I desperately needed debris blown off my roof that had been built up from 4 years. Gutters: Debris was cleaned by hand and also soft pressure washed. My home, patios, and driveway are all free of dirt/debris/mold/algae. My house seems to draw moisture.I’m so appreciative of this husband/wife team. I do NOT recommend Southern Appearance for a fence installation.Southern Appearance never pulled the required city permit for the installation of my 6ft vinyl privacy fence. During the installation, without consulting me, they installed the lock on the gate on the OUTSIDE of the fence, making it impossible to lock/secure the fence from the inside. Their “fix” was to reverse the entire gate which left 35 holes in my brand new fence that they attempted to smooth over with some caulk but the holes are still very noticeable. The end result, I have a fence with 35 holes, a stop work order from the City for a fence installed without a permit and a bunch of attitude that their mistake was somehow my fault.

Arrived promptly at the appointed time. James went the extra mile to remove items from front porch and back patio before washing the house and concrete. In addition to washing the house and driveway, he took the extra time to wash our outdoor furniture and sidewalk before placing everything back and wrapping it up. Would definitely hire Southern Appearance again. Thank you for doing an awesome job!

James was available when I called for a soft wash of our brick home. Green mold had accumulated on the house behind shrubs as well as on the vinyl trim, brick steps and garage doors. It was not easy to access some spots nor to remove as it was well past time for a cleaning. He spent extra time and effort to remove some tough spots even noticing and removing some spots I hadn’t noticed.The only issue I saw after he left was some yellow dust on our.Charleston green shutters. It didn’t show up until after they dried, so they just weren’t noticeable before he left.James cleaned the pollen build up on our solar panels a year ago and did an excellent job on those as well.His pricing seems reasonable and fair.

James is an incredibly talented fence maker and an equally hard worker with a great work ethic. He built a 120 feet long fence with a gate and did it in a day plus a little more preparation time. The finished product is truly a work of art, beautiful and yet very sturdy. He was very respectful of our property and had to be coaxed to back his trailer through the gate to our yard for fear he might damage the grass (which he did not). This family run business is awesome! My grandmothers house has not been pressure washed in over 15years and the cement slab was black. He was on time, knowledgeable and reasonable. His wife is also on point and keeps communication open. The next day my spigot fell off my hose due to rust and he rushed out to cut the water off and fixed it for free although it WAS NOT his fault. I scheduled an appointment to get my house pressure washed on Monday for the same week on Thursday at noon. I received a prompt confirmation text from Southern Appearance. On the day of I received a text from Mr. James Chapman at 10:33 asking if he could arrive early to start pressure washing my residence to which I agreed. Mr. Chapman showed up 10 minutes later to my home and acted with respect to the pandemic we are currently experiencing by backing up 6 to 10 feet after he rang the doorbell. He introduced himself and answered any questions I had and then he went to work. I would have to say I would recommend this company and Mr. Chapman specifically to pressure wash anyones home that I know, he is very courteous and thorough with his job.

James was excellent with the quote process, he listened to our needs, gave us choices and suggestions, we settled on a wooden privacy fence plus he repaired some older fencing.The quality of work is above what I was expecting and only took 2 days. Very happy with the double gate and extremely happy about the use of wheels and 6 x 6s vs the normal 4 x 4sTheir price was a few hundred dollars below the competition.The only thing they have to work on is the scheduling by the office and how you pay online, there is no way to do any partial payments if using more than one accountI will use them again and I have already referred Southern Appearance to 2 friends.
