The pandemic didn’t help, but after having a major dental emergency I decided to change my outlook on my health.Dr. Patel was very thorough during my comprehensive exam. He was very detailed and he didn’t make me feel bad about my teeth. I appreciated his thorough planning to achieve the best results for my case. Before my treatment I was very embarrassed to let anyone see my teeth, but now I’m more confident than ever! I’m thoroughly glad that I found Dr. Patel and his team. I LOVE going to Halo Dentistry. I’ve always been taken well care of since my first visit with them about a year ago and I am hooked. They take their time and I’m never rushed. They explain everything going on in depth so I have a full understanding. I always leave laughing with a huge smile on my face. I’ve even brought my 1 year old and he was glued to Netflix in my lap while I got my cleaning. Definitely a family dental office for sure. Guys. EVERYONE needs to go here for their dental needs!! Read ahead if you’ve had a bad experience with other dentists, hate going to the dentists office because it takes so long, or if you have no time to go.Dr. Patel is literally the best dentist I’ve had the pleasure of going to!! I’ve been to quite a few dentists prior to coming to Dr. Patel and his team at Halo and previously have had deep cleanings, X-rays, and dealt with insurance with other dentists and it was a hassle to the point where I had given up on wanting to take care of my teeth! On top of my previous poor experiences, I rarely have the time to go but when I called their office, I had the pleasure of speaking with Diamond who was absolutely AWESOME in making sure I received an appointment that was convenient for me and was able to work with me with my schedule. She was very welcoming and was able to get me into a room within 10 minutes of my appointment time.While getting my X-rays done by Diamond, some of the things I noticed was that the lobby and the examination rooms were clean and well organized. They even had TVs with Netflix within the exam rooms to keep me entertained while I waited for Dr. Patel!Once Dr. Patel arrived, he was just filled with energy as if I were his first patient of the day when in all reality I was his last appointment on a Monday. He met me with great enthusiasm and had incredible bedside manners! Objectively, he was able to make a great assessment of my teeth and gums with my pre-existing illness and came up with a great treatment plan for me to follow which was clear and concise. Not only that, he accommodated a late appointment to work around my schedule and stayed late to ensure I had my cleaning done appropriately. Lastly, Dr. Patel was very personable, enthusiastic, and it was truly a joy getting to talk to him and Diamond. Hands down, I can say that it was ACTUALLY FUN going to the dentist’s office!!TLDR: I wanna go back sooner than my scheduled next appointment because of how awesome they were so for all your future dental needs go to Dr. Patel and Diamond at Halo Family and Cosmetic Dentistry!!

Our original dental office kept canceling our appointments and that’s how we came to find out HALO. They definitely live up to the five star ratings. Office is super clean, comfy and high tech. Snacks in waiting area, TV in the front and ceiling, even chair is massage chair! Both Diamond and Dr. Petal are super friendly and very effective. Dr. Petal also give very clear explanation about your teeth condition without forcing things on you. Detail of the prices is spelled out so no confusion. You’re in and out on time which is important for working people. Overall a great experience. I’m so glad we found this place and will be switching to this location!

We just recently moved from out of state and were looking for a dentist nearby. We read about this place and got the appointments. It turned out to be AWESOME! Dr Patel and Diamond were really nice. The process was so easy, from insurance details to appointment timings. The work done was exquisite. The place is super clean and sanitized with all the necessary precautions taken. Nothing is hurried, they give us all the possible options for any problems and ask us to get back when ready. They have recommendations for anything else you would need. To preface this, I’ve had terrible experiences with dentists. I’ve been told in the past to just sit through the pain of whatever they were doing even though they assured me that the anesthetic would keep me from feeling anything. So coming to Halo Dental I was expecting the same treatment of a uninterested dental assistant/dentist and even braced for it whenever Dr.Patel was just doing a simple routine cleaning.I was proven wrong the moment I stepped through the doors to be welcomed in by Diamond asking how my day was, offering amenities, and even calmed me down and relayed to Dr.Patel my experiences with past dentists. They both slowly walked me through each procedure, explained and constantly reassured me that if I felt any type of discomfort to not only signal to them, but if I felt any type of pain that they’ll stop completely. I’ve been to three visits so far and couldn’t be happier about sticking with them. Through the routine cleaning, the process of getting a temporary crown, and then the placement of an actual crown, I felt little to no discomfort/pain and was able to sit through an entire procedure without having to slightly calm myself down afterwards. If you’re looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend coming to Halo Dental to get whatever dental procedures you need to be done.

With that being a result, I’ve always done my best to avoid the dentist for about 5 years until I began to experience minor tooth pain. As I walked into Halo Family & Cosmetic Dentistry, I was welcomed by Diamond who not only have a calming presence about her, but she is friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. She made the process of checking in and filling out the paperwork super simple. She also offered my family and I amenities during our wait to make our experience as pleasurable as possible. I have going there for few years now and first time it feels like I have done it consistently. Every 6 months for 5 years. I had to do deep cleaning when I started but then now it’s just the regular 6 months visits. The dental assistant Diamond is super-friendly and is prompt with reminders of your appointments. Even before COVID, I never have to wait more than few mins before my appointment time after arrival. This makes it possible to get it done during lunch time on working day. Dr. Patel is great and have integrity to only recommend any extra treatment if needed. Highly recommended for anyone in Riverstone!!!

Ive been going to Halo for couple of years after switching from big chain dentistry. Its been a great experience. There are two things that really stand out. First, I dont worry about Dr. Patel trying to up sell me on some treatment thats not needed. Second and most important, Dr. Patel and Diamond do care about the patient experience.

Dr Bill and Diamond at HaloDental are not only professionally very knowledgeable but also being a healthcare provider are very personable, caring and kind. They have been our Family Dentist for couple of years now. My insurance this year changed to HMO which forced me to go to a different dentist ( dentist at Riverstone ) this dental group was nothing but a A nightmare from the perspective of charging unnecessary procedures, rudeness, acting constantly as a sales person and recommending and causing fear in our families, even my 13-year-old was really upset at the other dentist ( dentist Of Riverstone).When I Called Diamond at Halo dental and mentioned what happened, within 1 hour Dr Bill asked us to Come in their office and he took some x-ray and suggest the right treatment. Even though My insurance does not cover the Halo dental group anymore, dr. Bill took every measure to take care of us not worrying about any payment or insurance coverage. This act of humanity and kindness has blown our family away. I repeatedly told Dr. Bill that I feel so guilty that he’s seeing our family without charging us anything, Dr.Bill in very humble words at that time mentioned ‘ our patients are like family to us and your dental health is our priority, It does not matter if the insurance covers or not, you’re always welcome in our office’My family and I were overwhelmed with emotion and I could not have been more grateful!I wanted to acknowledge and say a very big “thank you,After having a horrific experience with Dentist at Riverstone, thank you Halo Dental for reminding me that there are still good and decent people left in this crazy world of ours. I was added on for the assessment of my teeth as I was experiencing pain and headaches for some time. I ended up with a serious infection of my wisdom tooth. Dr. Patel smoothly took out the tooth. I have been seeing Dr. Patel and Diamond since we moved to the Riverstone Community back in 2016 when this amazing team first started their business. They are definitely one of the most down to earth and kind individuals that I know, besides being awesome and professional at their jobs. I have to give them a shout out for always being so excellent in giving me the attention and care to make sure I am completely comfortable at my appointment. I dont have a high pain tolerance but Dr. Patel really made me feel at ease when I had to get a deep cleaning done. Dr. Patel and Diamond are the best Dental Team in town!

Dr Patel is the best dentist I have been. Total professionalism, utmost skill and great advices on your dental needs. He has the cleanest dental clinic Ive seen. I was recently visiting the area and I had an emergency on a Friday of all days! I was so worried, but when I called Halo they made me feel at ease. I was seen the same day and my treatment was taken care of ASAP. This office is very modern and Dr. Patel is wonderful! The staff made me feel comfortable and they took such great care of me.

I went to Dr. Patel for the first time last summer for a second opinion after seeing another dentist in the area. It was by far the best decision ever! He is very patient and knowledgeable. He eases any nerves you have just makes the whole experience pleasurable. He values his patients time and there is never a wait! Diamond is absolutely amazing too! My experience at HALO Dentistry was absolutely amazing. To start off, they have a beautiful interior office structure that is very inviting when you first walk inside. The beauty of the inside of this office is just an added bonus to the wonderful experience that is to come. The service Dr. Patel and Diamond offer to their clients is truly hard to find anywhere else. They are genuine people who try to make you feel as comfortable as possible throughout your whole experience. They use very high-tech gadgets, and have multiple tvs in the room to distract the patient from the doctor examining their mouth. I could see this playing a huge role in children who might be a little uncomfortable at the dentist, because they can put on any cartoon and take their mind off the situation. Overall, I would recommend this dentistry to anyone who is looking for a friendly and welcoming doctor to take great care of them.

5-star experience at Halo family dentistry on university blvd in Riverstone community in Sugar Land/Missouri City! Dr. Patel and his assistant Diamond are both outstanding in their jobs and also very friendly! Dr. Patel was very patient in answering my questions and did a thorough job of the dental cleaning procedure. I needed a deep cleaning and the procedure was relatively pain-free and the results are outstanding! All options were explained clearly to me and they were very cognizant of costs and insurance. All in all a great experience and I am happy to recommend them enthusiastically to anyone who needs a family dentist.

I was looking for a new family dentist Back in early 2016. After the first consultation, I took Dr. Patel’s treatment recommendations. He was honest and direct about what needed to be done and explained the procedure clearly to me. My family of 4 ( including 2 teenagers) all became his patients. We can always trust his recommendations and knowing he has high stander for every job he does.The office manger, Diamond, is excellent. She is always sensitive about our busy schedule and try to accommodate whenever she could. Not to mention the office is beautiful and extremely clean! Highly recommend Halo Dental!

Dr. Patel is our favorite dentist ever! My husband and I’ve been going to few dentists before we found Dr. Patel. And we are glad we finally found someone who take a good care of us.His office is very clean and comfy and what we like most is that Dr. Patel always handle his patient himself. As much as he’s a great dentist he’s also very friendly (literally, feels like he’s our good friend more than our dentist). When my husband had issue with his tooth he squeezed him in with last minute appointment and even be available on weekend if he need to see him after the treatment. He is very detail and patient on explaining the treatment we had.His assistant, Diamond is very thorough and thoughtful. She will explain everything in detail and answer all of our questions on insurance. She always make sure we can see Dr. Patel at the time and day best for us.All in all we glad we found Dr. Patel and wont hesitate to recommend him to our friends and family!

Dr. Patel is a very friendly yet efficient dentist. I see Dr. Patel for my bi-annual cleanings and his office is clean and relaxing. Unlike most dentists, he uses a water jet tool which is faster and far more comfortable than the scrapers Ive had other dentists use. Dr. Patel has also performed all of these cleanings personally.Every visit is a great experience, and I highly recommend them.
