They dry-cleaned and altered my wife’s wedding dress as well as my tuxedo in a timely manner. Was very happy with the service and results. Saved me a trip and fortune at the tailor’s. Highly recommend for dry cleaning and alteration services.

I brought my wedding gown to alter, they did excellent job on alteration. Next month I brought it to clean, i was worried about all the stains and spots on my dress. When i got it back I was surprised, it was perfectly cleaned and had no stains. Their price is affordable and quality of work is better than highly priced cleaner. I never rate or review, but these guys deserve a 5 star. Great customer service.

I spend an average of $10-20 here a week and I would have to say, I dont really experience the things the other raters are saying here. The owners changed recently so I suppose the older ratings are about previous owners/employees which would not apply now.My encounters with Superior have always been courteous and professional. Workers know a lot of regular customers by name and I have not seen any wrong doings (at least during the times Im there). My laundry/dry cleaning is always done to my standards and always on time. I tried them out because they are close to my work and have been going to them ever since.

Ive been using them for about a month now, and I havent run into any problems. I only hand in button-downs and slacks so I dont know how theyd handle other clothes. The best part about this place is the one-day turn around time which Ive yet to see done with good quality and they definitely provide it for a good price.

The dry cleaners sold in the spring. Established faces are since gone and replaced with new. They recently lost about $500 of my husbands clothes. Said they would find them and call me. I never heard a word so I returned every week to check on them. Kept getting the same response every time. The new owner, who took my order, was suddenly nowhere to be found. About 5 minutes after the third visit to check on the missing clothes they suddenly show up. I find this whole situation very suspicious and we will not return. I wont trust them with our clothes anymore.

This dry cleaners should change the word Superior in their name with Inferior. That would be an honest reflection of the customer service they provide. The owner lady is very rude, and indifferent to the need or request of her customers. They damaged one of my favorite trousers. When I pointed out the damage, she agreed to repair it - and in the process, made it worse, and unusable. When I asked that she should offer some compensation for the damage done, she sternly informed me that she does not do that. I left the trouser with her - and she was quite ok with keeping it. Id warn the current customers that they, too, are headed toward similar experience down the road.

Person I first had contact with who had zero personality asked what I needed and I explained then passed me off to second rude person who I had to re-explain and who could not seem to spell on her own accord. Left, will never return nor recommend. What ever happened to the days when you could drop off something for alterations, grab a ticket then return days later and do a pick up and simply pay for it? I dont want a relationship with you.

I arrived a little before opening and decided to wait the 5 mins for the doors to open despite the attendant having seen me pull up. Walked up to the door at 7 but the attendant did not come to the door. I tapped on the window to get her attention which she acknowledged but didnt come to open the door. A minute later I tapped again and this time she pointed to her phone which I assuming is minutes later than my car clock, watch and mobile device, two of which are controlled by carrier. As a paying customer you would think customer service is a priority here but from reading the comments thats obviously not the case. Needless to say, I just left without leaving my clothes. What a terrible experience. Im surprised theyre still in business. I rather the convenience of going elsewhere and paying more if it mean good customer service.

THE PLACE HAS THE RUDEST PEOPLE EVER I HAVE BEEN USING THEM SINCE THE NICE COUPLE OPEN IT . THEY DONT COME ANY MORE . The people they hire are from the geto !!!!! This is Sugar land not the hood !!!! My wife went is this saturday our kids were in the car This guy ignored her let four people go head of her because they picking up she was droping off I spend about 250 300 month there you can rest asure we will not be giving them our money get new people to work there you are loosing biz you will not last treating customers like that !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
