The workers here are always so sweet. Most pet our dogs and converse with us a bit. Today was no different. One worker was hesitant of petting my dog. They said she was well behaved and mightve been a service dog. First off, best compliment ever! Second, Im glad the people here are trained to respect service dogs!!!Good job, Lowes!

Lowe’s is standard as far as customer service goes. I think they just like most companies are short staffed so it is a little hard to find assistance in the isles when you need it. Other than that no complaints, I’ve never had an issue with something being out of stock and prices are pretty much the same as any hardware/handy man store.

Great store. Clean, organized and well staffed with knowledgeable associates. I have at least 3 other Lowes stores closer than this one but think Ill make this one my go to store from here on out. Just purchased a fridge from this store. Associate Madison on appliances was especially helpful with her knowledge. 👍👍

Mr. Darryl works in the electrical department. However he was willing to help out in the tools department. Thank you for helping me find the right tools to finally get the job done. For weeks I was trying to get a plastic nut off of a rusted bolt in a tight place.

Horrible horrible delivery schedule. My stove was purchased a week ago, delivery was suppise to be Saturday morning. Again of coarse it was changed to evening with another no show and an excuse. Today delivery was 12 to 3 again changed again to later on. What the hell!!!!!! And they damaged my wall and have not been here to repair it yet!!

Enjoyable shopping, had the bench I was looking for in stock and was able to get it easily. I liked that they had plenty of registers open for the amount of shoppers they had checking out.

In my opinion, the worst customer service EVER! It took nearly 30 minutes for Brittany to come and do an override for a return for $19.99 for a failed plant. To begin, Angela told me that she could not find the plant in the system under my phone number. Evidently it was there because she eventually found it! Next, she told me that I didnt purchase the plant from her location. Okay, where does it say that you have to make a return at the same store? I asked her if I purchased the item in Columbia did she expect me to drive back to Columbia. I had the Philodendron for less than 90 days and it was failing. Before it fell completely apart, I wanted to take it back. Prior to purchasing it, the representative said that I had up to 1 year to make a return. I have a green thumb and my plants always thrive. Not this one....Angela called two other associates to help with the return. They said that they needed an override. Why? They called for Brittany and nearly 20 minutes later Brittany shows up! It took 4 associates and 30 minutes for this return to take place; $21.78 total Lord! Why?The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service and time management EVER....in my opinion.I would rather drive to Columbia than visit the Lowes at Wescott location ever again!

I picked up a Lowes App order and all the features worked flawlessly. I ordered, drove over, I tapped arrived, and my order was ready...done. Thats how its supposed to work. Period.

On the morning of installation, appliance dept. would not give dishwasher to installer, they said order was cancelled. Which caused problems for installer and myself to try and correct this problem of no fault of me or installer. It took two days of calling and stating on line for over an hour before the deliver was completed several days later. Lowes used to be a good place to do business, but not anymore.

Always up for a Lowes outing whether Im getting something or just strolling through to see what screams you NEED me! I really dont but very seldom do I leave empty handed. 😆 Im a little disappointed with the very limited selection of spray paint. Dont get me wrong theyve got colors just not many color tone variations. I also found some pretty cool looking stick on tiles that look to be a good solution for my critter enclosures. Some new paint tools I havent seen before were enough to spark a few ideas on the spot. Other than that its the same friendly service you get from Lowes. Service dog friendly! Glad I remembered I have a Lowes card!

We like this Lowe’s it’s clean and well stocked, the outdoor garden center has a good selection throughout the year. They sometimes get busy and keep you waiting. Overall very good though.

We love coming here for home improvement needs! Great staff and clean store. They also provide a hefty military discount so shopping here is a no brainer for military. Great selection of products with sales all year round. We come here at least once a month.

Everything was fine the only problem when shopping at Lowes is they continually move their products and its sometimes hard to find what youre looking for.

We went to the Lowes in summerville SC to buy a grill for fathers day and took my service dog rivers . Who had an acdent at the exit door while we was trying to pay . And an employee named Jamie who works in costumer service or management, I say this because she was the one who was yelling and telling everyone very loudly that rivers had an acdent on the still pull at the door. It was very unprofessional and as well as humiliating and embarrassing the way she handled it . We will never go there again ......

WENT TO 2 LOWES 1 YESTERDAY AND 1TODAY. ONLINE IT STATED BOTH STORES HAD A PRODUCT THAT I WANTED BUT AT TGE STORE THE HAD NONE, NADA, ZILTCH. WHY HAVE INVENTORY ON YOUR WEBSITE AND TERN NOT HAVE THE PRODUCT. IN FACT THERE WAS NO ISLE 19 BIN 7 TODAY WHERE THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO BE!

You can find something new to improve your home each time you step in. Helpful staffs and with stocked strore which is well maintained too.

I tried to do a return didnt have my receipt she offered store credit. So I asked Allison whats the purpose of My Lowes she said to keep track of your purchase and transactions. I had returned laminate flooring that was not used in my home and Phillip in flooring rung up the refund on One of the boxes and it was suppose to be refunded back to my card but somehow my receipt was rung up for Cash refund. I didnt receive any cash from Phillip and unfortunately did not realize the error for a week as it never showed up in my account. I went back to store and saw Phillip and he was so helpful and said he would take care of it as soon as office opened on Monday. He called me at home and told me he wanted me to know that he was working on it and he didnt want me to think he forgot. I thought that was very thoughtful of him. I received a call from him the next day and he told me he had my refund money and I could pick it up at my convenience. I thanked him for going above and beyond to correct the mistake. He apologized for the mistake.I feel Phillip is willing to do whatever he can to help his customers. He is very kind, friendly and helpful. If I ever want more flooring or know anyone who wants flooring, I will recommend PHILLIP for sure.THANK YOU PHILLIP.CAROL Sigmon

They usually have what I want. Ive been going there long enough to know where most items are. They have many items in the aisles that are just stacked there and have no price on them. It is difficult sometimes to find someone to help you. It appears they are competitive in their pricing. I continue to go to both of the ones here in my town because I am a DIY

Hit or miss. If you know exactly what you want/need and where to find it and can go through self-checkout, then youll be fine. If you need someone to help you, thats when its hit or miss.

Bought a stove online, go to pick it up, Its sold to someone else. Get the display for 25 percent off. Everyone was friendly and polite except the self check-out Karen who doesnt want you to go from paying to the pickup area without going outside, twirling three times and coming back in with a new 47 digit/letter/special character password.

We recently went into this Lowes Home Improvement on Dorchester Road and have nothing but great thing to say about this location. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Dave (pro-services supervisor) who provided us with free masks. It is shown through his actions that he has the customers best interest at heart and wants the most for the community. We really appreciate it Dave!

I was just in the store. They have no one in the paint department that can mix paint. The 1 person that was supposed to come in wasn’t there. (Cross-train much?). Then I go to get the other thing I needed in closet shelving and wait nearly 10 minutes pressing the little button for assistance cutting some wire shelves, no one came by. I was done, left the other things there and walked out the store. Terrible service experience.Update: went back and was much better. Got everything I needed and the people there were very helpful. Moved from 1 star to 4 star.
