Company has what they call a peak pay policy. If you miss a day even if for medical or any other serious reason and dont matter if you bring forms to provide proof. They dock your pay not for the day but youre entire work week. Job i started at was paying 17 a hour but being i had a probation meeting i got paid 9 dollars a hour for my entire work week. Thats a 8 dollar a hour pay cut! Plus your supposed to have 2 15 minute breaks and a 45 minute lunch break. You actually only get 5 minute breaks due to walking to and from your job area and a 25 minute lunch break. 12 hour shifts
