At first, I was really impressed with Pablo. He seemed professional. He looked at my job and gave an estimate. When I followed up to schedule an appointment, he never called me back. He was my neighbor. Who doesnt need work during Covid? I rescheduled with Sears and was happy with their service, and they were less expensive too! Shame on you.

I contacted Pro Carpet after a mistake I made trying to clean velvet dining room chairs on my own. I used a harsh cleaner which left my chairs in worse condition than before. They were prompt and professional in their response. It was the day before Thanksgiving and they were somehow able to squeeze my appointment in. Not only did they repair my mistake, the chairs look like they are brand new. They even cleaned the chairs that weren’t damaged and did not charge me more. The tech was incredibly nice and wore a mask, gloves and shoe booties. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. And it was an incredible value. Going forward we will only be using this company for carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.

Pablo is professional from start to finish. Everything was explained before the appointment, I got a description of services with confirmation of my appointment after booking and a reminder. My area rugs and sectional are clean, smell great and I couldn’t be happier! Pablo has much better prices than a few other local places. I will definitely use Pro care again.

I had some tough pet buildup and my carpet looks like a new shade now that it’s clean! (Smelled awesome too.)I had Pro Carpet return to take a try with my sofa – I’ve had it covered but there was also a lot of pet hair under the cover. Pablo was very professional, he came when he said he was going to for both the estimate and the work, they were careful with their equipment not to scratch up the walls, etc. everything is nice and clean, two area rugs, one upholstered ottoman, one marble powder room floor, cleaned and sealed, and a porcelain shower floor.
