Customer service representative on the phone was not helpful and very rude. I called to pay for an inspection and told her I was inquiring about another inspection that I had done on a different house and any time I asked her a question she acted like I was taking something from her. “I don’t know maim” “I’m not sure maim I’ve already sent that out to your closing agent” “ I don’t know maim I’ll have to see if I can find out” and when she first answered and I told her I needed to pay for one inspection and I wanted to find out why I was paying two different prices from the last time she said “maim one thing at a time, that’s way too many screens let’s get the payment first”.

They are amazing Mr Eddie is truly appreciate. He treat me with such respect and he is informative. I was so embarrassed about the problem he made feel like normal person. If you go with terminix ask for Eddie

On time, quick efficient polite employees. The Terminix company has always been with us since the early 90s weve used Terminix. They dont mind coming out if there is a problem and the routine service is always done right, on time and properly.

Weve used Terminix since moving to the South 8 years ago. Our service provider Doug Pratt is friendly, knowledgeable and always listens to our concerns. The office personnel is so courteous and responsive to questions and is extremeley nice! Good value for the service provided. Most important our home is consistently pest free!

I have a personal bugman! He is caring and never makes me feel as if I am bothering him. I am inundated with spiders and he stays on top of them. He has even found Palmetto Bugs (cockroaches) that i never knew I had! I would recommend Terminix to anyone looking for an exterminating company. I have been looking for an exterminating company since 1985! I finally found one!!

We live on the lake in Summerville and that means there are a lot of buys outside trying to get in. We call these guys up and they came out and for a small fee they sprayed in and outside our home. For now it seems the bugs have are not coming in the house. Alive that is. Id recommend these people for your anti bug needs. They are on time and friendly. Not pushy either. They just offer you options and let you be the boss.

I was scheduled with a 9:00 appointment to have a termite inspection done. They never showed or called until I made the attempted call. They were over 35 minutes late before I called and the office acted nonchalant about it like it was no big deal but theyre 35 minutes late and didnt even call to tell me there were gonna be late. Then go to tell me that Im 1st on the list and theyre on their way. So I waited and after another 35-40 minutes I had to go to work and a friend of mine had to stay with the house. They finally showed up at 1030 thats over 1 1⁄2 hours late. They are not a cheap company there are expensive and And Im not using them anymore

I always get a professional experience from my Terminix man (Mark) here in the Sangaree Community and he accommodates me with my work schedule and comes to spray on Saturday around lunch every 3 months and we always chat a few minutes before he heads off to the next customer 😊 nice guy! I have been with Terminix for a little over a year now, the ladies in the office, on Hwy 78, Summerville location are all awesome, friendly, willing to help all the time, their customer service is A+, my bug guy is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are a little on the high side to start but after your initial year for termite bate price is reasonable. I also get sprayed for bugs, and anytime you ask will come out again to respray if bugs are seen after the initial spray, they spray every 3 months.

Bo Simmons is the reason we use Terminix! At first it was because he did such a great job, then he became more like a family member! Terminix and Bo Simmons are a Win Win!!!

Dont trust your contract. We were away for the summer trusting Terminix to treat our home every 2 months. To our surprise no treatment has been done for 4 ... Yes 4 months soon to be 5.Guess what. We have roaches.They say it is a staffing issue. We say it is a result of poor management ...Guarantee to us, means you do what you say you are going do and not make excuses.
