All of our experiences with HMH have been excellent. Working with David Valle is truly a pleasure, he is always professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. We are a new car dealer in Maine, not the easiest place to get transportation to and from, and HMH has always come through for us. Reasonable prices, completely reliable and great communication. I feel scammed! I accepted a bid with HMH LOGISTICS LLCDAVE MATHIS through VeriTread. A couple of days later, I was contacted to be told the price was about $800 more than the bid due to the truck was too tall. I felt pressured to continue as I had to have my truck picked up by a deadline. Only good comment is the delivery was fast.

Great service from Miami to los Angeles CA in no time flat Im very happy this company had a two drivers to this transport making the delivery faster than I thought. Thank you David for promises kept.

Updating my review to 3 stars. After leaving a 1 star review I was contacted by the owner who told me David would be in contact with me. He called me later that day to offer an apology for his lack of communication. I accepted his apology, and told him I would update my review. Time is money, and I lost a day... yet they still made me pay full rate for the freight.Horrible communications. I specifically asked how long it would take to get a driver to pick up my load. David Valle replied 24 hours. Nothing about potentially longer. They had it scheduled to be picked up. The driver canceled. No call to me or email. I called the next day. I was then informed by David that they had a new driver going to pick up the load the next day(48 hours later) Terrible communication. All it takes is a phone call to let me know they cant pick it up. Very disappointed, I now have additional paperwork and delays on my end because of this. Apparently this company doesnt care.

David and HMH Logistics are the best in the business when it comes to shipping cars. My client needed his car sent down to Miami for the winter season and they were able to accommodate an on time pick up and delivery with relatively short notice. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommended.

I’ve mostly worked in heavy machinery my whole life and Dave’s been helping me to do that for over ten years. My son just got his dealership license so now he’s helping my son. David at HMH is the best around!!! I scheduled my daughters car to be delivered to her at college from another company. This company offered me a really low price but then started to change the price as the pick up date was getting closer. I had spoken to David prior to booking with the other company. He said if i had any questions or needed help he would assist me. Well I called him and explained the current situation and he found me a driver in three days and my daughters car was picked up and delivered within the time frame David promised. David is honest, that is why i will be using him again to ship my daughters car back home.

He is able to get it coordinated, picked up, delivered very quickly without any issues, and all at GREAT rates! Were very pleased with the service and hassles free shipping that HMH provides.

Worst transport promised me for over a month to get my building in than just said they cant do it now having to go to a new company. Don’t waist your time go with some else!!!
