This place is excellent for fast and successful service and they also do tire services two to replace tires if need be for yourself.Prices are relatively fair and you can’t go wrong with this place I’ve been coming here for years even when they change the owners a year or two ago or so and it’s been nothing but greatI highly highly recommend this place for anybody trying to get a car wash as well as tires

Not very professional servicepaid for platinum package car was not buff, door jambs dirty and the owner has issue because the car come from body shop and told me if you dont like dont comei think they want clean new cars from dealer onlywindshield and glass not clean at corners and overspray with vinyl conditioner interior not clean complete, spray wax on car and not even wipe with rack .it take me 3 hr to clean up after them platinum detailingmy 10 year old soon will clean this better if i stand over him and watchtotal waste of $200

Great hand wash. Owner very nice, there was one Time the owner was not there a worker charging I guess he didnt know how to use the gadget to bill my credit card, it seemed strange because he didnt even try the gadget. I had to leave go to the gas station to an ATM to get cash and leave my drivers license, very upset I am a disabled old women.

This place is over priced and they don’t even do a good job. They toke my mats and just threw them around. They did not properly dry me mats they were dripping wet when put back into my car. There were stains still left on the car and they did not completely armor all the inside of my vehicle. People kinda rude in this place.

Great guys and a great business. I get all of my vehicles detailed at Windy City, and the guys really do a great job. Also get my tires done there as well ! Hands down the best go to place in the area !

1st time going here and wouldnt go back services wasnt good. The inside of the car wasnt even clean my windows and dash were still dirty. Told them and the went back to clean the windows but still did not clean and dash board was still dirty. Wouldnt go back i paid for platinum wash I should have just paid for a regular was thats what it look like I got.

I have been going here since they opened. There is no better place to have your car cleaned by hand, inside and out. The people who work here do such s great job. I also have my SUV fully detailed once a year. Windy City makes my car look new again.

If there was more than 5 stars I will put it, Great job and the team is very respectful I was short $3 on cash and they didn’t want to charge my card so they said it’s all good ..

I have some American forces aluminum polish . I havent seen them so clean since I bought them.... highly recommended

Actually I was hoping they will be good. But they werent. They sprayed so much cleaner on places like cup holders and didnt wipe them properly so now i have to clean the sludge they left behind. Ill give them another try, hopefully theyll do better

For a hot 100 and some change they detailed my car. they did a great job. THEY REMOVED THE WATER MARKS from when I left the sunroof open in the rain. Great job, I will be returning again.

Under new ownership. Very lousy job on my van. Paid for the Platinum package and windows were dirty still and dashboard and panel were dusty. Had to go back so they could do it right.Never had issues with them before.

The Worst!!! If you have money to throw away then youre more than welcome going to this car wash. I dont know what it is, if theyre too lazy, or too stupid to do a regular carwash. When you go there, you might get your vehicle vacummed only half way. On the inside when they wipe it down; you have to look really hard not to see if they missed a spot, but to see if they even attempted to wipe anything down. There was a dirty streak on drivers side window that they didnt clean; when I told them about it, Victor told me it would be extra to pay to clean it. Wow, I thought windows were part of the whole car and thats normal for me to expect them to clean them within the price. When I showed them all my issues I got nothing but attitude!! They charged me $30 basically for nothing. Now, I know why; when I got there there was 6 guys standing around, leaning against a wall, with that kind of service there is nothing for them to do, but just lean!!

I really like their prices and how they take care of your car but it took over a hour to get my car wash other then that they do a great job and work hard thanks guys ill be back soon!

Stood there for 20mins waiting on someone to come help me see if I could get my car cleaned no one ever showed up. And they dont answer phones called at least 4 times before I got their never answered .

Left my black car for a wax and wash, and they parked my car in a dusty lot after being completed. The person in charged refused to remove the dust from the car and said I had to pay for a car wash if I wanted to have the dust removed. NEVER again will I bring my vehicle here.
