They are having problems with their ability to collect payments thru debit or credit cards. They will collect but loose the payments, tough your bank debited your account. The staff, nice and corteous simply can not fix the problem . Suggest you pay them by check only

Ive worked with Cristy Caruthers State Farm for over six years. Ive been very happy with this agency. They are very responsive whenever I need information for any reason. Theyve done a great job making sure I have the appropriate amount of insurance, and theyve worked with me to assess the risk / reward of using higher deductibles. As far as Im concerned, they are true finance professionals, which is exactly what I want in an insurance agency. By the way, Im not related to the other poster!

If I could give a zero star! Do not do business with this agent or State Farm I was quoted a six month policy! Every month I am auto drafted a different amount. This is fraud and unacceptable business practices. Do not do business at this office. I was told good luck trying to get a refund and was hung up on. For one car Jan billed $203.40 Feb billed 256.38 March 340.42 are you serious!!!
