mean I could have got a 34-hour reset if they would have notified the company. One more reason to get a 99 or older truck.

Cotsco is incredible. 25 MINUTES IN AND OUT FOR DELIVERY! Ridiculously good!No BS, No Lumper, No waiting hours for them to count the load. No waiting for paperwork.Just get in, get unloaded immediately as you back into the door and get right out.No overnight parking but try 32nd street East, many spots to park just a block away.

Usually very good. This load 1/2 of delivery was rejected. Load shift slightly they would not take it.

Always well organized, we get in,we get loaded without incident, the staff is always awesome, they had us in an out in about 1 hour and a half today.

You can tell a veteran driver from the rest.....on the entrance driveway to security.theres a crosswalk halfway thru.vets stop prior....the rest just really dont care.oh well. maybe one day they will get it...maybe....

Typical Costco, well run and organized. Arrived with trucks lined up to the street (left 2 lanes OTR, right one Costco/dedicated trucks), and was through the line and in a door in 20 minutes.

Fast and efficient. I had a live unload and was in and out in underneath hour. These folks dont play around!

As a trucker, its my opinion that Costco has the best system in place for deliveries. Other Shippers and Receivers in the industry need to take notes. Id deliver to Costco any day of the week.

The only Costco that I have delivered to that does not allow parking. I arrived at 8 pm with a 5 am delivery time for the next morning. This area has several DC’s with 1 small truck stop. Having delivered to several Costco’s, this is the worst. I will never haul a load to this facility again. Costco, you have lost an owner operator that was one of your fans.

Delivering in big places like this is never a easy task .They work to makes it easy for everyone

Costco what can I say ! Actually location is well organized easy in easy out ! Capstone Clerks can use a serious attitude adjustment tho ... sometimes can be rude and insulting talking about check in girls .. payment window Clerks are cool. My advise dont speak just stand there be invisible works best.

Costco, like clockwork everytime, they have it down to a science.

Nice wide open place to pick up and drop. Just be aware this place can get busy with trucks and hostlers. Oh and dont forget to open your doors and slide your tandems!

Everyone knows theres little truck parking in the area. They only let us stage 2 hours early and have plenty of room to accommodate all of their customer trucks.

2/6/20: Oh Costco how I love thee! They have the delivery system down - check in at the gate, get a buzzer which is your main form of communication. It says which dock you go to. It buzzes when your dock is ready. It buzzes when your truck is unloaded and tells you to go back to the gate. At the gate you turn your buzzer in and they have a sticker confirming your delivery. And then you leave! Easy, efficient, friendly - I suggest every DC adapt this system. Our total time on site was 45 minutes for 3 pallets.There is a lot on site you can park in if your dock isn’t ready. You still get the buzzer to let you know when it is ready. We arrived at 0435 for our 0500 appointment, and got our dock right away, so I’m not sure if they allow overnight parking or not. There are porta-potties at that lot.
