1st time going to Supercuts. No wait!Shontina gave me a great haircut ! She asked the right questions paid attention to detail and gave me a cut & style I am very happy with. Shontina was very pleasant & personable.

This is more of an administrative issue. In the past, when you check in online, they would honor the time when you checked in remotely.However, that is no longer the case and it is no different than showing up in person.The app also frequently shows 0 min waits when that is not true. Will be avoiding supercuts until this issue is fixed.

All of the employees were personable, they listened to what you really wanted and we were just so very satisfied with not only our haircuts but the overall salon and cleanliness of the establishment. Thank you

A stylist refused to cut my child’s hair (1yr old) because he didn’t wear a mask. She stated its corporate policy that regardless of your age you must wear a mask. The manager calls me 15 mins later stating any kid under 5 doesn’t have to wear a mask but that was the stylist personal choice to refuse. So good luck if you bring your child to this location because if their stylist doesn’t feel comfortable cutting their hair they won’t and you’ll have to go elsewhere

This place is AMAZING. The stylists are professional and create conversations with each and every client to make the experience feel more personal. I have been coming to this supercuts for many many years and I have never once had a bad experience. I would recommend Shontina, Jenae, Ridrika and Kiara to anyone who ever asks me.

I sent my son to Super Cuts today and had an awful experience. My son has long curly hair and is looking to trim it down a little bit so I tell the lady that since my sons hair is curly it will go up when dry and as a hair stylist she should know that. So I said when all dried up I want his hair to his shoulders and she goes on and cuts his hair wet to his shoulders so when it’s all dried up it looks very bad and i also said to layer it and she never did all she did was cut around his head. Which i could do. My son and I are very disappointed. I suggest that if your son had long hair do not count on Super Cuts to trim his hair.

Service was quick and friendly this afternoon. Casey did a fabulous job and was very patient and deliberate in cutting my long hair, putting in layers and framing it in the exact way I wanted. Would highly recommend.

Called ahead and put name on list with zero waiting ahead of me, told them i was 10 min away coming straight over, I took 9 min to get there and they had 2 in chairs with 3 more people waiting... which means we had to wait for 5 haircuts before our turn... I mentioned that we put our name on the list already to hold the next spot, she said Nope, walk in came in so they are next... we will stick to greatclips where they actually hold your apointment space in line when you check in on phone or online. Waste of a drive

Very professional staff, Ive been getting my haircut by them for almost 3 years now and wouldnt think of going elsewhere. the staff is friendly and greets you with a smile no matter when Ive come in and have even stayed a bit late at times to help out their customers.

Long wait. Was told last time I called there bc they didnt have a check-in on their app and that they dont do appts...just walk-ins. So I didnt call or check in. Guess what! Ppl were coming in who had checked in by the app!! So we had a long wait. Next time Ill be sure to CHECK IN since they seem to have it now lol

Horrible! Normally i have a bob, it’s not a big deal, but she cut it like it was her first time!! Never ever. One side is way to long and the other side is short, now I need to go again for an haircut.
