Local family owned business. John and Jennifer are the nicest people, and went out of their way to keep me on the road. The technician I met, Jaden, was very kind and knowledgeable as well. Their prices are fair and the work is solid and guaranteed. If they cant fix it, they will hook you up with someone who can rather than blow smoke and upsell on unnecessary repairs. I trust them to do my car work and will return again. Highly recommend.

Being a lady it is hard to find a car repair place that wont take advantage. I called several places and was quoted up to and over $1000.00 for a a/c leak. By Gods grace I contacted Cane Bay Tire. They were all upfront, honest, funny but professional. If you are a lady go here. They do not take advantage!! Pete the mechanic was so kind and explained in detail what was wrong. Found the issue within 15 minutes and fixed it! If I could give 100 stars for the review I would. I will never go anyplace else. You should not either! Thank you everyone so much !!!!

Mr. John, the owner of the shop, is very kind and offers reasonable prices. He isn’t the type of mechanic to screw you over or cheat you on services. I highly recommend him for any auto work necessary because of the fact that’s he’s an honest, transparent mechanic who truly knows his craft. You’ll find the lack of corporate policies meant to cheat you soothing and the hometown feel relaxing!

John is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I came since My check engine light came on, was told it was the O2 sensor. When he went into fixing it, he noticed another issue that could have just been throwing off my sensor. (Part slips my mind now), he called me suggesting I replace that first, then he checked it out to make sure sensor was fine, which it was, therefore did not need replacing saving me money.I just moved here from Jersey, on my own, and most mechanics are just not trustworthy in my experience, JOHN is the exception!I stumbled upon John’s business through google, I will not go anywhere else.

This is the first mechanic shop I’ve used since moving back to Summerville. My daughters Jeep needed work and fast so I called them on Friday and they got me in next day. John and Hart were very professional and honest and made me feel really comfortable. No pushy add-on’s just recommended services. I would trust to send my daughter on her own for service. Got a oil change dec 1 had oil pouring out my truck dec 2 after I picked it up and started working.called cane bay tires told them about the oil pouring out they were no help.took it to a certified mechanic and was told to much oil was put into my truck. Called canebay tire to see if I could be reimbursed for the $187.00 bill the new mechanic charged to find the problem and drain the oil. Cane bay tires did nothing to help but admitted to maybe putting to much oil but refused to Reimburse me for there mistake very unprofessional!

Was told yesterday my tires would be there today. Been calling all day today to see if they were there yet but couldn’t get no answer. Go up there to get told they have known since 12 they would not be there until tomorrow. Not one time did they call to let me know they wouldn’t be there until tomorrow or did they answer all day. Very unprofessional will not go there again.
