I had such a great experience at this clinic as they took care of me really well. I was 7 months pregnant when I went in for my deep cleaning and they made sure they only provide me with the services that my body is able to handle. They also really show interest in learning about you and pay attention to your needs. I will definitely be sticking with this clinic for a long time as I cant put the experience I received in words. I wish I knew about this clinic earlier so I wouldnt have wasted my time and money going to other dentists that care less about you and more about money, unlike Dr. Daniels staff who put patients first. My experience was great. Everyone there are amazing. Susan is awesome with explaining your charts and financial obligations and any o matter dealing with your insurance. Lena...helped me to relax and hummed every song that came on, and I enjoyed it(but she didnt know I was listening), and it calmed my nerves. Dr. Nguyen was the best and was very detailed during the procedure. I will be referring friends and family to Eco Dental and looking forward to going back for all of my dental needs.

Sorry to say this but there is only one reason I am giving this office such a low score BRITTANY. I have had several phone calls about asking for things such as implant placement and wisdom teeth removal protocol for appointment and her response was to call Pearland office that she does not handle this, even though i have been a patient for the Sugar Land office. This was not what i was expecting of the office that I had such a great first visit and follow up visits. Every time I personal come to the office it is great the staff and the doctor. But when I have the bad luck of talking to BRITTANY its never a good experience. I hope this can be taken care of before my next appointment or it will be the last.

They were really helpful and professional. Got a deep cleaning that was pain free and they even had a massage chair going to help with the relaxation!

Very professional and courteous to patients. Asked for a schedule adjustment to accommodate all family members at one time and was able to do that on short notice. Appointment reminder sent a week before and the day of. Staff are experienced and knowledgeable of their work, friendly and personable in their approach. During my regular scheduled cleaning, my dental tech (Amea?) described her observations and suggested actions I can take on my own to better take care of my teeth and gums. Dr. Cindy is also very professional and suggested solutions if there are any issues. Future appointments are scheduled before we leave. My family comes here for all our routine dental works and the great service we got means we got our moneys worth!

Dr Danny is THE BEST! My son has been going to him for the past 2 years. His previous paediatric dentist always shouted at him and made him weep (and she also badgered me and forced me take down bad reviews of her practice). Dr Danny is very friendly, takes time with his patients, and also gives helpful constructive criticism on our at-home dental care. We always learn something new during our visits. The dental assistants and hygienists are also some of the best we’ve ever met. Even the front desk ladies are so affable. I feel like we are at a family friend’s home when we go for our visits. We aren’t big fans of dentists in general but Dr Danny and Eco Dental is a place we feel very comfortable in. I highly recommend his Sugar Land office! Arlene J.

My wisdom tooth was the worst pain ever and Dr Danny guided me through the process of extraction which kept me calm with every detail explained clearly I was confident the tooth ache will be gone sooner than I thought. I swear the anesthesia process prolly took 2 minutes longer than the tooth extraction itself. I think I counted 5 seconds and my wisdom tooth was out and for the other side it took maybe an extra 20 seconds because of the sensitivity but I took it like a champ and told him go ahead and pull with no more anesthesia and he did it with 100% success. I Recommend Dr Danny and if for some reason my wisdom teeth would regrow again I will definitely stop by his office for the good work he’s done !!!!

Too many 5 stars reviews about this clinic but I guess majority of them is for Dr.s but staff members are very unprofessional, very inconsiderate with patient care, my brother has appointment @ 1pm today but even though I was on my way to make full payment for it they wouldn’t start the procedure. As I am in the medical industry as well, Our prime goal is patient satisfaction, (PATIENT COMES FIRST) They could’ve put the patient in room while waiting for me to arrive but they didn’t! What a waste of time! As far as I know people are also scheduled and it could effect there treatment. If I was the owner of this clinic I would be concerned that an hour of patients time and staff was wasted on such a simple consideration. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic. All they care is your Money! Patient is not there priority!

Don’t do it save yourself the trouble the front staff is very rude they don’t care if you come in with pain they give you appointment 4 days later and the dr over books his schedule and doesn’t care what his staff does sorry to say but not be goin back . When I first made an appointment was due to having pain and they disregard it and just did the cleaning no thanks to their careless staff I have to have a full root canal done THEY DO THINGS YOU DONT ASK FOR JUST TO BILL YOUR INSURNACE SO BEWARE

We have taken out over 12 adults and children after a bad crown job on my mother.If you go just for cleaning then he has a hygienist for the job and you’ll see him for only 30 seconds - assembly line if you ask me.Lastly, what’s with 100% positive reviews - seems almost unfair that I leave this review.

Dr. Hua asked about my concerns and worked to address them while treating me, which made the whole process much more comfortable. Have been my dentist for over 5 yrs, and now because of the office staffs rudeness on the phone on several occasions since January 2020.....im forced to never go here again!! Its sad that seemingly new staff could come in and cause you to lose not only customers but the recommendations. Before now i was telling everyone how much i loved my Eco Dental and Dr. Danny Nguyen but a few bad apples who think they can talk to patients sarcastically and rudely on the phone have messed that reputation up.

I did in appointment for me and my son and I didn’t know was a separate appointment first time I call they just give me one time, not two then later the same appointment day they text me a different appointment times, then they call and ask me if I was going to be late? I was thinking the appointment i have was 10:44 no 9:45 so I said we are ready, I was making time to go at 10:45 like they told me.. so when I got there super rude like it was my fault that I was late, my English is not perfect so I have a broken English they ask me if I fill up the forms they email me so I said no I didn’t but you recibe them right ? I said no because I haven’t check my email so then she ask the lady next to her did you email them and she said yes!!!! And roll up her eyes so basically I felt bad they didn’t let me finish my sentences, when I was filling up the forms I have a question about my insurance because I don’t know how to fill up the Insurence like for the dentist is different number so I said witch one is the Insurence I am going to use? Then she said what? What? I already have the Insurence, I don’t understand what you are saying is ok we already have the Insurence on the computer. So basically bad beginning.Positive:Chairs have a massage on the Lower back, Dentist was very nice and professional. My son love the other dentist that he was with and when he was done he got a gift.
