I bought my wedding dress from a sample sale at a boutique in Morristown, NJ. The dress was pretty, but I needed it to be altered at a reasonable price. I found reviews online for liberty cleaners from other women who sandy had altered their wedding dresses. I went in and sandy was wonderful to work with. She took the dress from pretty to absolutely amazing. I had asked her to alter the existing back bow and she did exactly as I had envisioned. I had so many compliments on my dress the day of the wedding. Highly recommend for any alteration needs!

Called in for urgent press before holidays, but the store was already closed. The owner called me back from his home asking what I need. He came back to the store just for me, took my clothes and had them delivered the next day to my home. What else can you ask for? Extremely happy with the service.

Decided to use a local dry cleaner for simple dry cleaning. Dropped my dress off on Tuesday morning at about 8am and requested to have it done by Wednesday at noon (the next day). Was told no problem, they would definitely have it by noon the next day. When I went to pick it up the next day at noon, it was not ready. I was told it would be ready at 5pm. When I said I requested noon pickup and was told no problem they could do it, I was basically called a liar, being told I never said that. Not only did this business call me a liar but I was late to the rehearsal dinner due to the inconvenience. The gown was nicely dry cleaned, they did a good job with that, but probably will not go back due to being called a liar.

The BEST. So accomodating, friendly and customer focused, professional and sharp. They set the bar high and I want to hold other bizs & services to the same high standard. Why not right ?!1st time customer, called for an emergency same day hem and alteration to brand new unfinished suit pants. They had me come right down. They had me in a changing room before I even stopped from walking in the door !They also made some suggestions (taper the pants at the bottom portion) that I agreed to. We also noticed stains on pants i was unaware of and they even marked up for dry clean!Pants were ready same night, and results were pertect. They even waited for me to close the shop for an extra 10-15 min when i was late getting back there from work/ traffic. Or else I would have not been able to use the pants the next day as needed to begin with!! (Typical story of my life - but this time a happy ending and positive result for a change - all thanks in full to Liberty Cleaners!Event was a success and suit looked perfect, I felt great in it and looked even better. So happy I called and found Liberty Cleaners. I will contnue to go 6 to 8 miles and 20+ min out of my way each direction just to call them my cleaners and tailors..!

I tried Natural cleaners in Millburn where they put a pin on my scarf and torn it. No apology, no refund.Now I have been using Liberty Cleaners in Summit and like them a lot. Effective cleaning, corteous staff, good looking interior.
