I called four screen enclosure places after storms ripped 3 of my panels yesterday. I was willing to get it completely rescreened since it was 14 years old. One told me Id have to wait 3 weeks, the other 3 went to voice mail. One called back and said he would call me later in the week with a possibility of a day he could come by in the future. And then my knight in shining armor... LMG, Sam returned my call. He said he would come by today! He kept his word, came by to give an estimate and then completely surprised me and said he could fix the three screens right now. Great job, very responsive, professional, honest and a good hand shake. I will not lose his number.
