They fixed my phone and a few days later my phone showed up with lines all of a sudden and I went back to the store to get it fixed they sad I would have to pay all over again due to the unprofessional work done by the man who fixed my phone

Thought I was going to have to buy a new iPhone to replace mine that was not working correct. They diagnosed the problem, explained it to me, and corrected it in minutes. This saved me hundreds of dollars. Ill definately return. Thanks

Terrible service!!! I took my computer to them to help me install a new printer that was giving me error messages. They told me my hard drive had a virus and needed to be fixed. Allowed them to fix the problem the hard drive. Two days later finally was able to take my computer home. Attempted to open Microsoft Word to create a document for school to find out I no longer had access to my word document because it had been removed along with several other programs and software. I had to take it back to them because my printer error became a whole computer corrupted hunk of junk after allowing them to supposedly fix errors that were never wrong with it to begin with. Theyve had my computer for an additional five days, no phone call or update about the status of the second time repair. Ive gone in four or five times since I dropped it off the second time be given the me excuse of why I cant pick it up because its going through updates and they are still in the process of trying to repair whatever the problem is this time. Please Do not take your computer to these people. Absolutely worthless. Will get your computer back with more than a new printer install error.

Needed to get my surface pro 3 screen replaced after it had been cracked; Mason not only recommended me not fixing it because it would almost be cheaper to get a new one, he also helped me get my data off of the tablet to put on the new tablet I will be purchasing. Extremely professional! I called about a phone that had water damage to the screen. The repair guy was upfront and cordial about the likely outcome. I took a gamble it only cost me $30 for him to open it up, clean it out, and tell that the screen was not gonna work, since he didnt reset the screen he charged me nothing extra. Even though I didnt get my desired outcome he let me know that would probably happen and I was happy to let my $30 go to a local business before some giant corporation. I will be going here in the future if I need any serious kind of cell phone repair.

A storm fried my business computer and I needed to replace it fast to keep things running. Great people and cheap place to get phone repairs

I took my daughters i phone to have the glass repaired. Had to come back, the screen did not work correctly. Was supposed to be fixed, had to come back again did not work correctly. Supposed to be fixed, again does not work correctly, she starts shaking the i phone, lets it go and breaks the glass. The person handling the repair was telling me they are the best and cheapest around.I take it to Apple and Apple wont touch it because the phone has been opened by other than Apple. They suggest Digital Remedy and another place. I go to Digital Remedy and they put a new screen in for the same price. Still not correct. They take the phone back. 20 minutes later I have the phone and am told a wire was wonky.Its been about 4 days now and the phone has been great. I will not be back. The price was the the same as Tek 5. The wire was diagnosed and corrected. I am assuming the wire was why I was at Tek 5 over and over.

Fixed my 6S screen, and let me tell you the original screen was shattered. They replaced it with no problems. Fast service and very friendly.

Wasnt happy with the service. Had to have my tablets screen replaced, and it sat in there store for 3 months and they were unable to locate the replacement part. I took it to a competitor that found the part online, gave me a quote, and a pickup day in less than 5 minutes. The atmosphere was strange also...I went in there 3 times to check on there progress, and every time I went in, there was a crowd of young adults (4 or 5 people between the ages of 18 to 22) crowded around the cash register. Each time they were there when I opened the doors everyone got quite and looked at me walking in the door as if they were up to something. One positive note, the staff was generally friendly and easy to communicate with. Even if some of them were lazily sitting on counters and Not looking for my replacement screen.

Ive been to Tek5 a couple of times and they have the best price in town & quick service! If anybody ever ask who I recommend to get their screen fixed, its definitely Tek5!
