Promised a very important package paid 85$ said it would be there Monday and didnt get it till Wednesday. Horrible experience

My package was delivered to neighbors house one evening....FedEx told merchant package was delivered...neighbor found it the next morning at 10:30...FedEx did not knock or otherwise let her know package was there.My neighbor brought it to me when she found it.. .I could have been stolen or carried off by an animal.

I would give 0 stars were it an option! The young woman working there let us use her 2 carts to bring items in to ship and THEN proceeded to tell us wed be better off taking it somewhere else. She literally said she didnt want to do it. She also told us we had to manually fill out a FEDEX slips for each box! The ABSOLUTE worst customer service Ive ever had in 55 years and 364 days! Were going to Mailbox Express in Emory, TX. We called Tina there and told her what we had to ship. She said bring it in! Im the one to get it done!!

I dont know what thos onsite thing is and apparently neither do they.

Shipping has never been easier. I literally walked inside, handed off my package, and walked back out. It took me less than 1 minute.
