The best customer service I’ve ever received at a Dental office. All the staff members are incredibly nice and do a very good job explaining the process and procedure. The place is so clean and nice. I would definitely come back.

My experience with Star Plus Dental has been very pleasant. The staff is always professional and polite. They dont try to up-charge and push any unnecessary treatments or products during my visits. The office is always clean- and they are currently implementing strict Covid-19 precautions to ensure patient safety. My cleanings are always quick and thorough, both Dr. Biyani and the hygienist always make sure that I am comfortable and understand their plan for treatment. I have had quite a bit of dental work done at Star Plus Dental- and Im very pleased with the outcome and especially my smile. I recommend this practice to all of my friends and family.

I had a great experience during my visits. The doctor and hygienist were both very patient and explained my questions and the procedures. Everyone is very friendly.

Dr. Biyani was very attentive and caring. She explained everything to me very well, including which services would be best suited for me instead of going along with the expensive procedures which would mean more money for her but problems for me down the road. I think any other dentist would’ve gone for the more expensive procedure (I did see one other dentist who suggested the expensive procedure) but Dr. Biyani truly seems to care about her patients and that makes her more trustworthy to me. The staff and technicians were friendly and professional. Overall environment was clean and hygienic.

Incredible Place... As I walked in there, I was greeted very nicely and I could tell that the employees really cared. The Hospitality was also incredible with the TVs in the lobby along with the mini-fridge. However, most importantly, The doctors were great and really took care of the issues and the billing was on time making my experience really great at Star Plus Dental. I will come back here 100%.

Best option who dont have a dental insurance.I am a international student & i dont have a dental insurance. I have a cavity & should go for a tooth filling. I am in search of a dentist. I spoke with some dental insurance agents & i came to know, there is a wait time for 6 months even after taking the insurance. I cant wait for that many days. If the cavity goes deeper, it may results to the Root Canal which costs around $1000 I am in a belief that dental treatment is very costly in USA & one cant effort without having insurance. Finally i have contacted the Star Plus Dental, i explained my situation that i didnt have insurance. The management were really helpful, I explained them my situation. I went for an Oral exam & X-Ray. It was shocking that i have more than 5 teeth for which i should go for a tooth filling. They gave me an estimation with a great picture of my teeth. which are effected and how deep. I went for 5 tooth fillings. I am very happy to say that the prices which i got were affordable to a student who is not employed & dont have an insurance. I love to recommend people, It is very appreciable. I am really thankful to the Doctor.

Been going here for 2 years now. Always a wonderful experience. Thorough cleanings in a super clean environment. The staff, from the front desk to the dentist, are polite and friendly. After your exam and cleaning, they make you aware of your overall dental health and discuss any follow-up/corrective action that may be needed...all without a high powered sales pitch. I have been coming here for almost two years now, all of my experiences have been perfect. I have a huge fear of dentists because growing up I had many cavities. So when I first met star plus dental I had not been to a dentist in two years. Happy to say I go every 6 months for my cleaning and check up and they so kind and professional that I definitely am not as scared of the dentist.

We have been coming to this dentist for almost 2 yrs. Dr. Biyani is amazing. My 3 and 6 yr old love her. They look forward to their 6 month cleanings. The Saturday appointments are great for my husbands work schedule. When we have had emergencies they have gotten us in quickly. We love our dentist office.

I initially went to Star Plus Dental for a 2nd opinion for my daughters pulpectomy. It was (and still is) easy to get an appointment with my crazy schedule. The receptionist, dentists and hygienists are great. Office is clean. I ended up switching from my previous dentist. My 5 yr old daughter tolerated her pulpectomy so well and actually said, they did a good job when they were done. The dentist did a REALLY AWSOME job! I thank God I needed a second opinion that led me here. I had a deep cleaning. I was concerned about sensitivity but that was not a problem. I was actually chewing ice a few hours later. Also their prices are a lot better than the other dentist.

Best experience!!!I have been struggling to find a perfect dentist since I moved to Houston. Some would just do an initial checkup and without justifying try to put me on a “dental fix” program. Some would just would refuse to do regular cleanups.Dr Biyani gave me completely different experience. Going to dental clinic is always very hard for me, but this place is fantastic. I get to know about Star Plus Dental from my close friends, I went this place last week for cavity filling and cleaning. Doctor talked to me about my teeth and explained things so well and at the end of the visit, everything was in detail on what needs to be done in the future.

Dr Rashmi is very well trained and experienced, she explained my 6 year old daughter various things in a way that she will remember.Our daughter has really understood the meaning of dental hygiene. They handled a 6 yo in a very nice fashion, were very patient and understanding with her.Very well explained treatment plan for all of us in the family, the appointment system works great, they dont keep you waiting for hours like others do, do not overbook, the office is at a very convenient location and low traffic Hwy6 portion, so its accessible very quickly. Cherry on top, they have Netflix on each of the TVs so you can be busy watching your show while they are busy getting stuff done :)Add on - Now 5 Yrs and a few more visits later (for members of the family), we will still say the same above and add this on.....We have been visiting Dr Biyani since the office started for all our family dental needs right from our (now) 11 Yr Old, my wife, and myself have all had our dental needs taken care here. The doctors are very attentive Each Station which is also latest technology state of the art dental stations, Digital X-Rays & you can catch up on your favorite show while your treatment is done and youre out of there in no time. The staff is extremely organized. We had one very complicated case where they were even able to get us solid timely help from the university. Overall I have not found such a great service before Star Plus Dental and dont see any need to go elsewhere after coming here once.

I took my son to a pediatric dentist and my experience was pretty bad and they literally scared the crap out of my kid. He was not even ready to see another doctor. Thanks to Dr. Biyani, she understood what he has gone through and spent time with him to make him comfortable. Within minutes she could convince my son enough to check his teeth, x-rays and cleaning. It was simply superb.I am glad I did not keep looking for a pediatric doctor and my entire family can go checkups at the same time. It is a welcome relief for me and my family for having such a wonderful doctor.
