Clean professional environment. Staff is knowledgeable and polite. Great advice given by dentist and she explains everything well. I highly recommend. This if the best dentist office I have ever been to. This place is very new, state of the art equipment and on top of that the staff is so friendly and accommodating. I have never waited over 5 min to be seen once I arrive. Now let’s get to the real, Dr. Gibson is amazing! She is gentle and makes sure you are in absolutely no pain when she working on you. I like that she tells me when I will feel pressure and what she is doing at the time. She’s one of those dentist that truly like a healthy mouth and a beautiful smile not just one of the ones who just want the money!

Ive been going to this for a little over 2 years. They are honestly the nicest dentists I have been too. The atmosphere is so welcoming when you come in. (Robin at the front desk is always very helpful, polite and greets everyone coming in so nicely). The nurses are so kind I cant say enough good about them. They talk you through what they will be doing, always check up that youre OK during any procedure, big or small. They are really great. Dr. Gibson is a wonderful Dentist, she treats all her patients with respect, always gives a breakdown of what she is doing and what needs doing. She is super professional but listens to her patients and asks their opinions on what they feel could be done differently or better. The whole atmosphere is great at this dentist. I would definitely recommend them (coming from a person who has anxiety about going to see dentists). Visit this dentist office! theyre fabulous.

I had an Amazing experience at Bella Smiles on yesterday, this was my second visit. I was made to feel extremely welcomed upon entering the door. I received a cleaning on last month and after first my experience, I decided this is the dentist for me. Dr. Gibson and her staff are very professional and personable. I received a crown on yesterday. Im always nervous whenever Im in the dentist chair, especially when I have to receive an anesthesia. Dr. Gibson and her staff made sure I was comfortable before and during the procedure, offering blankets, my favorite TV channel, etc. The dental office is beautiful, with modern and posh furniture, looks and feels like a boutique. Also, a plus is that I never had to wait more than 5 minutes before I was brought back to my room to began my treatment. Thank you for providing an exceptional service and for valuing your patients time.

The dental work she performed was uncomfortably good. I know that may be an oxymoronic statement however, I had to endure some discomfort in order get the work done. Upon entering into the main entrance, we were greeted with pleasant smiles and offered drinks as we completed our administrative paperwork in the very sleek and comfortable waiting area. For the Dentist herself, Dr. Gibson explains all procedures she is going to perform and creates a relaxing and welcoming environment for not only my children but for myself as well. It feels like a spa and you dont want to leave. I had my Fast Braces installed and in 3 months I could see tremendous results. I will keep Dr Gibson as our Family Dentist, as she is affordable and prompt, and her professionalism and expertise are beyond exceptional.

I love that the staff is diverse, but all women! I’m sure they have nothing against men, but it’s so relaxing to not have to worry about men looking at you while your mouth is hanging wide open lol! The decor is awesome & it doesn’t hurt that purple is one of my favorite colors. I think the icing on the cake was being given the option to watch a movie or listen to pandora while my procedure was being completed. I didn’t feel a thing while she worked on me and there have been no complications at all.. I love love love this place! It’s like a real-life visit to see Doc Mcstuffins!

Setting the appointments for my husband and I were quick and easy. The provider’s office was very responsive.When my husband and I arrived on the day of our appointments, the ambiance was spectacular! It had the feel of a boutique; quite posh! We were then greeted with a pleasant smile and hello from the Office Manager, Robin!!! She got us situated and we didn’t even sit in the waiting room for up to 10 mins. before the dental assistant, Linsey came to get me first and then after my x-rays my husband was right in the chair after me.Linsey and the other young lady (forgive me for not remembering your name) were very pleasant and professional! Actually I felt like I had known them for a very long time based on how were conversing. That’s another thing I want to point out... the staff was just so warm and inviting, you’re made to feel like you’ve know each other for years!
