I called frantically in the middle of a storm as I was standing shin deep in sewage from a back up into my basement. We had only just moved back into our brand new home after doing a gut renovation. I spoke to Christina on the phone who was kind, empathetic and SO helpful over the next two days. The company was so professional, the workers were beyond what I ever could have expected in such a horrible situation. We had an excellent experience with Certified Carpet Management after our basement flooded during Hurricane Ida. They were very responsive and easy to work with, even though it was an extremely busy time. They did quality, professional work to help remediate the damage (drying, air filter, baseboard/drywall removal, anti-microbial floor treatment). I feel confident that my basement has been well remediated and can now start the repair work. I would highly recommend them.

This company saved us in a tough spot. We had a leak from a faulty pipe connected to our sewage system. When the sewage company was leaving, they recommended this company to remediate the mess. They came out the next day and remediated everything - they were very easy to deal with and the owners seem to genuinely care about helping their customers. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation -- these is your clean up crew!

What an amazing crew, from the initial inspection to the cleanup, these folks worked so hard to get our house dry. The crew that came out started at 4 and were her till 11, I have so much respect for the long hours these folks are putting in to help us recover from IDA.
