The people at this location are rude and do NOT know their own policies and rules. They well have you trespassed and even arrested while they violate your Constitutionally protected civil rights. Evenyone in this location needs to be terminated for their blatant disrespect of the Constitution and citizens civil rights.

On the 21st, I requested a package to be redelivered on the 23rd. They attempted to redeliver it with another package on the 22nd.I then requested the second package to be redelivered on the 23rd. They didnt attempt to redeliver either of the packages on the 23rd and expired both of the requests. I cant modify the request since it is expired and I cant make a new one since a request exists

If it were possible for a negative star review, I would. The mail carriers are the absolute worst! Literally every day the mail in my neighborhood is put in the wrong mailboxes! After many complaints and pleas to the carriers themselves to be more careful, nothing changes. Its not that damned difficult to match the damned numbers. Its incredibly frustrating.

The guy who answered the phone had an attitude. Was like I should already know the answers to my questions. Not good customer service.

I was just there and got hollered at when I asked a question after waiting in a long line which I didnt mind but I did mind getting yelled at then yelled at again when I needed further assistance. If I spoke to my customers like that at my job I would get fired! The older black lady was nice enough while she was suppose to be waiting on me ..taking the time out to chat with a younger black lady in the line behind me! There I was trying to get information and she is chatting away with her! And what do I get? Rude behavior! Its just not right.

Can y’all please tell them if they are gonna put packages by the door to at least ring the doorbell or knock. There was a bunch of people outside and she didn’t even bother to knock or anything. I’m glad no one ran up and took the package

United States Postal Service Oakbrook Station on Dorchester Road is a really good and efficient post office for all of your mail and shipping needs. They work really hard here and the staff here is very friendly and helpful when you need them. I have been satisfied with their level of customer service and all that they do. They are very consistent.

They are not very friendly here, especially the middle aged black lady. She has no personality. I have been given false information here as well!! Your customers are the reason you have a job so practice being nicer.

Went in to open a post office box. Had a fairly long line, which only got worse over the next 25 minutes. Both Associates were very friendly and kind and going as fast as they could. Overall, the experience was good because they were trying very hard.

I have more issues with USPS delivering mail and packages to my apartment than I have ever. I want to know why when I order something from an online store and it gets split into two shipments that the first shipment gets delivered within 5 days but the second shipment is deemed and insufficient address? Complete bs.

I tried most of the morning to contact ANOTHER location by phone, and could not get anyone to answer. I called THIS location, and Connie answered right away. I asked her if she had a few minutes to answer a couple of questions about mail and our upcoming move. After a brief hold she was very friendly, polite, and helpful with my questions. She told me to come in o the branch and ask for her when we get into our new home and she would be happy to help me fill out all of the correct forms to make sure we get all of our mail coming to us.

I’ve had many and I mean MANY rude encounters with this post office but I honestly feel like this needs to be said. I regularly go into this post office to but money order to pay my rent (since the new place I just moved in to DOESNT accept cash) but after a couple of months a lady in the front, that wasn’t even the one dealing with my money order, stopped talking to the customer in front of her just to tell the lady that I need to fill out a “suspicion form” just because I’m buying money order every month because “she doesn’t know what I’m using it for”. I’m sorry but you’re just exchanging my cash out for money order how does my private life matter to you in any way? You have absolutely no business in saying that in front the few people in front of you. Another incident that recently happened was when only I was told to stand behind the glass that they have there on the counter while no one else is standing behind it. As an Asian American of course I took that into offense, no one else was standing behind the glass but I was forced and told OUT LOUD to stand behind there and why? Because I’m asian? Anyways watch out for the black lady at the post office, make sure to bring your lease and proof of address if you want to purchase some money order just to pay your rent.

People are always super rude. The line is backed up around the building and there’s literally only one window open.

Very patronizing and seemingly apathetic. I mean, its not like i get to choose who I get my mail from. I just wish they were more compassionate and understanding without treating me like a second class citizen. Ive never treated them bad or have been rude. I just want something to change, even though I know it never will. I dont want to have to move miles away to receive better treatment of my mail and receive better service. At the minimum, I expect to be treated like a human being; not like an uneducated child.

The workers at this location are quick, friendly and curious. And my mail carrier, Juan Williams is a godsend.My wife and I have a home business that requires the delivery of quite a few packages each and every day, many of them glass and crystal, and they are always delivered on time, in tact and with a friendly smile. Thank you Mr. Williams we appreciate every courtesy you give us.If it is at all possible I would love to see our carrier receive the praise both monetary and personal professional, he is due.Thank you,Robert Hall

My mail get put in the wrong mailbox, mail is pretty much late or dont come at all that day when you know your package is out for delivery.

The delivery system and personnel for Wescott Chase is terrible. Seems like once a week mail is delivered to the wrong mailboxes. We (neighbors) complained in person to our route supervisor and still the mistakes keep happening; going on 2 years at least. Our mailboxes are located at the entrance to our community. Almost weekly neighbors are posting on our community Face Book page asking other neighbors to look out for a package that has been delivered.I believe the people responsible for delivering our mail do not fully understand the importance of their job. Medication, legal items, etc...important stuff that needs better attention to detail comes to us by mail.Must be nice to be terrible at your job with no consequences for poor performance.Where do we go from here? It seems the only contact info for the USPS is an 800 number.

I love the staff at this USPS. They are fast, kind, and helpful and the supervisor is always smiling and willing to help out up front. I prefer this location to any other. Thank you ALL at the Oakbrook location for making me feel safe dropping my packages off with you.

Almost every week I get someone elses mail so it makes me wonder who is getting my mail. One time I never received a very important check. Another time I did not receive my new credit card. Still another time when I picked up my held mail I was given only part of it. On more than one occasion when I have asked that my mail be held, it was delivered anyhow. My neighbors are having similar experiences.

Nice staff inside. Always very pleasant and helpful. Love my mail carrier most days but there is a second lady sometimes that tends to toss packages down hard. She stinks lol!Overall a great post office.

This is the rudest most unfriendly place Ive ever been. I am on worker comp do to being hurt and ive talked to my agent an seen profe of my checks being mailed yet the post office wont take responsibility for me not getting them. An were just very rude about the whole thing

Genuinely never know when (or where for that matter) will get delivered. Every time I have received a package, I walk to my mailbox only to find my envelope or box STUFFED into the mailbox, with the paper or cardboard ripped or broken. Every time I have an ETA of a package, its usually 2-3 days later than what I had been emailed. Sometimes later. Oh, and apparently they only know how to inform you of a package being delivered to your apartment front desk 3 hours after they had already closed. I have lived in many towns and this post office is by far the worst I have ever encountered.

The level of incompetence here is staggering. First, they delivered my package to the wrong house. I called the day after it was delivered and was told by Laurie they would look into it and call me back. I didn’t receive a call back. The next day, I called again and was put on hold for 20 minutes until I hung up. I called back and was told the package was delivered to the wrong house and they will try to get it back from where they delivered it (he would not tell me where it was delivered, otherwise I would just go there myself since they apparently are unable to). After another couple days goes by of not getting my package I try to call again. I should mention that when you call you have to go through the USPS phone routing center where one lady works and answers the phone maybe once out of 15 tries. I got through to someone at this post office and told him I wanted to check the status of my package that was delivered to the wrong house and he said “ooo okay hold on” and put me on hold for 20 minutes until I hung up.My next step is to ask the postmaster at this station but based on the employees I don’t think that will be much better. I’m also considering filing a report with the USPS inspector general for employee misconduct.Edit: For an update, the elderly woman they delivered the package to by mistake told me that she brought it back to this post office several days ago. Ive talked to them several times since they delivered it to the wrong address and they kept telling me they were trying to get it back. Either the post office lost the package completely (HOW?) or a postal employee stole the package. I believe it was the latter.

Horrible delivery. Consistently get mail for neighbors several homes away if we receive our mail at all. Have been awaiting medication which was supposed to be delivered on 9/12 by 2000. Post office was supposedly open until 9/13 at 1930 due to early closure because of Florence. I guess medication is not important to deliver on time prior to a storm.

Cynthia is the best! She went out of her way to help me when she didnt have to. Everyone there was very nice!

Mail very very late for in city delivery,usually 5 to 530pm.not enough to delivery personnel.you should contract the job out if you can not handle it.

By living at 407 in our giant neighborhood we have another 407 different street names and in 17 years they still cant deliver anything correct. Weve put our address written inside the box still nothing. I get mail from the other 407, boxes, packages oh and get mail and packages for all my neighbors.Ive complained sought help this day of 20 December very little mail. Our bday cards etc my family have never received. Yes they make TO MUCH MONEY AND READING ADDRESSES IS NOT IN ANYONES MIND.

I was treated very rudely today by staff dont know the ladys name because no one would tell me . Short young black lady . So the post master William came out he is just as rude as his staff !!! Mailman or woman delivers the wrong mail at least two or three days out of the week. Whenever the Asian lady is working we don’t have any problems. I wish they would just use her.

Busy here today...but still moved thru quickly. Somebody in a Mercedes sat parked in the Fire Lane the whole time I was there!

You never know when your mail will show up or if its even yours. If you use the kiosk at the post office who knows when your package will actually be shipped.

The absolute worst post office! No one answers the phones, even after calling for hours! When packages are delivered (or not delivered) they go in the wrong mailbox. The keys to unlock the parcel end up in the wrong persons mailbox, they dont do their job properly and dont care about anyone or anything! Get out of customer service if you hate people that much and cant actually do you job! Seriously! Worst post office! Its sad when people look to buy new homes OUT of the area if this post office!

Rude supervisor, mailman or woman did not give me the key to a parcel locker where my package was placed. Its been almost a month now and everytime I go to check if they have found the key, the white female supervisor says they will look for it. But they are not looking for it. I believe they dont have it and the delivery person probably stope it. I mailed USPS, twice, on their website and have not received a reply. I hate USPS and their crappy staff

Mail carrier gets paid way too much money to be so bad at his job!! Ive caught him throwing packages many times onto my neighbors porch 3-6ft at times, hes always coming after 5pm, and deliverys other peoples mail to me all the time which makes me feel like theres plenty of mail Im not getting also. Most recently inplaced a hold for my mail starting 8/12, on 8/10 I asked where my mail was and he tried to say I was having it held. NO, my gold didnt start for 2 more days and I was needing a package that was to be delivered before I went on my trip. Im so sick of watching him fail so badly at his job but knowing hes making upwards of $20/hr to screw it up!

Only one line open very slow. Allow people to fill out there return address and hold up line the worst service ever it is a shame. The line is out the door seems like some help would come to the front and help. Been here over 15 minutes it needs to be taken care of.

I have been in the same house for the past 6 years with the same carrier. A few months back they switched our carriers route and put some morons on her route. They place our mail in other mailboxes and dont deliver the mail some days until after 7:30 pm. Please bring our carrier back and put these morons somewhere else
