Looks like this agency has been sold couple of times in recent years. Used to be good service but now extremely poor communication. Have to ask three to four times to get an answer. Finally I decided to change my insurance company and my Agent only because of the current incompetent staff. I gave one star to be able to post my comments.
Usually have to ask for things 3-4 times, ie changes, call backs, documents.
Terrible insurance service!!!! Do NOT use.I have probably had the worst experience with this agency. If you are thinking of using this office to insure your properties, please think twice.We started our policy through this office about 6 or 7 yrs ago. Initially the service was good. Jeff was responsible but about 2-3 years ago all changed.2 years ago I noticed that I was not sending any car insurance cards so I called. The agent on the phone said she will send it to me immediately, but 2 days later I received nothing. Then I emailed them and called again. I waited another 2 days nothing happened. Finally I gave up and went online and set up my account to print my own. This was not the last time similar requests never get any attention.About a year ago I asked for a review of my insurance policies. Set up an appointment after multiple attempts. Due to conflict I had to reschedule 2 days before. The receptionist cancelled and even though I gave her multiple options it ended up never got rescheduled. I called back a couple of times asked for rescheduling and never got a call back to confirm a time. There is a pattern!!!! They never follow up.After hurricane Harvey I was worried my house was flooded. To get access to flood insurance policy for a claim I needed a code issued by my insurance agency. I couldnt recall seeing one sent to me so I emailed and called. Again NO reply. This is absolutely crazy that I am paying so much each year for insurance and yet receive little to no service even at times of need.If you are thinking of using this office, do NOT!!!! I have had pretty bad experience. Id say use another Allstate agent.
No stars needed! (I have to give it at least 1 star in order to post) Horrible agency! Shouldnt even be in business. This guy is doing Allstate a disservice. Seriously Allstate, you need to check into this agency.. seems really shady! Horrible service.. no one can answer any of my questions. Every time i call its a new person im working with due to extremely high turnover. This agency is unorganized, and unprofessional. The actual agent is never there. How do you even run your business? Again.. Horrible service.. If youre considering this clown as an agent.. please dont.. run as far a way as possible..
I saved $$$900.00 per year going with Progressive beginning this month. I have been a customer of Jeff Hermes for several years and he has obviously over charged the whole time. And the turn over for this place is crazy; three reps in the past year and never Jeff. Allstate really needs to take a look at the Agent...

Premiums have been going up like crazy every 6 months. I have to call every time to see if i can take advantage of additional discounts. A phone call or emai would be nice before renewal to know ahead of time. Luckily i got ahold of someone that was able to help me save money this upcoming renewal however if this keeps up i will have to shop around

I have my home insurance with Jeffs agency. Lately, we have questions related to our policy and call in for assistance a couple of times, we were told that our account manager will return out call. It has been more than a week and we have yet to receive phone call from Jeffs staff.
Terrible service, cant talk to anyone and will not return your calls. I am shopping for a new carrier.
Liar! Sent me a letter with Free Gift Card stamped on it. When I opened it, there was only a marketing letter. DECEPTIVE! If youre a liar how can I trust you with my business?
Its impossible to reach someone from management. Bad customer service. Period.
