I was one of the unlucky ones that had a pipe bust and destroy my bedroom during uri. This is one of those life events that you are thankful for having renter insurance. I filed my claim and started trying to pick of the pieces. There was a snag with my claim ( a form that needed to be filed) I was upset and gave Nadia (the State Farm Angel) a call she made me feel so much better just by letting me vent. She wasted no time bring Steve up to date on the situation and he spring into action calling me back and making sure he could help in anyway. Two days later and my claim was paid out very fair!
