My mother originally hired this family business. At first, i realized upgrades to the pools filtration system required attention. Melody, co owner of poolmart and her Son recommended a new filter system. Well we follwed their professional advise and immediatly after the new system was installed, the difference has been amazing. They are extremely knowledgeable about all sorts of pool equipment.After explaining, they can show you how to do a task.I was even running late one day and he stayed open for me when I called him to say I was running late.

Awesome Customer support! Called them up mid Friday morning when my pool pump died. Told Jay what I needed and he got it ordered and delivered to his store by late Friday afternoon. Jay gave me some guidance on how to remove my old motor/impeller assembly and how to rewire the new motor. Well its all back together and running smoothly! These people taught me how to take care of my pool for way less than paying a pool service man every month. I never see any algae now that I use Pool Mart Magic. Ask for the free pool school too. Well worth the 15 minutes.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Not only did Pool Mart have the pump motor that I needed near closing time on a Saturday, but they also spent time prepping the motor for an easy installation.

The folks at Pool Mart could not be better. Jay and his staff are true professionals that seek to educate you on maintaining your own pool so you can save money! Plus, their supplies are reasonably priced, and are of good quality. I could not recommend them any higher than I do.

If you’re a new homeowner and desperately wish your new house came with a manual, this is about as close as you’re gonna get. Go in with pics and measurements of your pool, plus a jar/bottle of pool water and ask Jay to teach you “pool school.” 20-30 minutes of your life, it’s free, and you’ll never need to pay a pool service. Bonus: you can also bring in a sample once a month to be sure everything stays on track, or call with questions.

You have to shop or visit this establishment. This gentlemen is very knowledgeable and willing to help with advice concerning supplies, chlorine, and overhaul of pool pumps saving you money. We need to visit and support local our establishments.

They sell you things you don’t need. I was unsure at first but spoke to 2 others that said the same thing. I had just put salt in my pool, checked my PPM and he sold me 3 bags of salt. Checked it again and took it to another pool store and it was perfect without adding any salt. There are other issues too I won’t get in to but I think unethically selling you something you don’t need is enough !
