Travis was great to work with, very polite and kind and his team did a fabulous job; they kept the drywall cuts and mess to a minimum. I needed two huge chandeliers removed, both very heavy and on high ceilings and 1 with terrible access. Not an easy job for most but Premo Electric Company did the job efficiently, clean, and professional and a great price. Would recommend them to anyone. It was a simple job, replacing two smoke detectors, but the electrician, was polite and efficient. He then asked about a third smoke detector and I didnt think I had three, but we went to the basement and low and behold there was a third one. Since I had only purchased two, he took the time to show me how I could do the third on my own if I felt comfortable. You can bet Ill call these guys next time I have an electrical job. This company buys reviews. Each review only has 1 or two reviews in their history. They scheduled my service between 8am and 12pm. Technician never showed. Called the company multiple times and was told they are waiting to hear back from the technician. Requested a manager call me back and that never happened. It is now 4pm and the subcontractor that they hired has now shown up to do the work. I’m highly disappointed especially since they want to charge me a $200 service fee.

I reached out to Premo Electric Company after a recommendation of a friend that owns a business in Columbia. He had to have extensive electrical work done and it was all going to be exposed to his clients. The work was beautiful, and I decided to hire them to bring my sump pump system up to code as well as installing some outdoor outlets. Michael was my technician, and he was super professional, knowledgeable, and didnt mind me asking questions and explaining my concerns about the current system set up. I will recommend them to any of my friends and neighbors who need electrical work done.

We ran into some problems installing a video doorbell (old wires) and Premo Electric Company can out quickly the same day to help us finish the install. The time window they gave us was 2pm to 4pm and Ben showed up at 2:05pm! He finished the job quickly and the rate was a fantastic. I highly recommend using them.

Service was prompt, price was fair and they worked with us and local inspectors to expedite the process in order to restore power within the same day after a car crashed in our yard and ripped utility wires off our home. They accidentally overcharged me but quickly let me know about the matter and issued a credit in form of a check the same day. Would recommend and use Premo Electric Company again in a pinch.

Called Premo Electric Company to have my old outlets, light switches replaced with nice modern parts and lights moved around after a new fresh coat of paint. The electricians came out the next day and knocked it out in 3 hours! Super efficient and even fixed an old wiring issue that could have caused problems had it not been taken care of. Whew! Kim was my installer very knowledgeable in his profession . I was impressed with his suggestions throughout the day on placements of plugs and lights . Definitely looked like he had enough care to act like it was his house . I have been so far impressed with master electrical the whole way. We had been without power for 24hrs. The electrician, Kim did an excellent job of replacing my sons main circuit and installing a surge protector. We could have waited to see if the circuit breaker would work ok but it was ok but it was old and we didn’t want to be fooling around with us. He was pleasant, helpful and comfortable to work with.
