Another good visit at this dental office. Ive been with this dental clinic for the past few years and always receive great service at each visit. The dentist and the staff are pleasant and provide great care.

Worst dentist Ive seen in 68 years. Cleaned my teeth without stopping and soaked my shirt with overflow. Trying for 5th time to get my partial to fit. Overlooked an abscess and I am losing the tooth. Never on time. Staff is really helpful tho. They should work for a dentist who didnt graduate last in his class.

My experience with Westwood Dental was great! I went in for a cleaning and ended up needing 2 fillings. I got the cleaning and fillings in the same day. My insurance didn’t cover the fillings so the manager gave me a discount and it was very helpful. Overall, Very fast! No wait and I recommend you give them a visit! You won’t be disappointed

Great Dentist, very quick and professional.They offer great discounts directly to the consumer. Their out of pocket rate was cheaper than most insurance co-pays. Ask about their cleaning, exam, and xray package!

What more can I say besides this is the best! The appointment process was easy for new patients. A chair was ready for me at my appointment time, PLUS Dr. Nino was very courteous to me. I also enjoyed some small talk with the dental assistants.Highly recommend, I’ll definitely come back.

I am very pleased with the excellent service, safety precautions and value. I had two old dental crowns that needed to be replaced. Things like this are never fun and pile COVID concerns on top of that. But Dr. Nino and his team in Sugar Land were understanding, patient, knowledgeable and professional. I will rely on them in the future for routine care and any other restorations that I need.

Im not a very patient person and can be over the top, but this place has not done me wrong yet, they get me in, they get me the info i need, and they get me out the door. They have even assisted me with payment plans on some of the work I needed done. I RECOMEND GIVING THEM A TRY BEFORE GOING ANYWHERE ELSE.

I went in for my 6 mo. cleaning today. The staff was really nice, professional, and accommodating! I was in and out very quickly. The location being not too far from home is a plus!

I wouldnt hesitate to go here for something simple like cleanings and fillings.But I would steer clear if you need more complicated things like crowns.I had 4 crowns placed a little over a year ago. I went to a prosthodontist later and while they were taking the impressions one of the crowns came off.The prosthodontist told me they shouldnt come off so easily and the tooth was shaved down to low. He used a temporary cement so they could do a build up later.Same thing happened with another one of the crowns and I had to have it recemented at another dentist.I have had a gold crown placed before these at another dentist and havent had any issues at all. So I feel like something wasnt done right.I would go elsewhere for crowns.

I went in for a few fillings and cleaning and everything went smoothly. Everyone was very professional. I also was able to get a referral for an oral surgeon to take out my wisdom teeth. Very professional.

Visiting the office was a great experience for me. All of the personnel were kind and friendly. I didnt have to wait long time to be seen. The X-ray person was kind. Most importantly, Dr. Nino is very professional on his work. Also, whenever I asked questions about the process, he gave me a clear explanation and I feel I am in good hands during the visit.

I left my last dentist and dentist office (Insight Dental) because they did NOT care about me as a patient. They cared ONLY about my wallet. I stumbled across WESTWOOD DENTAL and it turned out to be the BEST dental experience I have ever had in my 46 years of being alive. From the moment I walked in the door to when I exited the office, the staff and dentist made me feel like I was their #1 priority! I have had a new denture done and cleanings. This practice could not be any better which is very hard to say in this day and age. The dentist listens and cares. He explains and helps you COMPLETELY understand what is going on with your dental issues. The office staff is Amazing and extremely attentive. I am grateful to have found WESTWOOD DENTAL. 5 STARS IS NOT ENOUGH!

Took my 6 yrs old for her very first dental appointment Dr. Lola and Simona were awesome with her, Dr. Lola even repeated the same procedure 3 times slowly when my daughter was not relaxing. Because of Dr Lola and Simona I took my son to there the same day.☺️ My kids felt so comfortable with them.

Dr Nino is very friendly to his patients, and has great skills. I had 2 crowns and 1 root canal with him. My experience was amazing and no pain at all. Not to forget, what an amazing staff he has. I was introduced to Westwood Dental years ago by a close friend. I usually go for regular cleans and they’ve done some filling here and there. I have to admit it’s always been a positive experience. Even though going to the dentist can be quite unpleasant due to the nature of it all, the entire staff manages to make it a wonderful experience every time. Everyone is very kind and I’m always received with a warm welcome. I literally feel they are practically family. I wouldn’t trust anyone other than Dr. Christiana Nino for my dental needs. Not the best place to bring kids.They are friendly and courteous, but my 9 year old did not get more than a electronic toothbrush cleaning on the tops of her teeth and a floride coating.They didnt even try to explain or be patient for x-rays, just put them in her mouth fast and efficiently. Except it isnt efficient to move that quickly with kids. My daughter yelped as soon as the film came near her face, saying she was scared. It had been two years since her last x-ray so she didnt know what they meant when they said they are taking pictures of her mouth and then they immediately started putting the film in her mouth. She cried and they gave up after three very quick tries, where they didnt wait until she calmed down from her fright in-between tries. They refused to even try after she was calm and had what they were going to do explained so she was no longer scared. Said they didnt want to frighten her. Yeah, sorry. The manner they did that scared her so if they arent willing to change that, then they definitely will scare her and it isnt going to be a place you can get kid x-rays at unless your kid is mature like a teen and doesnt get scared of a new dentist like many elementary students do.They decided that since she didnt want to lay down to do the teeth cleaning sitting up. But they couldnt reach or see very well. They didnt even try to get the plaque I could visibly see at the gumline. If I can see the plaque and I am not trained to clean teeth, why didnt the dental hygienist try to get it off? Just hit the top of her teeth and called it good. My daughter doesnt do an awesome job but her home teeth brushing routine got the gum line more than this professional cleaning was.There is also no TV in the rooms. This is a minor complaint, but since I know the distraction helps a lot of kids who are scared or nervous, its pretty standard for most dentist offices the deal with kids, even if they only have one station that has one.So I reserve judgement to use them for adults, but do NOT take your kids here.

No stars for this horrible money craving place. Every time I go there for a check up, they keep saying I need a root canal when in reality I only need fillings. I went to other dental places after visiting here and they both said only a filling is required. Of course if a root canal will get you more money, thats what your going to recommend to all the patients. Even the dental assistant told my daughter to go to a different place because this place is obsessed with making money. Definitely would not recommendthis place.

Such an awesome place very friendly staff and the dentist is THE BEST I never felt any pain even after a root canal and extraction I was amazed but they are just that good. I would recommend anyone to this office.

Edit: From reading past reviews, it is evident the staff has undergone a major staffing change.I hadnt been to the dentist in about a decade and went in with a terrible toothache. The receptionist was so very nice and she got started on my insurance and medical information immediately. I have dental anxiety because of some bad experiences in my youth; they were so nice and accommodating. I wish every doctor/dentist had a staff as friendly.The business manager was so very helpful in showing me how to maximize my dental benefits. She even made me a guide to the procedures I need, their prices, and when I should schedule them so as to use all of my benefits and not my own cash.Dr. Bhkati was super friendly and greeted me with his own big smile. He made me completely at ease as he performed the various procedures in my oral cavities.If you are looking for a dentist go here. You will not regret it.

They have no respect for your time! I was getting a checkup and the dentist walks away and asks me to wait for the manager. The manager comes by and tells me she recommends this different cleaning that costs $89 more. This is all happening 2 hours after Id been waiting in the waiting room. I refuse and ask for the regular cleaning and the manager says Im wasting their time! So, I ask for my results so I can take them to a real dentist, not a business major, and they arent ready for another hour and 45 minutes!! Wow, what a trash company. Also, their magazines are terrible. Never coming back and reporting them to my insurance as scam artists.I wish I had read the reviews about them before I decided to go, no wonder they have a open schedule!

Its sad what kind of reviews Im reading! I literally had a root canal this past Friday and it was way easier than I thought. The dentist continued to ask if I was ok. He numbed me well enough that the only stuff that scared me was the sound of the drills and what not. He was funny and sweet. I would recommend this dentist to a lot of people that want a better experience at the dentist.

Staff & doctor are very friendly. They make you feel like part of their family. So glad we came back to them once our insurance changed.

I was there for the first time. They sent me some online forms to fill out and I did but when I got there I had to answer all those questions again which took about 15 mins . Dr. Naderi was an amazing and professional. She explained to you everything but they are short in staff and doctors and thats why it took 3.5 hours just for a simple filling and making a temporary crown . The manager came to me then for a very expensive estimation that I have never seen such a thing in my life . About 5 ground for just 2 crowns??? to be honest I dont trust them at all . Then in my invoice was cleaning code that I didnt need to pay and he said that they will charge my insurance. I havent done this cleaning and nobody asked me for appointment for such a thing but they charged my insurance . And not to mention my temporary crown came out just by eating rice after 2 days and I had to go 2 m9re times to fix just tgat temporary. Front desk was so rude too .Avoide this place if you really worth your time and money. Just saying .

I have had cleanings, fillings and a crown and have never been as satisfied with kind and gentle service with good prices as I am with Dr. Patel and her staff!

I had difficulty from the 1st conversation trying to make an appt... just for a routine exam, no appt for over 2 weeks.The guy who examined me seemed to think my medical condition was funny. I didnt appreciate that, and I have a healthy sense of humor. After exams were done, the director lady refused to book a cleaning for me or my daughter until we paid $125 each for a deep cleaning for bacteria first. Really mean. Ive wasted 1/2 day of work to be jerked around, and I am forced to go elsewhere just to get a routine mouth cleaning.

EXCELLENT SERVICE WITH A WELCOMING STAFF!

First off let me start by saying this dental office has incompetent staff. I called and made an appt for my daughter who is 6yrs old and also requested to get a pediatric dentist referral. I was told a referral would not be a problem but that my daughter would have to be seen by their dentist first. I was fine with their policy but when my wife brought my daughter to the dentist office they told her they could not provide a referral. My wife had to fill out a mountain of paperwork and then when she was finished filling out the paperwork she was told the appt time has surpassed and she would have to bring my daughter back another day. I requested to talk to the office manager who was the most incompetent office manager I have spoken to. She claimed my daughters appt was not scheduled that day...I made the appt I know which day I made the appt for and if my wife did bring my daughter on the wrong day why didnt anyone say that before all the paperwork was filled out? They tried to lie about the referral and the appt. DO NOT TRUST THIS DENTAL OFFICE!!!!
