The staff overall seemed nice and friendly, but my experience was not the best. Theres no way a patient should be seeing a therapist for an issue and then be asked, so why are you still coming here? Talk about not feeling welcomed! Thats the reason people I stopped coming, because it felt like Dr. Sloan was just going through the motions with no real intent of helping. I recommend the other staff, but do research before trusting someone with your mental health

What a peaceful, calm environment these folks have created! As those of us who battle with our emotions know, it’s hard enough to get up the courage to call, make an appointment and then actually keep it. The therapists and staff at Southside obviously are well aware of this and do everything they can to insure the trust and comfort of their clients. I love Dr. Krumpe!

Experienced, caring counselors. Helpful front office staff. Cozy yet professional setting. Cant recommend this counseling practice enough--Dr. Krumpe and her team are the best around!

So today I went as a new appointment. Therapist was late, apparently came as I left. They told my wife when she called that they didnt think there was a point in calling me so my time wasnt wasted. Maybe it wasnt important to them, but it was to me.I waited a month for an appointment, waited for my therapist that didnt come, left feeling more stressed and anxious than when I walked in. Mental health providers are a joke, especially this one. Wonder why they are cash only? If I HAD been at a breaking point, they would have been the tipping catalyst. Also, it smells musty.

The place is really historical! I love to visit and check out all the artifacts and its surrounded by a swamp and bamboo forest.

If I could give zero stars I would but Google wont let me. For a new patient appointment the therapist did not even show up. In fact she was nearly an hour late. The office staff was rude about it and refused to make it right. I do not suggest this practice to anyone. They are part of the problem with mental health care instead of the solution
