Possibly verging on bankruptcy. Do not give a deposit until a date is established and then not less than 10%. This company has taken many deposits and does not follow through. Advised by Ray that work would be completed in 6-8 weeks. Now 10 weeks. Company does not answer phones any more. Trying to get deposit back. Was a reputable company in the past, but things have changed.

Great company. Hired for screen extension on my porch. Well done. Stand by their work. Had a small leak after a year. Repair took awhile but as good as new now. Professional. Highly recommend.

I had a large screen enclosure installed and was very happy with the workmanship. I currently have a warranty issue with the enclosure and contacted the company, who said someone will be out in two weeks to fix the problem. It is now over four weeks and the issue is getting worse by the day. I have been transferred to three different people, left messages and still no one will call me back. I am very disappointed, since I have recommended them to other people. My next step will be my HOA for new work, Martin County and Florida licensing board then My attorney. Unfortunate because I was very happy with the installation group. ***** UPDATE- Owner just contacted me an is sending someone out this morning to fix the problem *****

I find it difficult to understand the philosophy of a company that provides you with an estimate of services, asks you to contact them with any questions, and then completely ignores any texts or emails with those very questions. When a business fails to be responsive to your concerns before they get your money, I cant imagine what happens once they cash your check. Im sure their installation crews do a fine job, but their sales staff (Matt) is a complete mystery.UPDATE: A couple of weeks after posting my original review of Pioneer Screen I received a call from Matt Reed, the salesman who provided me with an estimate for a small patio screen enclosure. He called me to apologize for not getting back to me with answers to my questions. He said that he was unaware that his response to me was apparently stuck in the draft folder of his mail client. I accepted his explanation because I believe it was honest and sincere. I now have no apprehension about considering Pioneer Screen for my project. Thank you Matt.

Original Pioneer Screen, Stuart, replaced the screens on our patio in Palm City quickly, efficiently and perfectly! We are extremely happy with the result.

Craig and his team were recommended by our pool company only to have unending problems with them. These were our issues: no communication, workers sat in truck more than worked, no pool protection like they said they would, left our pool gate open at the end of the day and we have small children, never cleaned up after each day (at the end of the month long PLUS job they did sweep), and we found metal scrapes in our newly resurfaced pool and in the equipment! :( My neighbors also reached out to me after they saw the work truck speeding down our road past kids on horses. We have had SEVERAL people working on our house over the past 2 years with our ongoing remodel and this was our first bad experience with a company. I would not recommend.

Sunday i I witnessed on I95 one of their trucks loaded down to nearly the ground and the 2 gentleman in the truck were all over the place, on the phones, smoking what looked like a cigarette and completely unprofessional look to their overall appearance . I drove side by side just to witness this. It was cringing to see such poor quality of such a long built company that I am very aware of . Hopefully the new year brings a bit more sense of safety for this company.

One of their drivers was driving aggressively behind my daughter on I-95 yesterday. Not only was he within inches of her back bumper during rush hour traffic in the rain, gesturing and flashing his lights, but made a point of pulling up next to her, trying to throw something in her direction. He seemed to be upset that she was driving in the HOV lane. I guess he didnt notice my 8 month old granddaughter in the back seat. This obviously says nothing about their screening capabilities but it does say something about the quality of their employees. And I can imagine if one of them doesnt care about endangering 2 lives on the road, he doesnt care about something as simple as workmanship.

We are so happy with our back yard screened patio and front porch patio screen. It only took them 3 days to complete them and they look amazing. Our neighbors are giving us all kinds of compliments! Thank you again.

If I could give it a zero rating I would. Took my deposit and handed me a contract to sig . They never applied for permis from PBC waited 3 months to hear from them--NEVER CONTACTED ME. Finally contacted them and was told the boss (have ni idea who that is) decided their bid was too low and recinded the contract!!!!! that isnt even legal! Have not received my deposit back. No explanations or apologoes for stringing me aling. RIP OFF. SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES. DO NOT EVEN THINK OF USING THIS COMPANY

I contacted this company two weeks ago to have them come give us an estimate in Palm Beach Gardens for our front screen door and we have two other lanai doors that need to be repaired or replaced.The attitude of the female that answered the phone was less than professional and pushed us off to some individual out of Broward county that was equally unimpressive when contacted. Please do not pass yourself off as professionals if you DO NOT PROVIDE THE FREE ESTIMATES YOU ADVERTISE.

Pioneer Screen LLC is great company. I met with the owner Craig, talked with Amy, Bev, Craig Jr. They are all great people. Installer Jonah is top notch guy, he even came to work on Sunday to finish the job on time. Worth every penny!

In building our house in the Tres Belle Subdivision located in Stuart Florida, several screen enclosure companies were suggested to us.
