You couldn’t ask for better service with Mike. He is so kind and cared for me and my Aunt who was a lover of her Volvos.
Hands down the best volvo service shop around. Mark and the team know anything and everything about each year make and model volvo. Perfect work (id pay you to find a more qualified place) and great service.
Honest and hard working people. They took my winter car (2006 Volvo S40)in late night(which was a blessing)to what i thought was a blown transmission, within 1 day they were able to find the actual issue(blown axel), give me multiple options on pricing, and got the car back to me the following day. Mike and Rich took great care of me, only having them service my Volvo
Very happy with the service here after getting a good bit of work done on an aging XC70. Brakes, sway bar linkages, accessory belt and pulleys, etc. Fair, upfront info on costs. Excellent explanations about whats needed and why and fantastic prices. They even showed me the bad parts afterward and exactly what was wrong, so educational as well. Its not a sparkly dealer showroom, but Mike and Phil are some experienced Volvo experts who are service-oriented and well-skilled.
This place is the only place I will take my Volvo to. Owner is very honest and knows more about Volvos than any other human being around. Very reasonable prices too. Mike is the man!!
5 Stars. Older Volvo with 200K+ miles. Using this car for my son. Identified all issues (many) with car, very honest and told me what I needed (few) and what I didnt.. Very reasonable and very skilled. Highly recommended
They are very nice
While you won’t get the glossy floors and fancy waiting room of a Volvo dealer, you will get excellent service and advice as well as what is probably the lowest shop rate in the area. Mike and his mechanics seem to know everything there is to know about Volvos, and will work with you to come up with the best solution to keep your Volvo rolling. All this and friendly service to boot!
The owner Mike Griffin knows his Volvos inside and out. I had a problem with an 89 - 740 that died and I couldnt find the problem because it was a new part that had failed after a month. Mike found it and did some other stuff which I had been neglecting. Mike is very cost conscious and keeps the price down but will give you the truth. I highly recommend Sudbury Volvo. Dont waste your time with the random parts replacers, youll be glad you did.
Had my timing belt replaced, for $600.00 and change. I had quotes over $1000.00! Very satisfied.
Great shop! Very knowledgeable, fair price for labor, and economical with parts. Take your Volvo here!
Great Volvo guy!
