I come here every week for my Dry cleaning, Upscale Cleaners is very professional and very courteous, I am so excited that I have found my cleaners for life. I will never have to go anywhere else.

Worst cleaners I have ever been to. I gave them two Armani polos to dry clean and paid for dry cleaning. Both of the polos were brand new and they shrunk both of them! Notified them of the issue very next day and they asked to be given a chance to fix the polos. We let them have them with a Armani polo sample for almost a week. When I went back to pick it up a week later the associate said there was nothing which could be done and gave us the number for the owner Raheel. He said give him a day to think of a solution. We didnt hear back so we followed up again and he said since none of the other items from other customers were shrunk that day that there was nothing he could do, didnt even offer to give a refund for the $9 we paid to have them dry cleaned. Didnt matter because he destroyed $300 worth of Armani Polos. The worst customer service experience ever at a dry cleaners and I would never go back there ever again. They are not even qualified to dry clean $2 shirts let alone $300 worth of polos which were destroyed by their terrible staff and they dont care at all for their customers or their belongings.

I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A CLEANSER THAT DONT LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMERS REQUEST. I HAVE ASKE THEM TO NOT CLEAN OR STARCH MY PANTS WITH A CREASE IN THE JEANS, THEY DID THE EXACT OPPOSITE. THEN THE HAD ME WAIT 10 DAYS FOR MY JEANS TO BE READY. THEY COMMUNICATION WITH AMMAGEMENT AND THE PERSON WROKING FORNT DESK IS TERRIABLE AND UNACCEPTABLE. THEY WILL NEVER GET MY MONEY EVER AGAIN. THE WORST CLEANER IN SUGERLAND,TX 77479...

I just got my two coats back and they charged 24.99 for one and 16.99 for the other. I am appalled. I have gotten another coat, same as the one they charged 24.99 dry cleaned a few months ago and they charged $16.99 (plus whatever discount applicable). When i asked why it was so high, the lady said its because its heavier which is ridiculous. Obv they didnt charge this much the last time. I would never pay so much for dry cleaning of a coat. We wanted to provide business to local shops otherwise id go elsewhere and they would charge less than 15! I think the adhoc way they charge is unacceptable and therefore i do not recommend this place!!!Okay so I got a reply. I cant respond as there seems to be no reply option so I am updating.You did not read what I wrote. I know all about first time customers discount hence I wrote price and then applicable discount. The base price was 16.99 and this time I was charged base 24.99 and that is not okay. Please read what I wrote. This doesnt help your cause. Thanks

Awesome experience. Used them for the first time and to my surprise they are very reasonably priced. What sets them apart from other cleaners is their attention to detail and great customer service. Free coffee and water is definitely a plus. Don’t forgot to mention it’s your first time to receive a first time discount.

I’ve visited their other Houston locations near the office, and I’m so happy they finally have a Sugar Land location near my house. Upscale is the only Cleaners I’ll trust with cleaning and altering my clothes.

By far the best dry cleaners I have been to - got every stain out and clothes came out looking new. I took advantage of the 50 percent off for grand opening and got a ton of clothes done. Definitely the best.
