Very Terrible Now!!! I have been using them for 3 years and the last 5 times the work has been terrible. I talked to Manager and they just apologize and no offer to do it again at no cost. I was told they would do better. So I tried one more time and same result. The Manager then said her machine is small and my shirt is big. That was the best they can do. Would not refund and told me they have had no complaints. I guess they don’t look at reviews.

If your thinking of using their service RUN! Run fast!Run far!If I could give a negative star I would! Clothes not ready as promised. Then lost, then found, then the store not opened as promised by signage on the door! 3 days later and I still cant get my clothes from them!I so regret trying them! Extremely unprofessional!!! These people are clowns!As always I should have taken my stuff to Lilly cleaners! They are always on time and good!

Im from out of town. I brought in a brand new shirt to have pressed and they burned it. If youre bringing in inexpensive clothes give them a chance. However I advise to stay away!Update: I called to see if they will replace the shirt. Owner Rahman was not interested in helping or cared about return business. Overall bad experience not worth the cheap price. Pay more and go some place better.

This place has very little customer service. Im not someone who demands overly enthusiastic service, but i expect employees to at least be polite. They were very rude and abrupt when i dropped off my cleaning. The woman I dealt with even started throwing my clothes on the ground in piles. When I got my cleaning back, it didnt smell that fresh. And worst of all, they had clearly rough handled my button downs because 2 completely new shirts now have loose buttons. Really terrible dry cleaners - fix your service please and dont rip shirts open!

Terrible service.... lady takes care of restaurant n cleaner store! Manager was rude n clothes wasn’t ready as promised, said wasn’t his fault. You are manager your responsible for all clothes. Will never go back

The worst cleaning service ever. So many shirts ended up with loose buttons. Had requested military gold on some shirts and they were folded completely like a disaster. The service and the cleaning was a waste of money.

I want my damn shirt back... missing a damn shirt and I want it back!!!
