I took my 5 year old son 11 year old daughter and myself to get haircuts from Destiny. This was a walk in. Wait time was short. I received my haircut in a timely manner and it was just the way I requested. My daughter was next to get some layers cut and a trim. Destiny was fast and knowledgeable about what we wanted. My son went last and surprisingly the experience was great! He was not figity like he is with most barbers. I received tons of compliments on my sons haircut and will be visiting Destiny again.

Over the years, I’ve had a number of stylists. Very few of them I would follow as they changed shops. But Destiny is so special and one of those exceptions. She’s prompt, attentive, and very focused on doing a great job. Highly recommended!!

Destiny Rodriguez is the very best stylist in the city! I followed her when she was transferred to this location since she is the only person I have found that can work with my naturally curly hair. She has been doing my hair for over three years and I don’t know how I would ever survive (much less look) without her!

As always, Christina worked her magic, this time on both myself and my sister! She was able to advise us on how each requested style would affect our face shape, and how our hair types would affect the style and really made it work for us. We’re ecstatic that she’s just around the corner.

Checked in online. I was there 2 minutes before my time to be there. The lady was checking someone in and she said “you aren’t Jeffrey” I spoke up and said “I am Jeffrey”. She looked at me and then looked back at the gentlemen in front of her and said “your next anyways, what’s your number so I can put you in”.So then I waited thinking I would be next. She finished with the gentleman fairly quickly but then proceed to seat someone else. The other 2 ladies finished cutting hair and each proceeded to call 2 other people. It was now 40 minutes past the time I arrived. I spoke up and ask about my check in I made online. They proceeded to tell me that just adds your name, it doesn’t give you a spot.I asked what is the point of checking in online then.... they couldn’t answer me.Obviously they saw my check in and my name was even mentioned before the 3 other people but I was made to wait.This was by far the worst customer experience in my life. I will never return to a Supercuts, I would rather pay someone twice the amount to cut my hair not to have to deal with rude and disrespectful people.

My daughter was a walk-in, with Glendis as her stylist. I made sure to specify once in the beginning and once before I walked away from the chair that my daughter wanted a V shape for the back of her long hair. Glendis confirmed both times. Though the original V had grown out, you could tell that her hairstyle was not just straight across in the back. My daughter also wanted to get long layers. When all was done, there was no V to be seen, not even a rounded back, and the layers were very coarse and blunt. The layers on one side of her face were not even graduated to frame her face. The length was as requested. At the register I mentioned to Glendis that there was supposed to be a V in the back but that my daughter said it was alright. She didn’t say anything about it in reply; no acknowledgement or apology. I will have to go to our usual stylists at Dolls N Guys to get the cut fixed, and if course we will not be stopping by this Supercuts again in the future.

I had asked for a low zero fade, I know it can be hard so I tend to pay $25 even though the cut is only $18.95, the stylist Patricia was visibly upset and muttering things under her breath after one man didn’t hear her say to have a seat, she was clearly rushing my haircut after another woman had come in and asked her to cut her hair. When I got home you could still see the guide lines she left and it wasn’t even blended in properly. You’d get a better fade paying $5 in Chinatown for a haircut. I had to fix the fade on my own and this isn’t even the first time I’ve had the same issue with guidelines. I’d avoid this place if you’re looking for a fade, I only go here due to how close it is. But if I pay $18.95 I expect at least a decent fade, I shouldn’t have to go home and blend the fade myself.

Great haircut from Destiny today !!!

I had been going to my hair dresser for about 9 years but due to time and our schedules just not working out I was forced to look elsewhere. I asked around and a good friend of mine told me to go here with Patty. I reached out to her and she provided me with her info. I am the one to look and read every si for review lol so I did and she had great reviews so I decided to go for it. Patty did an excellent job! She did a complete makeover on my hair. I did shampoo and cut. She was so nice. Felt welcoming, and overall nice experience. The price was reasonable I feel like. I got both my hair and my daughters shampoo and cut and I even bought a hair foam to style my hair and it came out to $58! Pretty reasonable. I think I found my new hairdresser!

The stylist that cut my hair would not stop talking. I had to tell her I was on my lunch hour to get her go faster. She quickly forgot and went back to talking. She would stop cutting my hair to talk! She also had lots of opinions about my hair and look. I did not ask her advice or opinion. I came in with what I wanted. That is it, just cut it! She did not know anything about me and my lifestyle. She was very critical and her tip reflected that.

My mother and I were looking for a new place to get our hair cut. We decided to give Supercuts a try. My experience was fine, the girl who did my hair did a good job, listened to me and did her best to cut my hair the way I wanted it done. My mother was getting her hair cut next to me and she had a hard time getting the lady to do her hair the way she wanted. She kept having to ask her to cut it a little shorter and the lady kept arguing with her. She did cut it a little more but it still wasnt quite the way she wanted it. Finally she got sick of trying to get her to understand and decided it was close enough and she paid and waited for me in the car. I settled up and came out and she asked me how much I paid for my haircut. I told her $17.50 and asked why she was asking. She said she was charged $21.50. I went back in and asked why she was charged more for her hair cut. We both just had hair cuts, no shampoo or styling. At first the girl who did her hair said that it was because of her length of hair or something to that affect. She started with short hair and ended with short hair, so that didnt make any sense. I started with long hair and went to short hair, at least 4 to 5 inches was cut off. She then told me that the girl who did my hair should have charged me more. WHAT?! Then she tried to say it was for the style. She did NOT style her hair, or shampoo it. She then tried to give me $3.00 out of her tips and continued to argue with me. Finally she begrudgingly gave me the $4.00. Too bad because I was really happy until this happened. (Which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1).I guess our journey to find a good place to get our hair cut continues.

Patricia always does an amazing job.Not only does she get to know your hair, but she gets to know you as well. She knows exactly how I want my hair done and when I don’t know what I want she suggest styles that are suitable for me specifically.

I went Wednesday May 1,2019, as usual the person that does my hair was not there, yet.I heard one of the ladies said on the back that all of them do the same job as doing hair so I didn’t want her to feel bad so I agree to do it with her first, I told her I wanted a retouch on roots my hair is brown with Balage on the ends she did my roots red then she said she was going to fix it and it came out black not brown or light brown jet black on the ends only on one side I had light she ruin my hair. Manager was there she didn’t say anything she left knowing that that lady ruin my hair . This salon is not with going don’t do your hair color there they will ruin it, it’s going to take me money to repair it . I was there very long when they did my hair 2 times and still messes it up !i wasn’t even giving them a star at all for bad service!

Dropped in yesterday and it was the first time I had Patty cut my hair. She did a great job. Shes friendly and helpful. She told me she only works Mondays. Ill be back to see her! Keep up the great work!

I have been going to this location and having stylist Hayde color, cut, and condition my hair for years. She is fantastic!! She does an exceptional job with color, cut, and highlights, and warmly greets her customers each time she sees them. I have never received more compliments on my hair than when I found this gem of a stylist!

This was my first and last time coming here. The stylist with purple eye shadow (first on the right) did not understand my hair or what I wanted. After she finished I told her something seemed wrong and she became impatient proceeding cut it even shorter! Problem is my hair is thin and takes time to grow back. The worst part was the lack of professionalism, the whole experience felt very transactional. I truly regret ever coming here.

My 2 sons both had a hair cut today and they are so bad with cutting that my 7 year old starts crying because of the cuts he was getting with the machine. They don’t know how to do it .Even when I complain the manager was so rude and gave me an option for not coming again.Who the hell wants to go back if they treat kids like animal .

Nikki was great at cutting hair. She took care to clean up all equipment etc before getting started, and then asked the right questions regarding the haircut and also took care to make recommendations that made sense. Will go see her again.

My experience 6:00pm today- Entering the shop noticed a burning smell, then a barber said she forgot her potatoes in Microwave, they turned the microwave off and let the smoke all over the place. Later I noticed my son’s hair left several places not cut, I suggested to the barber, but this old lady seems couldn’t see at all. She replied by insulting me as “at least I don’t need glasses” - I wear glasses so I could see, I think she needs it ... . Altogether, if that’s the boss’s relatives playing there after work I understand — feel bad argue with an old lady in a messy awkward situation. Won’t go again, never seen a place like this one. One star.
