The entire staff was very respectful. In the time of sorrow and grief they made it just a bit easier.
Very caring and compassionate. Trisha is the only director there so you know who you are dealing with every step of the way. She was very thorough and kept me informed through out everything. This may be a low cost place, but I felt that I got top dollar treatment! I highly recommend!
Jason was so helpful in assisting me with planning ahead. My mother was in hospice and he helped us get everything done beforehand so we didnt have to deal with the details after she passed. He was so caring and diligent through the entire process. Could not have asked for better service.
Tri County Cremation was very professional, respectful, and caring to my family during the loss of my father. Jason Williamson and his team were very responsive to our inquiries, always returning phone calls and emails in a timely fashion and offering every comfort we needed, and even what we didnt know we needed. At such a difficult time it is a great relief to have someone looking out for your best interests and those of your deceased loved one. My family will always be grateful.
When my grandmother passed away, we came to Tri-County Cremation Center because we had used their services in the past when my grandfather died. They did their research knew this even though it had been 22 years since his death. Jason was very courteous and personable. He made everyone feel at ease, and did not push any extra services or more expensive options on our family. He replied to phone calls and emails quickly and in a professional manner. When the family arrived to retrieve my grandmothers ashes, the urn wasnt merely passed across a desk to them. The chapel was set up with the urn and a lit candle in a presentation that was somber yet celebratory. The personal items that were with her when she came in were disposed of in the manner the family requested. Both times we have used Tri-County Cremation Center we have had wonderful experiences even under the circumstances. Our family wont use anyone else, and I highly recommend them.
My son passed unexpectedly and Tri County Cremation Center handled the cremation arrangements. Needless to say I was an emotional mess. Thanks to Jason for helping me get through making some very difficult decisions and making sure all was taken care of. He was thoughtful, courteous and always respectfully kept me updated in the cremation process. Many thanks to you Jason and Tri County Cremation Center for the difficult job you do.
My mother died after a very short illness. Her remains were brought to Tricounty for cremation. My first complaint is that a so called courtesy phone was made to tell me that they had started her cremation. A grieving family does not need such a call to tell them they have stuck your mother in the oven. Second complaint is when my brothers and I picked up our urns moms ashes were loose inside not bagged and there was part of moms ashes on the outside of the containers. This is disrespectful to my brothers and I as well as extremely disrespectful and unprofessional handling of my mother. I am DISGUSTED. My mother deserved better treatment as did we.
