The representative that I work with on a consistent basis is Lica M. She is a professional and wonderful to work with. My experience has been limited to annual policy quotes for almost all of our insurance needs. Fortunately no claims history. Reviews of cost vs coverage and deductibles.Hoffman Insurance Agency provides reviews of all policies towards the end of the insurance coverage term and alerts you if there is an anticipated increase above a percentage threshold.In any event we made a few important changes and Lica M. was awesome in her assistance and knowledge.Very highly recommended!
