Just had to get something printed quick. Done!

Customer service was closed, sign on store shows be back at 12:25, hour wait, so we left. Came back and past time on sign. Called number on website was info6it doesnt open till 5 PM to 6:30pm. How is that for business. There were 5 vehicles that came while we were there, needed to drop off packages and 1 to pick up. Talking to another guy and manager was leaving and he took my package so I wouldnt have to make another trip. Couldnt put it in drop box, due to battery in package. They need to open at least at noon for customer service.

I told them to hold my package so I could pick it for work they put it on a truck instead and then decided to hold it for pickup on a Saturday knowing I couldn’t pick it up . Tf

The customer service center is only open for an hour a day. I ended up somewhere else. Im guessing its because of Covid to be safe.

I always appreciate the good service UPS provides. I was in a medical office recently and UPS driver came in with packages, not wearing a mask. I would appreciate UPS following CDC guidelines for wearing masks indoors when in a public place. Thanks!

So My Mattress for my new home came threw this hub and i expected it to get here with the other items I ordered! which where a mattress cover and metal box frame nope i get a notification due to carrier request it was redirected never received and by reading everyones else comment this location seems to do this a lot!!!

I mean in this area you dont have many choices for shipping options so I guess this place is ok. There isnt always someone there at the front. I have gone in at least 3 times had to wait for someone to come out the back. Also hours are 5 PM to 6:30PM which sounds so crazy to me but hey.

Was supposed to get my stuff monday its now Wednesday night. When it was dropped off they put in the wrong address and then I fixed it and it is still not here.

My package was delivered in a timely manner, but NOT to my apartment. The driver didnt bother to read the address correctly, delivered to someone who wasnt even home and left out side where anyone could have picked it up. Thank goodness that person was honest enough to bring it to me. UPS Drivers, pay better attention. In tracking, said package was delivered...just not to right person. Bad service.

The driver from this center did not contact me regarding prearranged pickup. When I asked to reschedule they asked to pay. When it is really driver’s fault they still ask me to pay the cost, Ridiculous!

Left package on fence in back yard. Noticed he stated left on front porch. Tracking 1z1a2f81130327If I had not have been home and seen him come Thur the back gate would not have known about package.I see him getting back in his truck on back Cr and he stated it was on the side gate in the back.

Driver claims to be scared of dogs so several times leaves packages on the very edge of property on the asphalt by the road. Yesterday AND today he did this again. I reported it before weeks ago and hes doing it again. Apparently he just doesnt care. My phone number was on the package. Clearly marked it had flower bulbs inside. He sets it on the asphalt in the sun instead of on the box by the gate in the shade. Today he did the same thing to an on demand small water heater. Valuable. Yet he sticks it by the road in the open for anyone to stop and pick it up. Frustrating. Ask to ship by some other method if you can.

Great customer service. Every time I go there they, always go above & beyond to locate your package. Sometime several employees at a time will be looking for a customers package.

With UPS, where I live its a hit or miss. One day I may receive my packages, one day not. Ive had to track down several packages that have been left in various locations since I moved here five years ago. Theres no way UPS drivers dont know where my house is. When I do, on occasion, receive packages. Please fix this, as I am tired of paying shipping directly to my home only to have to find where my package was left. As of today, 8-25-17, I am currently searching for a package that was never delivered to my home yet I was emailed by UPS that it was. Im not hard to find. I do not live way out in the woods, yet my packages manage to be misplaced more often than not.

A few drivers have, on multiple occasions, reported no one was home but that was not the case. Really hit or miss as to whether or not youll get your packages on time. On the flip side, there have been some really good drivers too - it just depends on who you get unfortunately.

Have never had a problem with my deliveries with ups are fedex until today. I live right on a highway, where no one has a problem finding my home. I waited all day for a delivery today, then, at 4:30 i noticed where ups says, they attempted delivery,but couldn’t find my address!!! Very upset

I have been waiting for a package for 2 days from amazon and both days they said that my business was closed. I have ensured i have been there and open BOTH days. No tag on the door, nothing. I am not happy at ALL! Now my customers will. It be able to ge tthe service they are scheduled for bc the driver on my route is lazy! This is not the first time this has happened. never happens with USPS! Even one star is 2 stars to much for the service from my drive .

Though I didnt want to go here, hoping UPS could do a straightforward home delivery,I was forced to because the shipper required a signature and didnt allow UPS to deliver to my workplace.The staff here was very helpful and friendly both in person and on the phone, so it made an unwanted trip tolerable.This facility appears to be under construction, so parking is a disaster.I may have to come back here sooner than expected because there are no local UPS stores in my area.

The employees hear are nice but cant read address. I wouldnt have had to go here if the driver had done his job. I get at least one ups package a week but this one time he decided the address was wrong.

Every time I get an express package from Amazon they get it to Sulpher Springs by 6am, UPS cannot manage to get it to my home 20 min away after I paid alllll that extra money for fast shipping. My UPS driver happens to also hate dogs and anything delightful. Use anything except UPS!

Forgot to schedule a pickup for packages so went to ups to drop off and the people were very nice and helpful to me.

I have a store in Greenville Texas and the driver that delivers to my store is awesome, friendly and outgoing. If you have a question he is there for you.. with him I would have rated a 5. On the other hand, I live in Commerce Texas and the male driver that delivers to my home is rude and hateful. I see him smoking in his truck as he is driving down the street. I have shared with him that I would really like another driver for our Commerce route, so now he puts our packages on the outside of our gate by the street for anyone to just come by and steal. Because of him I would give UPS a 0. So, between the two I am putting 3. It is sad how they allow someone so inconsiderate and hateful to work with the public.

This is at least the 3rd time my packages show delivered yet wasn’t since we bought our home in October in Birthright area off FM 71. The last 1 was my wife’s Xmas gift, never found and now yesterday another is missing. If it got wet in the storm last night it’s ruined. Very frustrating !

I moved 8 months ago and the Sulphur Springs facility continue to try to deliver my packages to my old address even though I place my orders with my new address. They think they can just deliver to anywhere THEY want to deliver. This has happened too many times to count and you cant contact the facility because they dont post a local number. Cowards! (I HAD to give them one star to post...though they dont deserve one.)

Waited 15 minutes while listening to a phone conversation. Heard people in the back talking and called out to them and they went silent. When she finished the call, she remained out of sight even after I opened the door twice. Finally yelled I was leaving a package. She yelled Thank you.

Worst customer service ever. They cannot seem to deliver packages that are addressed to a 911 registered address because they dont know where it is. I do not have any problems with US postal or FedEx.

I sent 2 headlights to New Jersey from texas. Took out $1000 in insurance. One arrived busted. Its been 2 months now. All they have done is hound my customer about seeing the box. 3 times they no showed. I have now lost that customer and thousands of dollars in income. I refuse to use them anymore.

When I pay for next day air from Dallas TX and Im promised the delivery on a Saturday after the package was picked up way earlier on Friday I expect my package to be delivered on time. Now Im forced to fight for my shipping money back. Id leave a negative 2000 stars if I could.

Contrary to what their employee told me over the phone - this is NOT a store and will not provide assistance on returning a product which is only allowed to be packaged and mailed by UPS. The person working the counter (different employee) offered zero assistance on fixing the situation after I already spent an hour getting to this closest store.If I could give negative stars I would. Thanks for the welcome to this part of the country.

Address was right and theu deliver to my place 3 times a month. But the lazy guy just put addres wasnt valid. So i had to drive and get it myself.

I work from home and have pre labeled packages to be picked up every Tuesday when UPS drops off my packages. Since I have moved from in town to the country they refuse to pick up my packages to return to my warehouse. 9weeks in a row now they’re saying I have to schedule all pick ups which I’ve never had to do for the past 5 years. WORST customer service ever UPS should seriously fire 90% of the people here and hire people that want to actually do their jobs.

This is worst UPS ever. They constantly lie about no one being home, but I was home all day on each of those occasions. If they stop by your home and miss you then they will leave a notice. On those tracking that shows no one was home, they never put a notice on the door. This is a huge problem in the Sulphur Springs area.

Driver came and went while i was in the bathroom. I knew someone was here because my dog was barking, but i heard no door bell, no knocking, nothing. Seems like he was here for less than 60 seconds. At least give me time to get to the door.

I waited for my package all day Tuesday and yall came and knocked on the first door yall seen and someone told yall we were not home that we moved but yall could not even come upstairs to knock on my door and on the app it says the package been delivered is only one way to get to my apartment I even got two sign outside saying were my apartment is upstairs do your job right

Drivers are very reckless in Delta county. Speeding down county graveled roads. A accident is bound to happen. Children and animals are always on farm roads.
