It appears that the so-called dollar store is no longer a dollar store but has items that are $3 and $5 right next on the end cap to $1 items. If you then turn around the corner theres a entire aisle of special Dollar store items. I dont have the time or the desire to sort out which ones are a dollar and which ones are not. The little tiny price tag at the lower bottom corner of the display will give you some idea of whether its three or five dollars. I doubt I will go back to that store nor any other dollar store is this continues. By the way the prices on these higher priced items are not even competitive with similar styles stores in other shopping centers. There are other shops around that do that mixing up and I will be going there.

This Is without the best store that I have ever been to because to me nothing should ever cost a dollar lol. and $24.00 is a small fortune to just drop on whatever I can grab thats a good deal fulfilling stuff thats been on my mental must-buy list and then of course the need to get list as well. and also because they have an amazing selection of inventory that is always changing (something new every time I visit) with cheerful workers every time I visit regardless of the location, high quality, name brand items that are clearly and intelligently portion controlled buys. meaning like, wow, what a great value and it doesnt taste cheap at all because.. whatever. its so nice to come in here and buy what I need without sacrificing any loss in quality and still experience the feeling of satisfaction of not over spending and getting every pennys worth of my money. it makes it feel like the struggle is much further away than people say sometimes. I mean anything you could need, anything, and it only costs a dollar.. and now I hear that you can order things online. with the delivery apps they have started up, these days you can go online and order anything a loved one might have a immediate need for and have it sent for and delivered and probably only drop like, 25 bucks. it makes me happier the more I think about how good people outweigh greedy corporations sometimes. like yes, a good guy. awesomeness. thank you, whoever! keep it up :)

As an artist/ crafter Dollar Tree offers tons of supplies at great prices. I generally go in for one thing and come out with 5 or 10. The items I buy dont usually get used for their intended purpose but thats the fun of it, I can afford to experiment.

This store is usually pretty clean and the workers are always nice. Best place to find seasonal stuff for cheap. Also, little things for around the house that you normally dont think of. Always busy too but the lines seems to go pretty fast.

Ive been in here once before, and the cashier was nice. Went in here again and the other cashier is rude. Girl, dont know if you need training on how to treat customers or not, but how bout you dont roll your eyes at me because Im happy thanks. I was polite with you and very upbeat. Giving 2 stars because they have a wide selection of craft items that I love 💕

Dollar Tree on Dorchester next to the post office doesnt cater to Senior Citizens. They always claim their bathroom is out of order. This has been more than over a year that they have been saying this. We are seniors and sometimes have a desperate need for the facilities. Please, please fix it and open it for the public. Otherwise the store is great, but teach you employees to smile!

The craft section is great, store is very large. The place always seems to be packed.

Very clean store, helpful employees, well stocked and organized.

The cashier was rude and very lacking in customer service. I know sometimes we have an off day, but she is always this way when she is working Ive found. Most other sales clerk seem to be very helpful and mindful of customer service.

This store gets two stars simply because of the young man (Wade) running the register, by himself, with a line almost to the back of the store while making balloons for customers. He did a fantastic job. He moved as efficiently as he could. His manager, Richard, however just ignored the long line, ignored the balloons having to be made, ignored the phone ringing, and just kept stocking the shelves in clear vision of the line backing up. This was beyond disrespectful to both the customers and the young man working. Its sad that managers these days feel above running a register. If you cant back up your employees you dont deserve to be a manager, even at a place like DT. Everyone in line was talking about how great the cashier was handling it and how messed up it was for the manager to ignore the line. The cashier deserves a raise and the manager deserves a demotion to remind him hes not too good for a register, especially when its 5 something in the afternoon when people are having to stop in after a long day of work.

One register opened on a busy Sunday evening. The line was half way down the aisle and no one was practicing social distancing in line. This store always has issues and no help . The guy manager was in office not on a register

Its Christmas eve and there is no christmas anything in the store its all valentines day.

This store is clean and well maintained. The best in the area. Also the best prices for cards, etc.

Hate writing bad reviews but how the manager, Richard, treated his staff was repulsive. The register didnt have fives or tens and the cashier simply told the manager this. Manager was across the store yelling and demeaning the cashier. Then decided to hover behind her while cashing out the customer in front of me. He was so belittling and was trying to humiliate her. Sharon, the cashier, kept her composure and A+ customer service. Sharon deserves a raise. Sharon was so sweet. Richards treatment of her was HORRIBLE and Disgusting!

I was so happy to get a new and very convenient Dollar Tree. The store itself looked lovely upon opening! However.... They keep much shorter hours than all the other local Dollar Trees - and not only that but they actually close 5 to 15 minutes BEFORE their posted closing time! As time has gone on, unfortunately this store is no longer well stocked and the employees are showing strain - In other words, except for one sweet young guy, the employees simply are not nice, courteous or helpful. They are definitely not happy to see customers at any time of day! Do yourself a favor and shop at Bacons Bridge store or Ashley Phosphate store or really, any other Dollar Tree except for this one! It barely deserves to wear the companys name!

For store #7402. 5 stars for the excellent customer service I received from the store manager, Lenore. 2 stars off for my order of charger plates for my wedding being cancelled, because it was out of stock and never was cancelled or notified for the issue until I went to pick up and ask where the order was. Had to be issued a refund and was out of charger plates weeks before my wedding! Stressful and extremely infuriating! Explaining the situation to lenore, she immediately went into action going above and beyond to get me charger plates in their store and other stores of the same color (not style unfortunately) so that I could have these for my wedding, a huge part of my decor. She successfully was able to get the 100 plates I needed, gave me her contact info for any other help I needed and was a true blessing in helping me continue with my plans. Thank you so much lenore! I hope you are recognized for your work ethic, if it wasnt for her, I was never going to step foot into another dollar tree ever again for this stressful issue!
