Such a sweet, empathetic and professional staff. Katelyn is very professional and understanding. She listens and delivers. Melissa is the best. She handles things that are not often considered. The staff held out hands during and even after such a hard experience. They truly care about people and doing their very best. They take the stress off and allow you the chance to grieve. There is no better place or better people to go through a hard situation with. Forever blessed by all of these sweet women.

My wifes family has always used Parks Funeral Home for their family members funerals. 1 can only remember back to 1968, when my Father-in-Law (Russell Scott) pasted away and Jackie Parks was the Funeral Director. I dont think our family would trust any other funeral home. Parks has always been so professional and personable. They seem like they are part of the family.

My mother planned her own funeral service at Parks Funeral Home before her passing. It was a great relief to just have to be a part of the grief process and not have to make a bunch of decisions that I was not in the frame of mind to do. These guys handled everything from start to finish and have followed up with us after to make sure that we were cared for, lacking for nothing. We couldnt have asked for better!!! Thanks guys

Normally when I write a review it’s because I’ve had a happy experience, but it is not a happy time for my family. However, this time in one’s life is what Parks’ specializes in. My mother passed away very unexpectedly over a long holiday weekend. Parks has been extremely helpful and kind to us during this confusing process. When you have no idea what to do and where to start, Melissa guided us through the questions we needed to be prepared to answer. We were able to do our very best for our mom considering the current health restrictions. Melissa and the rest of the Parks’ team couldn’t have been easier to work with. Thank you all and as great of an experience as it has been, I hope to not see you again for business reasons soon! ❤️

I highly recommend Parks Funeral Home. Their attention to every detail was awesome. I think that they went above and beyond in helping me during a very difficult time. They were also helpful in assisting me with details after the funeral was over.

From the beginning to the end Parks Funeral Home exceeded expectations. Melissa did an awesome job working with the Military and my family. We recently had a generic experience with Parks. When the gentelman arrived to transport the body of my grandmother, they expressed no compassion. Just put the clipboard down and asked for a signature. I realize that this is what they do, day in and day out, but have some warmth people.The pastor they recommended ignored my families request to read stories, poems, etc. He actually mentioned that the family asked him to read some things and yet he declined to acknowledge them. Shameful.

Everyone at Parks Funeral Home was wonderful to us! Such caring people! I would definitely recommend them for your funeral needs.

I miss you so much Angry Grandpa. I have been thinking about you all day today. I was at the service that was provided by parks funeral home. And they did an amazing service. The only thing was that they added religion to some of their services. But a still well deserved five stars because regardless of beliefs like Michael said. Grandpa is up there somewhere and his energy out there watching over all his youngins.
